I had an issue with my second electric cultivator/tiller, model TJ600E. Last year, my first tiller was replaced under warranty after one use. This summer, the replacement tiller stopped working after one use. I'll be interested to see how next year goes with the third tiller. It is hard not to be skeptical about the reliability of this product. However, in each case, customer service was prompt and responsive to my needs and quickly issued instructions and free return shipping label to receive a replacement tiller. The company certainly stands behind its warranty.

Received my pressure washer and discovered a pinhole in the hose on its first use. Called and was treated with understanding and compassion. Mailed a new hose and I have used it and it is perfect.

I did not receive my warranty items because my directions were not followed. I spoke with customer service and she said because I already sent the items back the warranty parts would be sent right out. I have not received them, nor Have I received a tracking number to find out if there is a problem with delivery.

I ran a Customer Support group years ago, and when I hired people I told them I cou;d teach them the technical as[ects, but could not teach them to care. If they didn't care about the customer, this was the wrong field for the. I am happy to say, that Romel is someone I would have hired in a flash. Professional, competent, pleasant and "let's get the job done" attitude. Thank you for all the help.

I recently purchased a Sun Joe 2080 pressure washer and shortly after putting it together and connecting it to the water hose, the o-ring/gasket inside the hose attached to the wand, started leaking badly. I disconnected the hose and found that the gasket was broken apart. I called the company to get a replacement however, they stated that it was a common problem and they will be sending out a replacement piece or I could buy the gasket myself if I didn't want to wait. If it's a common problem, then why don't you have extra gaskets or send an extra one in the package? It's causing an inconvenience to have to wait for such a small piece or to have to spend time trying to find the part to fix YOUR machine.

There was a problem with a sprinkler I had purchased, I was thinking I would have to return it to Amazon and then order another. I decided to call Snow Joe first thinking there might be an easy fix. Much to my surprise, the guy I spoke with said they would send another one to me. I did not have to return the defective one and wait for it to be received before another one was sent out. That is what I call world-class customer service. Someone could have a fantastic product but poor customer service and I would cease to do business with them. When someone has a great product and great customer service they have earned my future business plus I tell all my friends and post it on social media. Kudos to your customer service team!

Fantastic company to work with. I had an issue with my Sun Joe hose that I purchased online. After 2 weeks, the hose sprung a leak. I was a little disappointed but I knew there was a 2 year warranty on the hose. After less than a week of sending my request, I received my hose replacement.
