Bloody hopeless never received my order, say they will refund me been waiting months for money. Have emailed them over 20 times at least no help. So please do not buy from this company.

Very helpful and nice the only thing I have is you have to have a license just to look. Other then that it's very nice. Priced to compete with others. So if you take anyone without a license they cant come in.

I can only give a one star but if I could - I would give them a minus as my order, placed in December 2022 has still NOT arrived. I have communicated with them on numerous (20+ times) occasions and still have not product or refund. Writing it off as a lesson learned as to the fact that there are tooooo many online 'companies' who promise something, charge you for it, and you get NOTHING. DO Not use this company - they have no reliable delivery, no business ethics and definitely do not intend to bring you anything.

Clothes wise I would give 5 stars as… Clothes wise I would give 5 stars as they do have nice items. Customer service however is awful. I have bought 2 dresses online, but because they were experiencing delays and order did not get processed after few days I contacted customer service and asked to cancel as won’t get them on time. Order has been cancelled 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Considering I never received the items, so they were not waiting for return to arrive I don’t understand why almost a month later I still did not get money back. Called them numerous times and they keep on telling me it is with their financial team and nothing they can do about it. They will let me know when refund is issued… still no news and so much stress as it is a lot of money for me £130. Never experienced it with any other online clothing retailer and hope will not again, but certainly would not recommend ordering online from Mango if you don’t want to deal with stress after as they just don’t care about customers!

I’ve been purchasing on line because it’s very convenient. The efficiency is very slow compared to other online orders with other stores. After 2 days of no action after my purchase, I contacted them, polite but seems powerless. Finally received an email on the 3rd day that it’s being processed. On the 4th day I received an email stating my delivery date on the 7th day since purchase. This is the slowest process I had for online clothing store where purchases can be time sensitive as I needed my purchase for travel. Obviously it was too late and I will leave without it. I don’t know what the return process is.

After years of shopping in Mango in the stores and buying a lot of clothes from Mango this was the first time I shopped with them online and I had to get my money back off them through PayPal I returned the items and they would not credit back my account even though they admitted they had processed my return. I am disgusted and I will never ever buy anything from Mango online or in store ever again

Delivery was quick. but reviews said clothes was small so I ordered a bigger size . and it was massive. I shouldn't of listened it was a cardigan . It's good that I can return it for free. All good so far.

I placed a order $44 in December I was able to track it from China to Los Angeles then I couldn’t track it any longer,I had no way of getting a hold of the delivery people Allright.I never received my order. I have emailed Mango/myrealistic several times and they have not refunded my money.I will not suggest you do business with them.

Bad expirience with customer services: I made a complaint by phone via 0900 number, nor on the website nor during the call I was told they charged for their help. I had to pay almost 15 eur for the call I found out later when I received the bill of my mobile provider! I told Mango about this, but they could not give a refund was the reaction. I am a loyal customer for many years now, helas this was the last time I placed an order with them!

My order DE5WZZ was placed on Jan 05, for some reason, the address was not correct. Right after the order placement, I contacted them about the wrong address. There was no option to edit the address on the website. I got an email later saying they transferred the request to other departments. Though everything was resolved then today I received a notification saying that the order left the warehouse and the address is incorrect. I called them twice and got the answer that they submitted the cancellation request but cannot guarantee the cancelation. Nothing can be done. Honestly, I do not know how they work together that make a request made right after the order cannot be corrected. Now I have to track the order and if it is gone I lost money. It is very risky for the customer this way. However, this is the last time I ordered from them since it is very inconvenient if something happened. Hate you MANGO!

Genuinely the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered my mums Christmas present from Mango, which was meant to be delivered to my home address but was seemingly rejected so it was never delivered. I’ve been trying to get a resolution from them for weeks I’m £80 out of pocket and have been called the wrong name, ignored my emails and now is telling me I need to speak to the courier even though they told me to speak to mango as they have my parcel. It’s honestly the worst experience I’ve had with any delivery and will never be ordering from mango again after this experience.

The HR does not seem to be anxious when employees are not receiving salaries on time. The HR also won't check email regularly. Delaying salaries can also be a breach of contract. Do be more mindful because people might have families to feed or endless bills to pay.

If I could give it a 0 I would, absolutely abysmal customer service. I ordered a coat on the 21st, received an email 5 days later to tell me it was out of stock. 1 How does it take 5 days to tell me that? 2 how is it for sale online if it’s out of stock? When I emailed customer service they said ‘ We wish to inform you that we are not in a position to guarantee the availability of articles and sizes’ in this day and age they don’t have a live stock system ? Then they proceeded to ignore my second email and responded to the 3rd saying ‘ We regret not having fulfilled your expectations.’ what an absolute waste of time and effort! Would never even consider ordering from Mango again despite being a well known high street brand.
