I paid for all 4 dresses. Only two of them arrived. I’m still missing two dresses that I paid for! They did not provide shipping tracking numbers! One of the zippers on one of the dresses didn’t even zip up all the way due to the stiffness of material and zipper was too small. I requested a refund as they did not arrive to me within the 14 day window. I did not get to try them on before that window of time. Do NOT buy from this company. It was a huuuge waste of my money.

Do not order from them. I ordered three dresses which did not fit me. I responded to them within 14 days and they are stalling, stalling stalling. They are now asking me to put the dresses back on and take pictures to show how they do not fit. I have told him I have the dresses all packaged up ready to return. I just need a return shipping label. Still waiting for a response. Absolutely do not waste your time with this company.

If I could give a negative stars I would. Ordered two dresses, neither dressed fit. Reached out within the 14 day return policy. I have been going back and forth with them to return the dresses, sending pictures and continually turning down the ridiculous offers they would keep sending.This started on May 12th 2024 and yesterday I finally put them in the mail, with a address they finally provided and I am hoping for a 70% refund, as promised. They are a TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! If I could warn anyone.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is a long review but needs a read if you’re thinking of buying anything from Stacees. I wish I’d had the foresight to read these reviews before I spent £380 on two dresses. Dresses that should have fit me perfectly judging by their sizing guide, but didn’t. As detailed in other reviews, I am in the midst of ping-pong emails with Stacees, who are trying their very best to avoid me returning the items and giving me my money back. Their first email has asked for photographic evidence that the dress isn’t suitable (seriously? UK law is clear that anything bought online can be returned within the 14 day timeframe even if I simply just changed my mind and didn’t want them anymore). Second and third emails have them bartering with me to accept either a free dress or £60 in compensation. They have also said that it would be risky posting the dresses back because the postal system is so ‘unstable’. Have they heard of tracked delivery? Fourth email has them telling me that it will cost me £30-£40 return postage fees (per dress apparently!!) despite it not saying on their website that it is the buyers responsibility to pay postage for refunds. On reading the Consumer Right’s Act, this should be their cost to bare, and not mine. They have also told me it will take ‘about a month’ to return my money to me once they’ve received the goods. Try again Stacees, the law states you have 14 days for online purchases. Currently awaiting another email trying to convince me to try and sell on the dresses myself. At this point I am thinking it might be easier to just pay £70 to take them to the small claims court. Still cheaper than the postage costs if Stacees are to be believed! It appears this company is probably making quite a lot of money from cheating consumers of their rights.

This company is a complete sham. I ordered 3 MOB dresses. I checked their return policy and according to website - 2 weeks to get a full refund. I received dresses on 6/4/24 - went online to generate ticket (website is purposefully difficult) and they wont take it back! They have suggested i take photos of me trying on dresses and send that to them? And second offer is to give ne $20 per dress and krep thrm. I paid $611. When i replied no to each of those absurd suggestions - they ghosted me. RUN FAST and dont buy from them

Bought my dress for my sons wedding from stacees and I must admit the dress is stunning and my future daughter in law has just bought her wedding dress from stacees and the attention to detail is outstanding such a beautiful dress so I've just ordered my dress for my other sons wedding from stacees I can't rate this company enough stacees is a fantastic company

Absolutely horrible customer service. They keep suggesting I resell the dress to make money on it and not bothering to return it. What kind of company does that? It clearly says worry free returns on their site - and let me tell you it has been a complete hassle. I am pretty sure they have no intention of letting me return this dress and I'm sure I won't see the money back. They should be closed down - what a joke. It's been 3 months and we have gone back and forth with messages - they are at a point where they are willing to give me $50 back. unacceptable.

What a nightmare do not order from them!!! Ordered a dress for a wedding. It looks nothing like the dress in the picture on their website. The color was wrong and the material looks and feels like a curtain from the 70s. I’m been trying to return it and get a refund and they’ve been giving me the runaround for 2 weeks now and telling me to keep the dress and try to resell it. Who does that?

I wish I could give zero stars. Bought a dress and it looks nothing like the picture! It’s also too small even though I measured myself. I’m trying to return but they are dodging me. I spent a lot of money on this dress! They are horrible and a scam. Do not buy from this company. Biggest regret ever!

Do NOT purchase from this store! The dress I needed for a wedding was completely different than what they showed on their website in both material and color. I needed a gold dress and received an oversized bright yellow dress for $156. I contacted Stacees about my issue and uploaded pictures. They responded once telling me to keep the dress and pay $50. I did not want the item, just to simply return and receive a refund as stated on their website. They fail to add on their site that these "hassle free returns" actually mean you shipping the dress internationally to China. International shipping from the US to China is outrageous. Almost the cost of the dress at $121 with DHL. Its been a month and im still disputing the charge with Paypal. I never leave bad reviews but maybe this will save someone the headache and hassle! Worst experience and no accountability by the company for advertising completely different products. Purchase at your own risk.

DO NOT ORDER! It’s a SCAM SITE!! They dragged me along for months, not wanting to return my dress or exchange it or get my money back after months and months of communication they deleted all of our communication and ghosted us.

**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** They do not honor their return policy and make all kinds of excuses for not providing a return label. This is a horrible company!! Please buy your dress somewhere else!

If I could give this a negative 20 stars I would. My dress has snags all over it and they offered me $30 or to pay for dry cleaning! I paid $220 for a dress I can’t wear! I should have believed the reviews!

Nightmare of a company for customer service and returns. Ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses, colour and style not as appears on website. Wanted to return both and they just keep offering me to pay another 90 and then 80 to have new dresses in different sizes made. They just tell you to sell the dresses and returning is expensive! Numerous times I've told them I just want a refund and now they have stopped responding. Reluctant to give me the return policy. Going to try claim back off credit card as luckily paid on that and I am using resolver to try and help me make a complaint and get my money back or at least some...it's principle. Run a mile from this shambles of a company!

Do NOT order from this company, if the dress doesn't look good on you, doesn't fit properly, etc., you are stuck with it. They will only refund your money if the item is defective or damaged, period, end of question. I'm out $150.00 for an ill made, ill fitting unflattering dress! Don't waste your time or your money!

Zero stars should be an option. Dress I ordered looked nothing g like the website picture. After multiple emails back and forth, explaining the dress was not acceptable, and despite there policy of full refunds, they refuse to refund. DO NOT order from this company!

f I could give 0 stars I would ! If I could give 0 stars I would !! I bought an off the peg dress which when arrived did not fit . They advertise easy returns within 14 days . The dress arrived on 18th may and after 21 emails back and forth and them trying everything they can to not let me return the address !! I have been offered another dress at a lesser cost and told it would be £30 to ship the dress back . I don not want another dress and nor does it say anywhere in their return policy it is £30 shipping to return !! They said if I return it they would give me 75% refund . Again nowhere on their policy does it say you only get 75% refund . They make it up as they go along ! I have provided them with pictures of the dress as requested and still they are obstructing the return and trying to get me to sell the dress on a second hand website!! Do not use this company they do not stick to their return policy and now I am stuck with a dress I do not want and have tried in vain to return !! Absolutely terrible company avoid at all costs and I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase . I am now left penniless and unable to afford to buy another dress for my 50th birthday . I am so upset !

Poor Customer service. Dress arrived later than promised and would not let me return it. Save yourself a lot of hassle and spend your money elsewhere.
