The flowers were damaged. The roses were of poor quality and the petals were already starting to brown. The flowers are unlikely to last more than a couple of days. The courier (outside of your direct control) through the box over a fence to deliver causing further damage

I was notified that the flowers had been delivered on Saturday. On Sunday I had an awkward conversation with my mother, expecting her to thank me for the flowers for Mothers Day. The flowers were actually delivered today, Monday, apparently looking a little sad, although they have perked up with watering.

the flowers are obviously not very fresh. For the money I expected them to at least look something like the picture on the website. I saw better quality flowers at my local corner shop for a fraction of the price. Will not be ordering from here again.

The flowers I received for mothers day they didn't look fresh, I was very upset as I could have gone to a supermarket and got better. The delivery was great at 8 in the morning. But the flowers were very poor I spent 30 pounds for a small bunch of flowers! When I opted for the better option!

Recipient was not in so the deliverer threw the box of flowers over the 6ft back gate. This caused damage to the stems and buds and was generally upsetting to my mother who found them.

The delivery person left the box on the doorstep soon after knocking the door. I did request that the delivery person be patient at it would take the recipient about 30 seconds to get to the door! The bunch of flowers also seemed a lot smaller than I thought although I’ve only seen it from a photo. I’m not sure if I’d use Serenata again. Thank you

Flowers werent delivered properly and you have a bad system for contacting your couriers. As it took nearly all day for you to get back and then i got email stating the flowers were delivered at 910pm and they had just left the flowers lying on the path under a window where anyone could have took them. You should have a number for your courier rather than starting an investigation which you stated can take 48hrs. How would that help with the delivering of flowers for the day they were meant to be delivered.

After paying extra for the mother's Day card ! I was hoping for a quality card instead I received a poor quality cut out card ! Want be using Serenata flower against !no refund offered either just a sorry

Though the delivery was on time, I paid extra for a balloon which was not delivered. This is the second time this has happened.

The delivery was after 5pm, although I was emailed the chauffeur left at 10am. No one gave us ring before the courier was supposed to arrive. The box was left out next to rubbish been hidden from plain sight but no note was left in the mailbox advising where the flowers were put - until I called my wife and suggested she looks around everywhere. And finally, the bouquet looks quite pathetic, nothing like the view on the advert picture. Sorry guys, but I am never going to use your service again. Vadim

Once again, after giving you the benefit of the doubt - SO disappointed. You must have a wide angle lens, as the basket that was delivered was particularly small, and the contents were to say the least, not good quality, not enough buds/flowers and a very 'sparse' plant. This was for a special birthday present, and i was embarrassed. My mother received other flowers from a local florist, and at the same price as the basket i sent, and the difference was amazing. I know who I will use in the future. Most disappointed once again.

The bouquet was damaged by being forced into a small oasis pot. The lily heads were broken off. This must have happened on packing because the scars on the flowers and the stems were dry. Some of the chrysanthemum heads were also bent over. Very disappointing.

I ordered the aztec bunch, the lillies are OK as they are in bud, but the roses were in full bloom when delivered, very pretty but very wilted after just 24hrs 😔 😢

Service on the whole was great delivery on time as agreed. Disappointed on the actual quality of the flowers. From what was online to what received I thought the flowers would last longer.

Very poor communication with the service and their couriers - I sent a bunch of flowers to my bereaving friends' school and due to the snowy weather I had to notify serenata that the school was closed. No answer whatsoever until a very mechanical (probably automated) response late in the evening, saying that I cannot make adjustments to my order. I ask where my flowers are but the service has such poor communication with their drivers that they did not know whether they had been delivered. I then find out from my friends that they were left outside in the snow to wither and die, and I spent a lot of money on some sad, ruined flowers. I'm sure the service would have been better if their communication with drivers is more rapid and clear, but I'm sad to say I wasted my money, with no apology from the company despite the three emails outlining the situation.
