“ do not shop here especially if you live in the US. horrible customer service and they make you pay for your returns and I had to spend $130 to return back to Australia. also the quality was subpar and the fit is not accurate. im always a size 2, I ordered 8 dresses and none of them looked nice ”

“ Do not order from Shona Joy!!!! Terrible customer service and returns process. No ability to get an exchange or refund like every other decent retailer or brand.
