“ DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I submitted a return request 2 days after the delivery and the customer service department has been trying to get me to keep them even though my wedding was a month ago, stating the return label will cost money and will refund me $40. $40 for my $300 order? I think not. This company will try to take your money and not work with you for returns as stated on their website and policy ”

“ Bought a dress for £180 when the dress came late after paying £24 extra for delivery the dress was too tight contacted stacees for refund keep on blanking me filled the ticket in but no joy would not buy from this company again once they have got your money bye. Bye A BIG SSSSCCCCAAAAAMMMM. Still no refund ”
