hi received bouquet from my son 1/7 /2020for my birthday which should of arrived 30/6/2020 to say i was dissapointed was understatement roses looked like they had there day as well as all the other flowers chocolates looked like they where seconds no vase was included whilst i haven't said anything to my son as he would be mortified the flowers had died by today which i believe to be unexceptional would have better flowers from a supermarket and have told my son never to get flowers on line or from yourselves ever again did write a e-mail but as of yet have not received a reply

Flowers arrived crushed in a box. Contacted Customer Service to raise the issue and sent a photograph. The response was prompt but listed a range of things that I had to do, in a vase, wait 5 days, confirm that we had followed the care instructions. The product was damaged. I sensed a long drawn out process. They should realise that complaints arise from dissatisfaction rather than something to do. Satisfied Customers are the best advertisement a company can have. I did not want to enter an email ping pong. So the message is do not buy flowers from Serenata.

Flowers arrived at the bottom of a cardboard box with another box containing the vase directly on top of the flowers. Majority of flowers squashed and damaged as a result. Salvaged what we could and sent a complaint email. Received a reply giving me advice on how to care for roses.

We wanted to send beautiful flowers to my sister-in-law, after my brother's death. I had used M&S & Interflora before, but wanted the flowers delivered the same day. We chose Eternal Sunshine & I was so disappointed by the photos my niece sent (compare publicity photo with reality) I contacted the company to request another bouquet or at least a partial refund, as another reviewer states 'Don't waste your time.' I was told that 'they can substitute flowers'. This is a huge 'get out'. I understand that there was a problem due to the Coronavirus, but flowers are now readily available. The 'bouquet' cost £39.99 + delivery. It looked cheap (my sister said 'You'd have done better with a bunch from Aldi') I will never use them again. Disappointing flowers. Disappointing customer service. This has made a horrible situation worse.

Cheated and deceived by Serenata Flowers. I will definitely never use this company again and unless you wish to experience the same as I did, I strongly advise anyone to think twice and to first read all the reports on this website. I wish I had. As the attached photos clearly show, I was deceived by the picture. Next it will be you. I emailed Serenata, to complain, but take my advise "don't waste your time." You have more chance of walking on water then getting anywhere with this company. If you send flowers to friends or family, would you expect them to take photographs of the flowers they received. Of course NOT. Utterly absurd. Would you ask friends or family to take photos of the flowers you sent the. Definitely Not. But Serenata expect you to Having failed to get the woman to understand and accept my complaint and after being constantly fobbed off, I asked for my complaint to be passed on to the Manager, but no such luck. Believing is seeing. Lookup on the website " Blush Delight" and compare to the photo of what was received. No Comparison.

Recently lost my husband and have been blessed by the gift of so many flowers ..from 4 different companies. Whilst 2 midweek arrivals from Serenata were fresh, a third arrrival at weekend, specialy sent to my daughter were in very poor condition. She complained and a replacement was sent, in better condition. It is true to say, in all cases, the flowers from the other 3 companies were perfect and stood out. Then I received another delivery yesterday, which was ordered last Thurs to be delivered last Saturday, and four stems of these were in poor condition. My friend, who ordered them for me, has already been in touch with you but I want to add my disappointment on behalf of all my senders that they ordered in good faith, to communicate love to our family in sad circumstances and were let down. Something needs to be addressed here and we have lost confidence in your consistency of quality.

Disgraceful customer care - actually non-existent customer service. They take your money and don't deliver until days after the delivery date. They don't care how unhappy you are with their service, they WILL NOT REFUND! Thieves! Keep your money and don't deliver! Don't use them! Go with a reputable company as this lot are scammers

Outrageous service. Very bad experience and stressful too!!!! The flowers were due to be delivered on a Saturday (ordered in plenty time) but they sat in the 'local depot' all weekend and eventually got delivered on Monday afternoon! I believe Serenata knew in advance that they were not going to fulfil their obligation to have them delivered on the Saturday as was stated on my order confirmation. I emailed them and they used the excuse that due to the Coronavirus, there could be delays but this is quite contradictory to what they say on their website - see below: COVID-19 - UK FLOWER DELIVERIES NOT AFFECTED I let Serenata know I was not pleased as the flowers were sitting in a depot all weekend and they could easily have delivered them but they would not budge. I told them not to bother delivering them as I didn't want old flowers and asked them to refund me instead as I had wanted them delivered for a special occasion and it was too late but they didn't care - as long as they have your money - never mind customer service and satisfaction! I have always used Interflora and they are superb, always delivered on time and give amazing customer service. My advice is to stay away from this unprofessional lot. I actually don't want to even give them 1 star but the review system doesn't allow this. I will be letting all my friends know not to use them and will get them to tell their friends.

So-called letterbox flowers: arrived wilted and didn't recover after three days. Tried to contact serenata flowers via their website, filled in form, uploaded photos - form only return "error with data" even though there was no error. Tried to log in, requested new password. Website stated 'new password link sent' - but nothing arrived. Very poor service!

