STAY AWAY!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! If you order a dress from here and then want to return it they will scam you but not responding. I have been trying to contact someone for a month and no answer. They contacted me back once and asked if I wanted a coupon instead of a return?? After I said no they stopped answering. The dress was not even cute, I wouldn’t waste your time.

If I could give it a 0 I would! Don’t expect a refund if it does not fit… I wish I had read all the negative comments and checked BBB reviews first. The reviews on the Stacees website are from the few that were happy with their purchase. Stay away from this company… not with the hassle and customer service is horrible!

this website is an absolute scam, i thought i was getting a great deal but was not. the dress i ordered looked nothing like the photo and they would not give me a full refund. please do not order from here so others don’t get scammed like i did

I left a 1 star review only because zero or negative numbers were not an option. My interaction with Stacee's was the worst I have had with an online store. I recently purchased a dress for my son's wedding. Before I ordered the dress, I checked the return policy which stated, "Worry-Free Returns are available for standard sizes within 14 days.” I purchased a standard size dress. The dress did not fit well and the condition of the dress was not acceptable. I tried to initiate a return, which resulted in a 10 email chain exchange where I was discouraged from returning the dress. The cost to return would be $30-40. First, they offered to let me keep the dress and they would ship me a new one for $50. I asked to return the dress. They then offered two options. 1) They would compensate me $15 (for a $110 purchase) or 2) They would make me a new dress for $40. Again I asked to return the dress. They replied that I could return the dress by paying $30-40 shipping, but shipping is unreliable and they would not process a refund until they received the dress. They offered $25 compensation if I would keep the dress. I then asked for $50 compensation for the unacceptable dress. Here is the company's reply, "I could understand you, but $38 is the highest compensation we can apply for you. Each of the dresses is made to order and our tailor took much effort for the dresses and $50 refund is too much for so beautiful dress. Hope you could consider it again." At this point, I agreed to the $38 refund (only because I have better things to do with my time than continue to wrangle with them) although I am skeptical that I will ever get that money back. I would not recommend ever purchasing anything from Stacie's.

Ordered item and they never shipped it. Was given a tracking number and seen no activity. They claimed their system wasn’t updated. Kept giving me the run around. I had to dispute it to try and get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The dress was not made the same colors as in the advertising photo. They change the color of the top of the dress without asking me for approval. I was disappointed as the dress did not look as I expected. I requested return label and refund. It has been almost 3 weeks since. They are responding to my email but they refuse to give me my money back. They say I can keep the dress, and the will make a new dress of my choice of the value of $80. I paid for the dress $240. I will never buy from them again.

Absolutely terrible, poor quality dresses sold at high prices that they will never refund no matter what!! I ordered a dress for my daughters prom, it doesn’t fit properly, is badly made with loose threads everywhere and has given her a rash due to the cheap material. Despite this they will not respond to my complaint and clearly have no intention to provide a refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I can not leave zero star but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It is a SCAM. These people are ripping everyone off. Including brides before their big day. How do we get this site shut down? Please avoid this company. Dont think u wont fall victim

I ordered 2 dresses. It has been more than two weeks and the company has not responded again after a misleading exchange trying to reassure me. This company seems to rely on misleading approach bordering on fraud. If I receive no resolution I plan to file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission & dispute the charge if possible. If they will process my return I will forgive their poor customer service.

I’d I could leave a ZERO I would!! This is a fraudulent company that sends dirty, damaged garments and then fails to provide full refunds for THEIR mistakes. After MONTHS of back & forths, I was offered a pathetic $200 refund for a $450+ STAINED & DAMAGED wedding dress that I couldn’t even wear. “You received a dress that is unwearable so we would like to offer you less than half of what you paid for it for the inconvenience because we want to help me.” If they wanted to HELP their customers they would send them a dress they can actually wear on their wedding day or REFUND the bride for the money they WASTED on their garbage. If they wanted to be helpful they wouldn’t CHARGE THE CUSTOMERS MORE to send back a mistake THEY MADE. It is asinine. Their response time is NOT the 24 hours they state in their website… it is WEEKS at best and when they DO respond, they will waste your time with excuses and ZERO RESOLUTION. Their return policy states clearly that refunds are offered for damaged dresses but they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with in 47 years. Unethical & unprofessional ~ DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You will be out several hundred dollars without a dress you can wear!!!

I have had to give 1 star as it won't let you give 0!! DO NOT buy from this company. They do not accept returns which is against their so called "policy". The dress came and was faulty. They will not refund the money & offered just 8% of the cost of the dress as we MUST pay for the material (for a faulty dress??). Their standards and customer service is absolutely shocking. They have made an occasion that should be a happy experience into an awful and impossibly stressful one (not to mention expensive). They should not be allowed to trade. Save yourself the stress and do not but from them. Honestly - absolutely disgusted that this kind of thing can still happen

After reading all these comments i feel i am now in the same boat, impossible to get any sense out of them to return a dress there must be another way or someone higher to report this to. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Terrible customer support. I asked for a refund for a dress that was WAY too big. They stopped responding to the submitted ticked and no resolution made.

Their website and ads say specifically say ""Return policy 1) Worry-free returns are available for all standard sizes within 14 days. Custom sizes are final sale." It is clear there are standard sizes, which we ordered, a size 4, and "custom sizes" which we did not order. We ordered standard size, from their standard color palate, the "Regency purple" with absolutely no custom specification. We got a blueish-purple that was not the right color & we did not like it at all. The fabric is atrocious, very abrasive and scratchy - like a costume shop NOT AT ALL the luxurious looking fabrics they display on the website photos. They are charging top dollar - we actually found what we really wanted in a gorgeous fabric and a lovely color at Macy's and paid $75 LESS than we paid to these scammers! All that said, we took it out of the package, said "Oh no" tried it on just in case, and within a few hours of getting it filed the return request. It has been over a month now and still NO return slip or refund has been provided to us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company will not even allow you to put my own review on the website. All of their “5 star reviews” are made up and written by the company. Please do not buy from them. They are a horrible company and do not respect their customers whatsoever. I am disgusted at their ability to keep doing what they are doing. This is straight up robbery since they state they will give customers a full refund then decline once you reach out. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Unfortunately it seems that I am the latest victim to fall foul of their returns policy. No contact despite repeated e mails, damaged dress with pulls allover it and will not honour their return promise. Completely let down by this company and will now have to pay money to get my daughter's prom dress rectified so she can actually wear it. How a company is allowed to still operate under these conditions is baffling

Avoid!! Have been trying to get a dress returned for two weeks. Given the runaround, offered another dress (at a cost), declined, they offered another dress, declined. A week between emails and customer service nonexistent. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY
