I was not happy that the replacement for the wand had not arrived. There had been no communication either. The agent went above and beyond to help me and resolve my situation.

Customer Service Associate was very helpful handling my unit under warranty. I sent the documentation he requested and a photo of the machine. He verified and processed a replacement unit while we were on the phone. He sent a return label via email, and I shipped damaged unit back. The new unit arrived within a few days. It is nice to do business with a company that stands behind their product and honors their warranty.

I am very pleased how patient and helpful Marie was finding two SUNJOE AIR COMPRESSORS with a battery in a hard-shell storage case like mine I purchased 4 months ago from local Tractor Supply. When I ordered again there to give as gifts, twice they sent them with no battery or hard black case but just a bag instead! Very frustrating and disappointing indeed! My order from you has not arrived yet so I'm hopeful it is exactly like mine and not the AutoJoe shown with a storage BAG !

I was so frustrated when I could not get any water out of my 75 ft SS hose - could not move the flow control valve & used a screwdriver & the control valve came off - put it back on, and still, no water from the hose. Called customer service and by this time, I was aggravated. My service person got me through the process, she waited for me to get on my computer - so I could see the pics of what needed to be done to get the hose to work. My rep was extremely courteous & patient with me through the whole process. I wish the instructions on P2 of the book said something about turning the valve 😒 a certain way. Your rep is a person to keep - her professionalism was unequaled - I would give her 10 stars if there were 10.