Received my flowers in a beautiful box and was really excited to open them, what a disappointment! Crushed and very poor quality, sent photos of damaged and brown flowers and was told to remove these petals as they were protection, what nonsense. Not recommended , save your money.

IJune. ~They were delivered at 6.30pm and consisted of 1 sprig of gypsophelia 1 sprig onf chrysanths 3 pink roses and 3 pink carnations, 2 of which were brown round the edges when I yook them out of the box. I did not tell my son as did not want to upset him but he would have done better to have bought a £10 bunch of flowers from Sainsbury which have been better quality and would last longer. I was an extremely disappointing experience !

I was so pleased to find that this company did next day delivery as a unexpected family problem stopped me being able to go and buy flowers and deliver them myself for a special birthday so I ordered these the day before. The recipient of the flowers was so worried that I had paid a lot of money for them and how awful they were that they sent me a picture. To say that I was embarrassed is an understatement, they were awful, I ordered the Ratatouille Bouquet which had orange lillies and roses and an assortment of other flowers. The flowers were very limited for £29.99. There were no lillies in it, a few roses, a few stems with no flowers on the end and they were all wilting and in quite a sorry state. None of the flowers were in bud form. On the morning of delivery I received an email to say that I could track my order and it said that there were 200 deliveries before mine! No wonder they had wilted as they were delivered in a bashed up box with no water. I emailed Customer Services (Katie) and she just did not care less. I sent pictures and she said that on looking at the picture they had decided that the flowers were adequate for the price. At no time was there an apology, or an offer of another bouquet, part or full refund. I went back to her many times and told her what a state the flowers were in and that there were no lillies and she said that these had been substituted with roses, but there were no extra roses in the bouquet. I got so fed up with her 'couldn't care less' attitude and excuses and that they were not going to accept any responsibility that I asked her for details of someone who I could escalate it to as these flowers were not fit for purpose and I felt completely ripped off. She said that she wouldn't give me details of who to escalate to until I sent more pictures, she also wanted pictures of the stems which were now in the bin! There was no way that I was going to ask the person who received this awful bouquet that they had to go fishing in the bin for the stems and take more photographs so I've just let it go, but I will never ever buy from this company again, the flowers were awful and the service was awful. On reading all of the reviews below it seems that I am not alone, so something should be done about this company. Trading Standards maybe? Today I went and bought a beautiful bouquet for £8 in Tesco and gave it to the recipient of the awful bouquet to say sorry. It was twice the size and prettier and healthier than the Serenata bouquet which was nearly 4 times the price. Do not spend your money with these people! Awful flowers, Awful service.

I cannot believe how these flowers came, heads fallen off, drooping, don’t buy them - received for my birthday from colleagues- awful! Looking at other reviews - I’m not alone, sent photo of the few ‘decent” flowers and was told they were ok! RUBBISH

Flowers arrived in a crushed box. Roses died with three days and all other flowers died with 7 days. I did complain about the quality of the flowers, however was told that I needed pictures of the dead flowers within 5 days of delivery. Obviously they were only ment to last 5days. £40 with of flowers dead. Supermarkets £10 flowers 12days on and still going. Do not use this company.

Having now read the reviews captured on this website, I wish I had not ordered flowers from this company. As with others, the flowers that arrived did not have any resemblance to those shown on the website. The Customer Service team continued to make excuses, saying that flowers can be substituted due to availability (which I understand). However, when the flower in question is the 'main' flower that forms part of the bouquet, then that is a bitter pill to swallow. Avoid like the plague!

Not really up to much. Roses never did anything other than wilt, the rest weren’t much better and in all only worth displaying for 5 days. Priced at £40 , that was a reduced price, would go elsewhere for better value.

Avoid.... Ordered vibrant Sorbet £24.99 was sent a cheap very disappointing bunch of £3.99 flowers.that I could of got at Tesco .no lily's in the flowers & no substitute for them . Contacted company to complain by email with pics to show how bad the flowers were & they keep asking for more pics pretending they haven't received any pics .... so please think again before anyone waste any money I am very disgusted at how they can get away with such a RIP off.

It took 5-6 days after ordering before delivery, Peony flowers were already open, Stock started to wilt day after delivery. Company were very unhelpful with our complaint, said it was 6 days after delivery before we contacted them and needed dated photos at 5 days post delivery! After countless emails with 5 different people, they refused to refer me to a manager and then just stopped responding. Certainly would NOT recommend this company

Ordered flowers two days ago to be delivered today for my sister's birthday. Used the tracker which said they were out for delivery today and would be delivered between 8am and 8pm. It's now almost midnight and guess what... no flowers! Tracker still says "out for delivery". Unless the delivery driver is still driving round in circles lost then I'm presuming they were never out for delivery in the first place! Either that or they're still still sitting in the van waiting for deliveries to be finish tomorrow... in which case I dread to think what state they will turn up in. Judging from other reviews on here, I'm not holding out much hope. I was going to order more flowers for an upcoming anniversary but definitely won't bother. I'll get some supermarket flowers instead - much cheaper, better quality and at least I know I'll have them on time!!
