Customer service are very professional. I love the idea of the lightweight hoses but the quality needs giant QC. I bought 3 hoses in April and my 4th replacement is to arrive tomorrow. With the 2 year warranty and my determation Snow Joe will loose money. QC has to be done on these hoses.

Had a double charge and the service was awesome at waiting on me , but , even though my incorrect purchase was cancelled for me the charge was not canceled with PayPal account and I’m still working on it 10 days later . I’m very satisfied with my purchase though

My most recent experience (the second) was a warranty replacement of a Snow Joe snow blower, but I'll mention the first contact as well. It invlolved troubleshooting the snow blower on Chat and it went very well. The technician (whose name I don't remember now) was very patient, leading me through the two tests systematically. While the snow blower breaking after such a limited amount of use was disappointing, this session was straightforward and we reached a conclusion quite quickly. The snow blower needed to be replaced, but unfortunately, my model was out of stock. The second contact was after it came back in stock and was handled by Romel Mendoza. It, too, was handled efficiently and professionally. About the only problem was finding a box to return the broken machine, since I no longer had the originally packaging after a year and a half. But after that was settled, the new snow blower arrived about a week later. I've already charged and tried it out, and it works fine. I am very pleased with the process and how quickly and easily it was handled.

I purchased 3 hoses and 2 of them were defective. I contacted Sun Joe and they sent me 2 new hoses in just a few days! It was a great experience working with them!

Unfortunately, my SunJoe power washer stopped working after a few days of heavy cleaning. When I called SunJoe we reviewed the steps to check whether it was truly damaged or not. Once it was determined that the motor was burnt out they submitted a warranty claim for me. I got the new power washer within 3 days. Thanks SunJoe for replacing the damaged unit.

Recently bought the Snow Joe to replace a roughly 2-year-old expandible type hose that popped. Used and liked the hose. The design is different and seems very durable. About a week later the hose failed, iI was very surprised as there was no obvious outside damage to the hose. I called the 1-800 number on a Sunday morning thinking no one would answer and Bam! They answer and long story short I verified the serial number on the product and was sent a replacement a few days later. Good customer service is hard to come by and this company is making an honest effort to stand by their products. Much Thanks.
