Horrified at the state of the Funeral wreath that was delivered for my husbands fathers funeral it looked like it was out of a skip and there was hardly any flowers on it and they were dead . so embarrassed and how could a florist do that

Due to malfunction of their website I was unaware that an order I placed on 05/10/2019 was duplicated. I was however concerned that I may have paid twice for my intended single order destined for one recipient(same address, same birthday). The rotating payment processing icon continued rotating, so I tried my payment again, but on contacting Serenata they confirmed that I had not paid twice. They failed to check a possible duplicated order. Having received received email confirmation of only one order. Yes, it could have ended up in "SPAM" I did not worry, until I checked my bank statement which showed 2 payments of 31.98 debited. A long exchange of emails followed but they rigidly refused to reimburse me 31.98 ignoring the fact that I had been a loyal customer for well over 5 years, So much for their regard for their client base. Check their current decreasing rating for yourself. NO SURPRISE. Profit comes before their appreciation of client loyalty, regardless of their assertions to the contrary. They are a total disgrace as a company. Pearse O´Connell (retired 80 yr old).

I am not looking for a refund, but i have to say the flowers that i ordered for my aunties funeral were shameful, absolutely nothing like the picture. im just sorry i ordered the card that that had my name on that pathetic bunch of 3rd rated flowers. dreadful.

Ordered flowers for a funeral with specific details of the day and time they were to be delivered to the funeral director.Received a standard notification on the day of the funeral that they had not been delivered,customer service response was robotic and appalling blaming it on having no control over their courier or delivery times.Should be a priority of a flower delivery service that promotes itself as offering good service.No apology,no effort to resolve and deflected all responsibility.Made a distressing funeral occasion even more distressing.Terrible service and no refund offered.Would never recommend them or use the service again.

Awful, arrived after I'd left work. I messaged them to be told nothing would happen as they can deliver until 9pm so unlucky. Unfortunately it's a Friday! Thanks for such a brisk attitude and really making my anniversary special! Please do not use as their attitude really isn't great!

Awful customer service! Ordered yesterday, specifically so I could ensure that the flowers are delivered to my sister-in-law tomorrow on what should be her 1st wedding anniversary, sadly her husband died 3 months ago so instead of a happy celebration, it is an awfully sad day for her! Get an email at 1030PM!!! Saying my order won't be delivered tomorrow but they can do it monday instead. If I wanted them monday, I would have asked for them for monday. And to email at 1030pm meaning I have no time to reorganise something! I am fuming!!

Horrible customer service!! Horrible customer service!!! I ordered flowers and then changed my mind, I did not want any refund, but just wanted for the flowers not to be delivered for my personal reasons. The delivery was scheduled 2 days later and I sent around 10 requests not to deliver, but they are absolutely dumb! Avoid! By the way beware: they don't do any refunds at all! Once order placed, your money gone.

Do not use if you want guaranteed delivery date. Same as other complaints. I ordered for a specific occasion and delivery was 2 days late. After complaining I was also told the terms and conditions state they “ cannot guarantee delivery” Don’t know why the offer a choice of date. Quick to reply to complaints and I feel it’s the same complaint they get a lot looking at other reviews. So why not address the issue by making it clear on check out? Miss leading sales 😡

Paid £50+ for flowers and vase for my mothers birthday, and went with serenata as they promised delivery on the exact day of her birthday, whilst others would not deliver on weekends. Flowers did not show, despite me receiving an email saying delivery had been confirmed. After 4 emails, admin finally told me that the flowers were not intact delivered and they had been damaged. Only ‘solution’ was to send the next available day (2 days later) - I was incredibly disappointed not to receive a partial refund or even a voucher of some sort to make up for the complete ruin of my surprise to my mother. Will not be using them again, would not recommend.

The most unhelpful company. Did not respond to customer service emails until chased or provide a solution. Will definitely be spending elsewhere in future. They definitely do not have customer interest at heart.

teer clear and order from a local flower company that actually cares about the product they deliver. Flowers delivered were nothing like picture displayed and were in terrible condition. When i contacted customer services and provided photos they said that due to not showing the whole bouquet there was nothing they could do.

Got a bouquet off my friends who were away celebrating 50th Birthday. Flowers were half dead on arrival with a card saying “ flowers don’t like to be transported so take off outer leaves and feed etc “, they continued to die over a couple of days ( roses ) and half the lilies didn’t even open before dying. Obviously didn’t want to bother my friend on her 50th Birthday holiday so told her on her return. As it was over 5 days she was just fobbed off by the company more or less saying tough!! Supermarket flowers last longer and are much better quality, I’m just sadden my friend has been ripped off and lost money for dead flowers!! Disgusting

I gave this company one last chance as previous flowers were not worth the amount I paid..this time was even worse delivered to a empty house as of error with address due to their own auto address drop down bar...who would deliver to a vacated house without even phoning to check surely common sense would say if house isnt lived in flowers not required there must be an error...beware no common sense no sense of dignity to recipient that had just list her mum

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered on the anniversary of her losing her baby. I tracked the flowers and then got a message to say they had been delivered which was not the case. After contacting them several times to resolve the situation they offered me a ‘ complimentary’ redelivery. The day in question had passed so I told them I wanted a refund and this was agreed and was duly received. I would not use this firm again as they created great disappointment to my daughter and myself. Contacting them is also difficult. Definitely a firm to avoid!

So I've used this company twice. The first time I used them to send flowers to England was in May for my grandmother's funeral, I ordered them to arrive the day before the funeral at the funeral home but devastingly they arrived the day After the funeral! They were meant to be placed on top of the coffin in the church as I was her eldest grandson we were very close. Customer service but very good all they offered was to refund my money. No offer of a goodwill gesture nothing.

DO not use this company. What an awful operation. They keep on failing to deliver the flowers that I ordered, and cannot even explain why they failed. What a disaster.
