You couldn't change delivery address.. As my wife couldn't go to work she stayed at home which is a couple minutes away. A special occasion dampened. Won't be using your services again. Flowers were fine.

This was the third time I've used Serenata but the first time I'd actually seen the flowers ordered. The size and quantity of the flowers provided for £40 was extremely disappointing although I am hoping that the display will improve as some of the buds come into bloom. The admin and organisation was - as previously - very good.

Having used your services in the past with no problems I have been left a bit disappointed by the latest delivery to my work colleague who turned 50. The head of one of the sunflowers had come off and had been wrapped in the vase cellophane and the yellow roses were tinged with brown, past their freshest.

I sent flowers to my daughter in law and they arrived in good time on Saturday, by Monday two of the roses were dead and by the Wednesday all the roses were dead as well as the greenery

Flowers were not delivered or any representation to follow up & deliver to an alternative location. I even went to check that they were delivered to said location when the time they stated & no flowers were there!?

Although the communication and delivery were both excellent, the "deluxe" bouquet of flowers themselves were a real disappointment. They are advertised as being in bud ( i.e. fresh and with plenty of life in them). However- none were in bud and many, including the lilies and roses (the key components) were already showing signs of withering, with browning of the petals . The bouquet will not last any time as they are already well past their best after 3 days. In addition, the birthday cake , at £3:99, was tiny (maybe a couple of mouthfuls) was far smaller than anticipated for the cost and very disappointing as well. It is a shame that the flowers and extras do not match the service provided.

The bouquet was nothing like what I’d actually ordered and I was disappointed with the quality, but they were delivered on time! Contacted customer services who responded quickly but they refused to acknowledge the issue even though photographic evidence given.

So sad to see when I arrived at Mums that white roses within bouquet were brown and wilting. Ordered these as working till 19:00on her 70th. Such a huge disappointment.

I have purchased flowers before from Serenata and their flowers are ok. This time I was very disapointed with the size of the bunch. For the price I paid I could have got a bunch from the supermarket for double/triple the size

The delivery was very late. I think it’s wrong to have to pay so much to have guaranteed delivery in the morning. In the past next day delivery from other companies has always been by 3pm.

Flowers ordered via mobile phone. It added a card to my order at an exorbitant £2.99 but as I didn't want to it and cancelled it it didn't allow me to write a message. There was no check of order, it charged me for the card, as I had said they were for get well soon it gave me the choice of two cards only, both at the same price. I saw this on the email so responded immediately to cancel the order, claims 24/7 customer service. No reply until following day and claimed it could not be cancelled. I find sending anonymous flowers peculiar and from asking colleagues, everyone else agrees with me. Valentines day is different perhaps but these were for a colleague who is sick. I choose this company as a smaller business and due to next day delivery but will not do so again. The flowers arrived on the correct day, I will submit the 2 photos and I was able to text the recipients that evening but do not always have phone numbers. I was disappointed by the website and response from the company. This definitely marred my experience as at least the Lilies arrived in bud...

First time using company, and picked because of next day delivery. Flowers arrived 4 days late. Technically not Serenata's fault as the box says they were shipped on the day they were supposed to, but that means the flowers have been sitting in a Yodel Delivery van for 3 days as the delivery guy said this was the first attempt of delivery today. These flowers were not cheap, and were meant as a gift, so not only am I giving them late now, but they will also die sooner because they've spent 3 days in a box in a van. Not encouraged to use again.

I was personally dissapointed with the bouquet I sent. It looks much fuller on the photo and arrived looking very sparse. I contacted customer service and was told this was because some of the flowers were still buds and had not yet opened. I do not believe it was worth the money I paid, I will not be using this company again. Delivery was also not in the time period I specified.

I ordered an expensive arrangement for my mother. I requested that the courier show some patience as it takes time for someone in her nineties to get up out of a chair and get to the phone. Although my mother answered the intercom system when it buzzed no one responded to her query. An hour later an honest and very kind passer-by alerted my mother to the presence of a box on the front step of a large block of flats on a very busy main street. Would I have received a refund if the gift had been stolen? A complaint made to Serenata about the courier's behaviour led to the response that they have no control over the couriers and they, the couriers, do not have to honour any request made by the person who ordered the flowers. Why, then, do Serenata offer a personal delivery service if they have a) no control over the behaviour of the couriers they use or b) offer a decent apology both to the recipient or the purchaser. Whilst the flowers were beautiful, greatly appreciated by my mother and were worth what I paid, I consider both of us lucky that she got them at all - and only because someone was kind enough to do the job the courier is being paid to do. I won't be using Seranata again.

Ordered an expensive bouquet, requested patience on the part of the courier. Flowers were left at the main door of a block of flats on a very busy street. A passer-by contacted the recipient to say there was a gift on the doorstep. Anyone could have picked it up and walked away with it. Would I have got a refund if that had happened? Although the flowers were beautiful and greatly appreciated, it was sheer luck that she got them - based upon the honesty and kindness of a stranger. Not impressed by the courier service nor Serenata as they say they cannot guarantee that their couriers will do as requested.
