“I’ve been an avid Sophia Webster customer since 2019 when I purchased my bridal shoes. I absolutely love the brand and designs. I have several pairs of shoes and bags. I had an issue with a bag recently and I reached out to customer service. Taylor was brilliant super fast response to my query and went about resolving my issue whilst answering my questions. I recommend Sophia Webster to all my friends and I have a wish list saved. Sophia Webster’s book sums up the one thing I’m always told when I wear them “Oh My gosh! I love your shoes” excellent customer service and experience, worth every penny.”

“Emailed Sophia webster about my shoes being damaged after one wear and the customer service is the best I’ve ever come across. They really care about the products and are extremely accommodating. My shoes had been worn once for my wedding and some crystals had come out, so I emailed the team with pictures to see about having them fixed but they weren’t able to. They gave me a full refund which is not what I expected and I was totally overwhelmed. The best customer service team I’ve ever come across!”

“I had a problem with a pair of shoes that I bought and customer services were brilliant. We had a little back and forth but nothing I would not expect. One particular person was extremely helpful and patient. It is hard to find good customer service today and I really appreciated it. Thank you.”

“I bought a pair of flats 2 years ago but never wear them until I tried them on. The soles cracked and splitter on both shoes. I contacted SW customer services attached my proof of purchase and Kajal was brilliant and creative allowing me to pick out some different but replacement shoes for me. Though I was upset and disappointed with the quality of my broken/brand new shoes, I was very pleased with the resolution and the prompt response /of great customer service.”

“I reached out by email to see if I could find a pair of unique colored heel caps for a pair of their booties, and they got back to me very quickly (especially considering they’re in the UK and I’m in Texas) and offered to send a pair as long as I covered shipping. The first pair was lost by FedEx so I reached back out, and they sent out another pair which I received right away. I cannot rave enough about their excellent customer service. Top notch service and beautiful shoes.”

“Bought a pair of Emerald Delicia Marabou Mules for my partner back at Christmas. Arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged. She loves them. Very pleased, slightly miffed to notice today that they are now priced at £150 less than when I ordered them! 🤣”

“I have three pairs of shoes from SW. Two heels and one flats. The heels have been great but the second time I wore the flats, the soles cracked on both shoes. However, I contacted SW customer services and they were brilliant, allowing me to pick out some different but replacement shoes for me. So, I was disappointed my shoes broke (not the quality I'd expect) but I was very pleased with the resolution and the responsiveness / friendliness of the customer service.”

“Slippers from Sofia Webster are leaving stains on my feet 👣 it’s just unbelievable that they can sell product like this! On top of everything customer service is disaster and I am very disappointed in service I paid! Will never purchase anything else”

“Not only are the shoes amazing, but the after sales Customer Service is fantastic. My very small issue was dealt with by the lovely Ellen, and was resolved immediately. Fast response, efficient and very friendly; almost unheard of these days!”

“I bought the Rio pumps for my wedding and they are absolutely stunning. I bought them in July and only tried them on with my dress yesterday - to my horror the glitter surface pulled against the dress material and was a disaster. I was so worried as it had been 3 months since I bought them and I haven't budgeted for another pair. I contacted customer services and explained and they were so unbelievably helpful and understanding. I have never experienced service like it. They are taken the shoes back and even offered me 15% discount on a new pair !!! I can't believe it.. THANK YOU !!!”

“I would like to say that Louise-Customer Experience Assistant made my SW experience absolutely amazing. As my shoes were faulty, I have contacted chat and Louise was so kind, helpful and efficient, she organised return and exchange in such speed I was amazed and kept me updated all the way. What a fantastic representation for the company! Thank you Louise!”
