I thought I mentioned that the flowers were delivered, but to the wrong address, thus the flowers remained outside in the cold all night until the neighbour found them this morning and delivered them to my friend, next door, 8 Swan Court, who was in at the time of delivery, had the delivery person delivered to 8 Swan Court in the first place. Contacted company found they were left between two dustbins with no doorbell ring or card notification of delivery. I had mistakenly ordered the ones that come in a box I admit to that but after using this company several times before and being very happy I would not recommend or use again. Company did not seem to care as I can see from other reviews

Flower heads broken buds almost fully open nothing like web picture complained as we're for wife's Ruby wedding anniversary replacement sent not much difference from first very disappointed

I had the Burst of Joy delivered to me as I wanted to use it for funeral flowers. I’m disappointed as the arrangement only has two different colour roses and the orange Alstroemerias are drooping. I’ve now got to go out and buy orange roses. In the past I have sent BoJ to my friends and they were happy. What went wrong for me, your customer!

So disappointed. One order of five was sub standard. Wilted and broken flowers. No phone number to ring and all attempt at email rejected.

Box had been opened left at front door , flowers dumped back in ,Yodel stuck a piece of tape over box saying it had to be resealed. Didn't look anything like photo not even a bonnie ribbon just a length of grey tape . Tried phoning just cuts off , so much for customer service.

Please don't get caught out and order from this site. I ordered a very special bunch of over £30 for a very special occasion, what arrived is in the pictures below. I'll let you judge for yourselves. I've been in contact with with the company and the refuse to acknowledge there is anything different...which says it all really and is incredibly disappointing and dishonest. Don't disappoint a loved one or be disappointed yourself. This company have no interest in you happiness or your loved ones, only your money. I'll let the pictures do the talking (I've also included what they were supposed to look like off their site) and avoid these guys.

I have received 3 lots of there flowers within the last nine months. All have faults roses that don’t open on two occasions. Carnations one broken 2 half dead . More foliage than flowers . The person who sends them was here to see two lots they were very disappointed. The last lot could have been bought from a supper market. Don’t use them .

Disappointed I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday Delivery stated between 8am and 8pm Flowers never arrived. Tracking system was saying they had arrived when they had not. Checked later ..tracking system said still out for delivery. Emailed the customer service team to be told them woukd be delivered by 9pm 9.15pm flowers still not arrived tracking system said still out for delivery Emailed customer service team again They then tell me that the driver cannot deliver that day and that they woukd be delivered the next day and that they would refund me 25%. My granddaughter waited all day for her flowers. Just not good enough. Flowers did eventually arrive. Very disappointed

Would just like to say my husband ordered from you last valentines, ordered 12 red roses. Only 11 were in the pack, we were both VERY disappointed in receiving the wrong amount as he had ordered 12 not 11 !!! Not happy customers😢😢

Ordered flowers for an anniversary gift, very nice on website but what disappointment when then arrived, there was that much greenery and little flowers, totally underwhelmed. Tried to. Intact comapant but found it really difficult, will not be using this company again.

I was sent this as a get well gift there was no water in the tub it was bone dry. It was full of foliage and just a couple of flowers. Roses were very discoloured.

Received a bouquet from a friend as a surprise to cheer me up and whilst the thought was lovely I was disappointed by the quality of the flowers, they were already turning brown and if I had picked these up in a shop i would have put them straight back.

Disappointed. 2 out of 5 roses broken as was an astromeria. Unable to complain to them as recipient had already binned the broken flowers. Will not use again.

Five roses, three liseanthres, and five maroon flowers and twenty four pieces of foliage and charged £39.99. Bought as a birthday gift by my daughter for me. So disappointing to have so few flowers and not the best quality. Three of the maroon flowers dead. Arrived with no water in Tub and dry strips of paper in tub. Do not recommend this Company.

I was sent flowers by a friend on 14th February. They contacted me to ask if I had received a parcel. I said NO. Why? They told me to check the main entrance to the Apartments. On opening my door I found a box propped up against my door. The rroses were cramped into a far too small thin box with NO wet tissue around the stems. Two days later they are already dying. This is NOT my first experience of flowers delivered by your company. What is wrong with ringing a bell or calling me on the intercom to the apartments? Covid is no excuse for bad quality and service albeit has become the excuse for everything. As a business woman I cannot accept Covid as an excuse.

Ordered for delivery 2/1/21 birthday gift paid for delivery before 1200 but only arrived 3/1/21. The flowers bear no resemblance to the picture of the ones I ordered. Customer services were awful said delivery may be 48 hours late due to covid. I feel like I have been well and truly had. Would NOT recommend and will NOT be using again. First thing I was told when contacting them was no refund and cancellations would be accepted

Very disappointing flowers from Serenata, ordered from Canada for my niece in the UK. Only reason the got any stars is that they did deliver and the vase was in one piece. Choose a local florist...ones that you can actually contact if anything is wrong!

We ordered flowers for a relation who has been going through a bad time recently and this was her birthday. Having arranged for her to be home early to receive same,they only delivered at 3-45 pm and she had to rush back home to be there in time. We had ordered flowers to the value of 49.99 and a glass vase for 9.99. There was no glass vase,and whilst the recipient liked the flowers she said there was no way near the value for money. I have requested a refund for the vase,but,as your refunds process says "difficult",this is more in hope than expectation. We shall not be purchasing from this Company again. Good comms and delivery qas on time but flowers were terrible..it was like a £5 pick from tescos..not 30 quid i paid for and my mums friends had same experience..csnt understand why this company still gets so much business..avoid!
