I want to keep my Sky services and move them to another address. They won't answer the phone. 1 hour so far on hold. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with sky. I cancelled my contract at end of December with it finishing end of Jan. Sky proceeded to take payments out of my account for Feb and march. When I rang they said they acknowledged there error and would refund within 72hours, a week went by and no refund. Contacted again and said it won't be till April that I get the refund and I was misinformed. That same week whilst waiting for my refund I was contacted to say I needed to return the kit and if not done by 30th march I would be charged. Whilst chasing the refund I asked about the return of the equipment and that I had no packaging. They stated this would be with me on the 21st and I explained that I will be away and unable to return by the 30th and that If the packaging had been sent within a timely manner and not less than 9 days before being charged I would of returned it by now. They said if it's not returned then I will be charged on 1st April, I repeatedly explained this is not possible to which they said purchase your own packaging at my own expense. With sky already having my money and me needing to put food on the table this is not acceptable. I would not recommend sky to anyone. I would also recommend when leaving cancel your direct debit as there system doesn't not work correctly (as stated by sky agent).

I’m not going to waste my time explaining problems with sky as they seem to have so many , just read reviews and judge for yourself not sure how on earth they’re still in business

I wish I never went with sky! Complete scammers! My bill started at £46.99, now they have put it up to £91.00!!!??? Absolutely disgusting!! But hey if I was a ‘new customer’ I would be paying what I was originally, they pull you in with a deal and then you’re stuck and they hike up prices. How they are still running I do not know. Customer service completely useless as well. Appalling.

Have nothing to do with these shysters. I left Sky because of escalating costs every month. I called to cancel but a couple of months later I find I'm still being billed for services not used and after all of the equipment was returned. Absolutely disgusted. Will not return to Sky!!!!!

I get connected to their off shore call centre in India, who either promise to cancel and refund or the bounce you around to different people in the call centre. So far I have been over charged nearly £60.00 and awaiting refund. I am waiting for my contract to come to an end and totally leave Sky.

Avoid! Impossible customer service, wait 45 minutes for the auto queue to hang up in you continuously to use their online services. Non of the customer service team ever seem to know anything always got different reasons for loss of service. Engineers were great. It took me 15 months to get them to cancel my subscription even though I was out of contract, they couldn’t provide the services and I have months of emails from the complaints email address detailing I wanted to cancel my account. When I finally got through and they finally cancelled it asked about the €1500 paid for no service and was told “that’s too bad maybe keep emailing the complaints department”.

These Guys are a bunch of Scumbags. Have been trying to cancel my account for 3 weeks. spent 3 hours in total on the phone with no answer. However if i ring as a new customer or want o buy something, i get answered straight away. Im now on a Whats app chat for over an hour trying to cancel. Some Idioit called Nicole wants to know why i dont want Sky. I said im leaving the Country and she now wants to know where im going and when? Constantly avoids the cancellation request and is trying to get me to sign up. I will be taking this legal if possible. I hope these guys rot in hell.

I am highly disappointed with Sky! I have been with them for 18th months and before my contract finished I called them on time to cancel the contract and transfer my broadband with a new provider as I wanted something cheaper. This happened in December 2021. I wasted so much of my time every time I called them to get an update on the transfer, and all the employees are clueless they didn't know what is the issue with the delays and why the transfer cannot be made, they were all repeating the same things! They promised that they will keep me updated! Keep in mind that their idea of updating is every week maybe more than that and via an email, not even a phone call where I DID ask them to do! One of the last times I call them, they reassured me that they will be on top of it and push the situation to finish faster. However, as they couldn't understand the problem, they advised me to do an immediate cancellation which, to be honest, I wasn't sure what that meant, and on their online website, it is not clear either. As I was desperate to change providers as I was still paying Sky for their internet and it is not cheap, I accepted. They haven't informed me what that includes, though. I received an email on the 24th of February 2022 that the cancellation is been complete, so I was ready to put a new provider in. What do I find out from the new provider??!! That I DO NOT HAVE A LANDLINE. So right now I have had no internet since the 24th of February 2022, I have spent the extra money to have more data because I am a master's student and a teacher, I do everything online! I send TWO COMPLAINTS to SKY. They completely ignored me! They didn't even inform or offered me compensation! This is ridiculous! How can you ignore this situation? I know you are a big company! But you have cost me money! You earned money from this horrible situation!! What do I do now?

We've been with Sky for a number of years, in the past. So this is the "Thanks" we got when we decided to go elsewhere due to their price increase. They wanted to charge us £50 more on top of our monthly bill. Everytime we called there was an hour wait, it took us 3 days to get through. Eventually we called as new customers and got straight through. We spoke to a bloke who was absolutely rude & pathetic from the customer service team. The cretin, offered to "help" by taking away the movie channels, kids channels and leaving us with free-view and charging us £78 for the privilege?! As we decided to leave, the bloke is charging us £98 this and next month, plus an additional £4 to cancel. I wouldn't go back with SKY even if they paid me! Absolutely shocking and greedy behaviour from them. The company (Virgin) we've gone to, were so helpful and we got a better deal with them.

Update spoke to SKY again today, and guess what. Account locked / blocked - Technical issues. Applied for a PAC Code last November 21 and still not received one. Applied for my second SIM PAC Code and guess- blocked- technical issues, it need going to technical and backroom. NOBODY AT SKY WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROBLEM AND SIMPLY PASS MIT DOWN THE LINE TO Where I dont know, and I dont think SKY know. USELESS.

This company is a load of SH**.I have been seeking a PAC Code since November 21 . All I get its an issue, its with our technical backroom. How many people of less that an a IQ of 1 work in this backroom. So this is ongoing. Today I applied for a second PAC Code for my second SIM- and guess wat " technical issues". Is this a company going out of business and reduced staff / technical, as it certainly fell like it. So if you are thinking of moving to SKY- BE-WARE they are Sh**. I use this term politely as they are a bunch of bast****. So be aware-DO NOT USE

Ordered Sky Glass Credit agreement came and I did not manage to sign it. I went to sign the next evening and they had cancelled everthing. What sort of service is that? Its a lot of money to commit to oh what if you dont get a signature by the next day you just move on to the next person. Well I moving on as well.

Great when It works. However Please don't go with Sky if you work from home because my Wifi has been down for almost 5 weeks and there's still no sign of it ever getting fixed. Also if they say when they are coming out don't get your hopes up as they always cancel and tell you to just wait another 2 days. My freind had a similar experience he had to wait 4 weeks and struggled to get through to anyone. Not saying don't go with them but only go with them if your OK with waiting for a month for it to work again. (It got disconnected by openreach even though we always pay our bills)

Been with sky for 23years phoned up to query boardband increase going up to £35 in June from £28 when I got to speak to someone about this I said BT where advertising boardband for just over £26 for blue light card holders ( NHS workers ) for 2 years guess what he said ? JOIN BT that’s what you get for being with them for all those years
