I would rate zero stars if allowed. My daughter ordered her prom dress, received it and was way too big as well as the color was far from what was represented online. We submitted a request the day we received it, It's now been a week and the company refuses to send a return tag, but offered us $20.00 and told us to keep the dress and try to resell ourselves. Our next offer from them was to pay them $50.00 more for them to alter it. Their return policy clearly states returns within 14 days and from their website it states: Can i return the dress when i receive it? You can return the dress and get refund if there is anything wrong with the dress you received. They're are impossible to get a hold of live, no phone number that I've been able to locate. We have even communicated via instagram to try and get this rectified. Save yourself the money, time and headache and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Needless to say, this return predicament placed us in a time constraint and we had no choice but to shop elsewhere for her prom dress due to a time constraint and so THANKFUL we did! We couldn't have asked for better customer service with the new dress store.

I have five bridesmaids and for sizing purposes I ordered two dresses to allow the girls who live closer to me to try them on so we could figure out whether that particular dress was too big, small or true to size. The process of buying and recieving my items were very quick. However, once the dresses arrived, the colour was not the same of how it presented online and the dress just looked awful. One dress had a mark on the shoulder and the other had stitching coming apart and fabric pulling away. Definitely not 'tailor made' and little to no effort was put into making the dresses. I straight away issued a ticket for a refund for both dresses. Their response was that they can send me ONE free dress and I can sell the other two on a second hand market. I declined this offer and asked for a full refund. They took over a week to respond. Their next offer was that due to the long process of returning the item, I can keep the dresses and they would refund me £40. £40!?!?? I paid £197 for two dresses. The customer service is poor and after reading reviews I can see I'm not the only person receiving issues of trying to get their money back. They don't comply with their OWN refund policy and clearly don't value their 'tailor made dresses' when they're suggesting to just sell them on a second hand market. It's embarrassing. Do not buy from here!!

Dress was good quality but not the color as described or pictured. They offered me a refund of $20 and keep a dress I paid 4 times that much for and couldn't use.

I’ve been trying to return the dress I had purchased since 4/14/24 (same day I got it) because I wasn’t happy with the quality and it was too big. They stopped responding to my emails over a week ago, I contacted them through Live chat several times now but they are just a waste of your time! There’s no other way to communicate with them at all! They tried to make me buy another dress at a discounted price but I’ll never purchase anything else from them if this is the kind of customer service I get! I’ve never dealt with anything like this before! Just avoid the headache and order from somewhere else!

My daughter specifically wanted the dress in that color and therefore I had no choice but to cancel the order they would only refund partially. This is a complete scam. They wouldn’t even refund my expedited shipping and clearly nothing was shipped. I would’ve never ordered unless I did the refund and return policy and none of this was stated.

Absolutely awful customer service. Asked for a refund for my dress as it NEVER ARRIVED. Emails took weeks to respond to and live chat was unhelpful and unprofessional. Will not be ordering from here again.

Do not buy if you wish to return an item and receive a refund, it is a con!! They agree on live chat but never respond to any emails. They offer a discounted price but never reply. I have now commenced reporting them to Trading Standards UK, It is so wrong how they ripe everyone off. The website looks good, but it's dodgy. Please avoid!!

Awful costumer service. Please don’t buy anything as their refund process is FAR FROM what they stated on the website.they are not processing my request after a week and not processing my return at all. I contacted live chat and feels like” computer says no “. I lost £148 as the dress wasn’t fitting properly! I do urge you to think twice before purchasing any dress from them. Shocking service

Dress too small so asked for bigger size to be told to go and sell it in second hand market and order another one off them because they dont offer returns, do not order off this company

Absolutely do not order from this company. The quality of the dress and even the color were totally different than the picture. When I tried to return based on their policy all I have gotten is the run around. They keep trying to offer me a small refund to keep the dress and have refused to refund my money completely and tell me how to return the dress. They are deceptive and misleading in addition to being impossible to work with. Save your self a lot of trouble and find a different company.

Ordered the dress a month in advance and paid for expedited shipping. On date the dress was supposed to arrive it did not. I gave it a couple more days in case of logistical issues, still did not come and was showing it was still in production when I tracked it on the website. I contacted the company and asked when dress would be shipped and where it was coming from. All they would tell me was that it was suddenly ready and being shipped that day and would be here by the day before prom. They guaranteed this, but would not tell me where it was shipping from. I asked for a refund because I was uncomfortable with not knowing where it was coming from and unsure if it would actually be here in time. They said it would for sure be here in time and to not cancel the order. Daughter really wanted the dress so I went ahead and waited. Prom is today and the dress is not here. I called last night when I saw on tracking that the dress was not shipped and the only progress was the shipping label had been printed. I asked to cancel and get a refund and they refused. They stated the dress has been shipped and they can’t refund until I return it. I told them the tracking info they provided shows it has indeed not shipped and I just want the money I spent back including the expedited shipping I paid for and didn’t get. They continue to refuse and I have idea if I will ever even receive the dress to return it to get my money back.

Had my measurements checked twice. The dress arrived & it was way too big & 3 inches shorter than what I had requested. I contacted support & showed them the evidence as requested. John then offered to make me another dress for $50USD . I was Ok to do that thinking the 2nd dress would be perfect. But no, it arrived the same as the 1st dress length wise, still too short, but this time tight around the waiste. My measurements never changed but here I was with 2 dresses that were different. As the wedding was looming up, I again contacted John from support & was advised all replys will take 14 days but he did offer to make a 3rd dress. I declined the offer & let them know I will never ever buy from them again. My dresses cost me $380 AUD which is a huge amount of money. I took the dresses to a dressmaker, another cost & she was able to add another layer onto the hem. My argument is why have custom made if Stacees don't follow your measurements??? I will never buy from this lot again.

Prom girlies do NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE TRUST ME. They have terrible customer service. I tried to so hard to get a refund but they refused and I had to resort to doing a dispute. AVOID THIS TRASH WEBSITE. There dresses arent well made

Ordered a dark navy dress, a bright red arrived. After numerous attempts of contacting the shop they eventually replies saying it’s a colour deviation and advise I order samples. Red from navy ? They offered to make another dress for a few and strongly advised I gift the dress to someone as I won’t get my money back and if I did send it back the dress would be lost losing all money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My order arrived and I was not happy with the product and wanted to return it. There’s no return option and you have to raise a ticket, I have messaged and messaged only for them to ignore me for nearly a week. I’ve had to message them on instagram for a response! Only to get a reply saying they can not except a return but can give me £10 back as compensation and make me a new dress for half the price! They advertise refunds within 14 days if the product isn’t a custom made size (which mine isn’t) and yet I cannot return the item?! Cheap materials, threads coming out, doesn’t look like the picture, horrendous packaging and SHOCKING customer service that doesn’t respond.

Very pretty dress. Nicely done. Custom made to measurement needed an extra .25 inch because it just fits snugly. Promised Shipping/arrival time was off by two weeks. Packaging was not ideal, very wrinkled. We're happy with it overall.

The website says 'worry-free returns on standard sizes within 14 days'. I asked on the chat on the website if i could return and was told that I could. I contacted them within 2 days of receiving the dress to ask how to return it. They offered me £20 refund on a £147 dress and then ignored my subsequent emails. The company seems to use its location in Hong Kong to completely ignore UK consumer laws and protections. I suspect that there is no ability to return dresses in any circumstances, including when they are defective or different from what was ordered. Ordering from this company is quite a risk.

The worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. The dress did not fit and I sent them pics but they kept saying that I need to show them the measurements of the dress. Who cares the dress did not fit. I sent them pictures. I give them a 0.
