I was very pleased. Contacted your company about a defective snoshovel and it was replaced so fast. I'm glad because we're getting up to 8" tomorrow. I'm a senior citizen with an old back. So glad ill have it for this storm. Thank you!

The product I received only worked for a few minutes then shut down and could not be started again. I call the help line and was told to ship it back and I would receive a replacement. When the replacement arrived the ring around the chute was broken so I called again and told to return it for a different replacement. The third one arrived and the handle was broken and some of the parts to put the handles together were misssing. Each time I returned it I had to drive to the next town which is 30 or so miles away. At that point I decided to ask for a refund. The staff at the help line were very polite and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Maybe the type of material the SnowJoe snowblowers are made of is not suitable for the very cold climate we have been experiencing.

The person I was working with was very nice and helpful. The only problem I can see is he said I would get a refund on my belt order but so far have not seen it.

With assistance from Maria Arcilla, and Julie Rebucas they made a replacement of one of the hoses I have purchased effortless and super easy. The hoses seem to be good as long as they are not abused. But for camping they are a great alternative to the old style bulky ones thankyou both 😊

I just called SnowJoe and asked to get my shipping address changed and "Abby" told me that she could not do that! She WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO A MANAGER!!!! She stated REPEATEDLY that the Supervisor will give me the same response. I DON'T CARE!!! I WANTED TO TALK TO A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR!!! i have NEVER had a company NOT LET ME TALK TO A SUPERVISOR!!! EVER!! this is unacceptable and UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have NO ISSUES with SnowJoe per se, it is FedEx who won't deliver because of weather which is BS! My street is clear and has been for 2 days. All SnowJoe needs to do is to change my deliver address, which I just got the 'prompt' when calling FedEx which SnowJoe could also get if they just called.

The Snow Joe support team (Fe Herediano) is first class. After a starting problem with my cordless snow blower, he was quick to give me possible solutions. When these didn't work, he worked with the warranty department to quickly get me a replacement blower. The entire process took less than 3 business days and was like working with a friend or family. Snow Joe was courteous and wanted to do what was right to keep me a satisfied and happy customer. This is the way quality businesses should be. Snow Joe has a customer for life.

The technician was very courteous, but didn't know much about my problem. I was trying to replace a wheel assembly but the two plastic inserts that needed to be pressed into the plastic wheel, seemingly could not be pressed into the wheel. In desperation, I finally put a small booklet onto the insert and pressed by hand as hard as I could and successfully pressed the insert into the wheel. I could have been told this, but the technician did not have this experience, to tell me to do it.

Was surprised the unit cracked where the battery connection was, but this was the unit that the wife LOVES because she does the pool with this one because its light, and powerful with no cord to worry it would get into the pool. when i went to charge the battery the housing cracked so the battery does not stay connected. spoke to your CS person, BEST SERVICE EVER AND GOT A REPLACEMENT ...... Sunjoe - you got my business......
