“I am very unsatisfied with my purchase from Slay Queen Hair. Horrible customer service, no one answers the phone calls ever, after repeated messages on Instagram I was finally able to communicate with someone. My order was shipped late, 5 days after date of purchase even tho I confirmed the hair was in stock and that I needed the hair within a 7 day window. I had to call them to follow up because no one contacted me regarding shipment confirmation. The bundles are fake and not full to the ends, especially the long lengths. Quality of the straight hair is really bad, hair puffs up soon after flat ironing. I regret my purchase 100% and will advise as many unsuspecting shoppers to stay far away from this scam of a company.”

“I loved my bundles. I ordered Brazilian deep curly and it was easy to straighten, curl, and then wash it and wear it back to its natural state curly. I forgot to mention it was easy to apply color as well. When I need to order again I will go to them first for good hair and reasonable pricing.”

“I purchased 3 bundles and a frontal. I never recieved the frontal I only recieved the 3 bundles. I paid for it too be shipped here fast and it wasn't, they didn't refund me for the money that I paid for quick shipping.”

“I ordered a 16 inch frontal and received a 11-12 inch frontal. Overall the hair is great but me as a consumer I feel cheated. I called SlayQueen to have the issue resolved but instead of fixing the issue they belittled and insulted my knowledge of hair. I ordered 3 accompanying bundles 22 inches being the shortest length. Between that and the frontal that is about a 10 inch difference. I have no intentions of cutting the hair to match the frontal, I ordered long hair because I want long hair. I hope through this survey SlayQueen can better improve their practices instead of cheating customers out of their money.”

“I ordered some hair and as soon as I hit confirm order I realized that I ordered the wrong lengths..I understood it was my fault, but still called customer service in hopes that I would be able to rectify the situation. I believe the owner himself answered and told me he was going on a trip but txt him the lengths I wanted and my order number and he would fix it. I did so and a few days later I called again and got no answer. The next day he reached out to me (I'm guessing after he returned) and told me he had no recollection of our conversation. He then told me I would be receiving what ever he sent and if I had a problem to send it back he would send me an invoice with the price difference and we would go from there. Understandable, so I send the hair back and filed a complaint with pay pal because after sending the hair he was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and did not speak like someone who wanted to maintain customer repore. He recieved my hair and I never got a refund, even if we were not in direct correspondence (because of the dispute) he received my return package that had my order number and name. He chose to keep the hair and the money simply because he could. I filed my complaint after I sent the hair and did not get a tracking number so I had no real proof he got my hair. But he gave me the address personally over the phone, so I know he got it. What I'm trying to say here is there are many other hair companies with affordable hair and great customer service, go try some of them. You will seriously regret giving your money to someone like him...BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE”

“The hair was reasonable for the price. I've personally experienced better hair. However, the customer service was worse than the quality of the hair. My first order was screwed up because I was sent only three of the six bundles I ordered, and then the three bundles I received were the wrong curl pattern. When I made my second order (this one), I told the customer service guy about my problem and if I could just get a refund, and he said he'll send out the rest of hair. Well, he never shipped it out until I called about two weeks later. :( Finally, I received my hair which was the correct curl pattern, so now I had three bundles of one type, one matching frontal, three bundles of another type that neither my mother nor I wanted. Therefore, I confronted him again, and that's when I was told that I was "lying." (really?) So I just left it alone, and dealt with what I had. The packaging kind of confused me because online, the hair I ordered was the Brazilian deep curly but the packages to the bundles said "water wave" and the matching frontal said "loose deep." The hair that didn't match the frontal also said "loose deep" (kinda aggravating). Now the quality of the hair was not all I expected it to be. It had a beautiful curl pattern, but the hair couldn't even straighten correctly. It didn't behave like true virgin hair.”

“This is the worst hair I ever had. I got the 20" bundle deal and got Peruvian hair. Before I used the hair it was tangling and was very thin. I was so disappointed because I got the hair for my birthday and didn't have time to return it also when curling the hair was difficult and the curls didn't last. Never using this hair company again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.”

“I do not recommend this hair to anyone. Completely trash and filled with fillers (synthetic strands) to make bundles full. Customer service is terrible. Nobody responds. I have no idea where the positive reviews come from, but you need to stop it. Terrible Terrible hair I did a review on it check my youtube channel " Ourlittles3cr3t"!”

“Hair is just okay. Straightens nicely but tangles and sheds A LOT. Doesn't hold a curl. Hair also doesn't have the curl pattern shown in photos. I dyed it a dark red (without using bleach). I got the Brazilian deep curly and the curl is more like a loose wave at best. The closures are nice but the strands shed very easily. I probably wouldn't buy again.”

“I ordered from Slay Queen Hair and when I say OMG! I love the hair. I received it in a timely manner, it came in a beautiful bag that stated Slay Queen. The hair was soft, no shedding, and no smell. I had it installed for a fashion photo shoot and runway show in July - August 2016 California. So many compliments, I referred so many girls to Slay Queen. I will order again from Slay Queen.”

“The hair tangled alot and shredded alot , when I spoke to the owner he agreed to replace it and took my address to send me new hair and told me to throw away the old hair ..well weeks went by so I called and another guy stayed that he didn't say that and he was the owner now after he contacted the other guy who admitted it ...then he says to send the hair back and I said how can I when it's in the trash bc the other owner said not to send it back after I sent pics..so pretty much they cheated me and I would advise know one to get the hair nor trust the owner”

“The hair I paid for was Brazilian straight, when my hair stylist installed it she automatically told me this hair isn't the top of the line. It goes bone straight but doesn't stay after a hour or two the hair would have dents in it, between my shoulder and neck it would curve and the ends look terrible. I took it out two weeks later and called customer service and told the person the issue and they weren't helpful at all. I will not be purchasing hair from here ever again.”

“This was by far the WORST hair I have ever purchased. From shedding, tangling and falling off the weft I should've known the price was too good to be true. On top of the poor quality of the hair, my hair took nearly two weeks to get to me. As a paying customer neither of these should occur. Highly dissatisfied and will not be purchasing again.”

“Not the best quality but for the price its fine. Hair tangles very bad after about 3 weeks even with care. I could not reuse my hair. I brought two different types of hair but have not used the Brazilian curly. I hope I have a better experience with these three bundles.”
