DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have had the same issue as others who have commented. The communication with them is exactly the same as others who have posted screen shots. Not only was the dress not as picuted or described on the web site, they only wanted to refund me 70% of the cost of the dress and I pay for the return shipping! I suggest everyone file a complaint/report with the US Federal Trade Commission, BBB, International Consumer Complaint Network and Paypal if you made your purchase through them.

My daughter picked this dress out all on her own for her Junior Prom. We both loved it from first glance. The online ordering experience was supurb, I was able to enter her size, include details, select the color, and order with ease. They were quick to respond back with questions about exact measurements, which I provided, and updates on times it would take for alterations and shipping. The price was more than affordable and was surprising for the excellent quality, custom tailoring, and expediency. We will definitely be order from here again! Dress arrived. Nothing like the picture on the website. (Material was sparkly and glittery where it had a matt finish on the picture). Asked for a refund but there was no way this was going to happen sonI accepted a £35 payment in the end for a dress that cost £129. Very dishonest to advertise (hassle free returns) as this is just not true.

I received my dress on April 5th on the exact day the I received the dress I requested a refund. Right away I noticed the corset did not match with the straps and the skirt. Some sequins were pulled and hanging. When trying it on there was half of a clip. I located the actual clip in the bag. Then the bra padding was completely dented. I have all the original packaging and there is no visible damage. We have been messaging back and forth with pictures showing the damage. 1st they said for an additional $40 I can pick any dress I would like. I said no thank you. Than the gave me they said they would give me money to take it to the Taylor to have the clip attached. I said no because the color and damaged bra. Then I was offered $60 because it was custom made. I asked multiple times why I’m not able to get a refund. I offered to return same day.

Would not accept a return. They said it was customized to fit when in reality it was a standard size. Dont buy anything from here

I wish there was a negative star. They are scammers. They send crappy dresses and will not refund even though their site says they will.

Disappointed! They are firm on their no returns/no refund policy. Not impressed. We ordered custom, paid for faster turnaround and shipping. The dress's lace embroidery overlay we recieved is completely different then shown on website, regardless of natural lighting. The dress we ordered appears elegant and had wonderful reviews but now that I look back those reviews were for the color represented in the video not for optional colors. Very misleading. After a few back and forth messages and now requesting for a store credit to purchase something else. In the end they are willing to compensate $40 and she can keep the dress . This is barely a 4th of what I paid for a dress my daughter refuses to wear. Her prom is in less than 2 weeks...she is stressing over finding something else. Buyers Beware!!!

If I could give zero, I would. It says refunds offered, if a ticket was created within 14 days. It has been two months and they are still giving me the run around, and they take forever to reply. I want my money back. Something must be done. They are clearly scamming hundreds of people out of money.

It’s a scam! They won’t allow returns even though their website clearly states full refunds! Been over a month and they’re doing everything thing they can to scam me out of $140!

Really bad experience ordering from Stacees. The colour of the dress was completely wrong, it should have been a sage green with similar colored sequins, but what arrived was a lime/fluorescent green dress with bright gold sequins. It looked awful and my daughter was so disappointed and now has to find another dream for her school ball in one week. We don't have the money for another dress. When I queried it as soon as it arrived in the mail, Stacees just came back saying they could not see anything wrong with the 'tailor's finish' when it was clesrly nothing to do with that. I sent clear pictures to show the massive discrepancy in colour. They refused to refund us, then offered to make another dress (at our additional cost and shipping), then said don't send the other dress back as it will get lost in the mail??!!) This company is a joke and a compete rip-off. It appears that you are ordering from a reputable UK or USA site but the dresses are shipped from China and judging by the customer services replies I've had, they are China-based as well. Will obviously not ever order from Stacees again, I'm now over $250 out of pocket and have a dress that looks like it should be sent to the charity shop or the dress up box, with no offer of compensation from customer service. I just keep getting the same email back from various 'people' saying that I can pay to have another dress made...wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again, they need to read the room!! After several messages back and forwards going round in circles, I have not heard anything from them for several days..hence why I am posting this review as I feel I have given them a fair chance to rectify the situation but have heard nothing. The live chat function on their website is a waste of time..'Rachel' just keeps saying that my tickets will be replied to asap (??) Absolute scammers... Be aware, terrible after sales service, once they have your money it appears that they do not care!

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Does not allow returns even though it says they do and when I asked to return they asked for pictures of me in the dress instead. They skipped around the returns as much as possible and tried to get me to buy another one. This place deserves zero stars, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!

NO NO NO! Do not buy from here they would not let me return my dress and asked for pictures of me in my dress?? Really weird. I spent 118 dollars and basically threw my money away on a mediocre dress. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

I paid for premium shipping. My dress was shipped in a cheap shipping bag via USPS, the cheapest shipping company. Well it was delivered with a cut straight through the bag and dress. I've been trying for several weeks now to get my refund but these people are paying games with my money. They are refusing to give me a full refund and now they're saying I need proof from the shipper that it was delivered damaged knowing full and well that it was shipped via USPS which doesn't provide pictures of their delivered items.

STAY AWAY!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! If you order a dress from here and then want to return it they will scam you but not responding. I have been trying to contact someone for a month and no answer. They contacted me back once and asked if I wanted a coupon instead of a return?? After I said no they stopped answering. The dress was not even cute, I wouldn’t waste your time.

If I could give it a 0 I would! Don’t expect a refund if it does not fit… I wish I had read all the negative comments and checked BBB reviews first. The reviews on the Stacees website are from the few that were happy with their purchase. Stay away from this company… not with the hassle and customer service is horrible!

this website is an absolute scam, i thought i was getting a great deal but was not. the dress i ordered looked nothing like the photo and they would not give me a full refund. please do not order from here so others don’t get scammed like i did

I left a 1 star review only because zero or negative numbers were not an option. My interaction with Stacee's was the worst I have had with an online store. I recently purchased a dress for my son's wedding. Before I ordered the dress, I checked the return policy which stated, "Worry-Free Returns are available for standard sizes within 14 days.” I purchased a standard size dress. The dress did not fit well and the condition of the dress was not acceptable. I tried to initiate a return, which resulted in a 10 email chain exchange where I was discouraged from returning the dress. The cost to return would be $30-40. First, they offered to let me keep the dress and they would ship me a new one for $50. I asked to return the dress. They then offered two options. 1) They would compensate me $15 (for a $110 purchase) or 2) They would make me a new dress for $40. Again I asked to return the dress. They replied that I could return the dress by paying $30-40 shipping, but shipping is unreliable and they would not process a refund until they received the dress. They offered $25 compensation if I would keep the dress. I then asked for $50 compensation for the unacceptable dress. Here is the company's reply, "I could understand you, but $38 is the highest compensation we can apply for you. Each of the dresses is made to order and our tailor took much effort for the dresses and $50 refund is too much for so beautiful dress. Hope you could consider it again." At this point, I agreed to the $38 refund (only because I have better things to do with my time than continue to wrangle with them) although I am skeptical that I will ever get that money back. I would not recommend ever purchasing anything from Stacie's.

Ordered item and they never shipped it. Was given a tracking number and seen no activity. They claimed their system wasn’t updated. Kept giving me the run around. I had to dispute it to try and get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The dress was not made the same colors as in the advertising photo. They change the color of the top of the dress without asking me for approval. I was disappointed as the dress did not look as I expected. I requested return label and refund. It has been almost 3 weeks since. They are responding to my email but they refuse to give me my money back. They say I can keep the dress, and the will make a new dress of my choice of the value of $80. I paid for the dress $240. I will never buy from them again.
