These guys suck!!! I had some problems with a seller and they agreed to refund my money so i bought 2 new tickets. A few days later, i got an email stating they resolved the issue with the seller and i got a cryptic email with links to open the day of the concert. No more refund. Now I'm stuck with 4 tickets instead of the 2 i wanted and if i relist them, I'll have to eat $200 because of their fees. Stick with Ticketmaster. Way smoother!!! What a waste of time and money!!

Purchased pre sale Chris brown tickets for NJ in April. Got a text today saying the seller couldn't buy the tickets a month later and they offered me worse seats and a 11 dollar voucher. I opted for a full refund and I will be going through a different place to buy tickets in a diff state terrible business practice. Do better. If the tickets aren't garenteed don't offer them simple as that. And the fact they said you prob won't even get your tickets until day of the even absolutely not red flag all around will never be using them again

I have an old gift card worth $200 that they can see and access but I can not. SInce I no longer have the email with the access code, they say they can't do anything to help me access my gift card. I was originally told that they could fix it within 48-72 hours. After 3 months worth of calling and "escalating" my issue, I was told today that they can't do anything to help. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of time and money.

Do not use Stub Hub! Their customer service is abysmal. The link to my ticket didn’t work. I spent a combined 2+ hours on 2 calls with customer service and 2 chats and never got my refund. They made me download some random app to try to get the ticket which didn’t work. Then they told me they had to make a request for a refund and I’d get an email within a day or two. After no email, I called again and was told the refund was being issued. 10 days passed with no refund, so I reached out again only to be told the “request” was still pending. This totally contradicted with the customer service rep I spoke to previously who said the refund was issued. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and was told no. Was also told that a totally different department from the customer service group issues refunds and no one can speak with them - no one in customer service and no customers. Customer service can only make a request and can’t actually do anything. This was only a $60 ticket. To spend this much time to get a $60 refund is insane. I’ve purchased tickets over $1k from Stub Hub and cannot imagine this happening with an expensive ticket. I’ll never risk that - will never purchase tickets from Stub Hub again and you shouldn’t either!

Grossly high ticket fees (45%!? $52 on $115 tickets!?) and they do EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO HIDE THEM BEFORE YOU PAY. And once you do pay, even if you call them immediately, you can't reverse the charges. Secondly their privacy policy might as well not even be there.

Bought tickets to a concert that was rescheduled for the next day at a new location. Wasn't told about the change by stubhub until I had driven 2 hours and was in line. Then after the box office promised me a refund I called stubhub customer support and they told me I wasn't entitled to the refund and that all I can do was to resell the tickets to the show that was already over. And that the refund would go to the original purchaser not me. Will never use this company again!

Purchased tickets to a sporting event at TD garden. 3 hours before event we received an email stating they will not be able to honor our ticket purchase. However we could choose alternate seating or a refund. The alternate setting was $100 more per seat and I a much worse section. We will wai and see if we get our refund as promised.

This was my first (and last) time using StubHub. I purchased concert tickets 3 weeks ago. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately but the confirmation email stated that my tickets would be emailed closer to the concert date. 24 hours before the concert, I still had no tickets. I contacted Stubhub & was told that this was normal & that my tickets would be available the day of the concert at 5pm (3 hour before the concert). I actually live 3 hours from the venue so this was pushing it really close. By 5pm, I still did not have tickets. I contacted Stubhub again & they told me that the seller never submitted the tickets....meaning I never had tickets! The previous conversation informing me that my tickets would be available at 5pm was completely false, there were never tickets to provide. The rep on the phone said that I would get a link emailed to me ONE HOUR before the concert. The link would let me know if there were alternate tickets available, if not, I could request a refund. I explained to the rep that I had to drive 3 hours to the venue & it did not make sense to drive to a concert that I had no tickets to. He then told me he would escalate the issue & call me back in 30 minutes. I sat in my car waiting for a phone call that never came. I called back & spoke to a different rep (who I had to explain the situation to all over again). All she did was repeat herself by telling me "that is our policy and you have to follow it." I asked her why the reps I was speaking to were not following what they were telling me. I understand a policy (even though it's ridiculous) but I don't understand bad customer service....telling a customer that they WILL have their tickets when there are no tickets....and telling a customer they would be contacted in 30 minutes, then not calling. Then the nerve to tell a customer that they have to follow rules. After all this back & forth, I obviously decided not to make the drive without the tickets. As a plan B, I would wait until one hour before to see if there were tickets available & transfer them to a relative that lives closer to the venue. However, after the link was sent to me, it said there were no tickets available and my only option was to request a refund. AAAANNNNDDD the refund would be processed in 8 days. In conclusion, I purchased tickets 3 weeks prior, credit card immediately charged....only to be told that I MIGHT have the chance at tickets one hour before the concert. Only to be told no and my money would not be returned to be until another 8 days. Never. Again.

Seats we bought did not exist. Easier to catch a unicorn than contacting customer service. Their Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is worthless.

Misleading advertisement of seat location. Absorbent fees. If tickets had been purchased through Ticket Master we would have spent $250 for floor seats. Stubhub charged $435 and placed us in the very last row in the nose bleed section. Do not use them, deceitful company with little regard for customer service.

Bought tickets to a concert that was then rescheduled because the artist was sick. Ok, no problem right stubhub assures you that you can resell if you are unable to attend and they will wave the fees so you get the full amount. That was a load of bull***. Not only am I having to jump through unnecessary hoops to re-list those tickets, they are going to charge me fees IF they approve and sell in time so I’m out a lot of money for something out of my control. And if you want to seek outside of stubhub forget finding a way to transfer outside of stubhub because they use third party sites to access tickets with no way of transferring. So far I am out $390 because the process is so convoluted and customer service…not sure their definition of that is but it is nowhere near customer service. Literally called twice and talked to 2 different people who literally just tried to walk me through the same process that I had already done (at least 4 times at this point) which was of absolutely no help. I never write reviews but this time if I can help at least one person think twice about using this platform to buy or sell from/with then I’ll be a little happier about my horrible experience.

Let me just say that after many years of buying and selling on Stubhub if I could give a negative 5 star review I absolutely would! Bought tickets to a concert. Never received the email with the tickets. Called Stubhub 5 different times, including multiple times the day of the show. Was assured by customer service that I would get my tickets, replacement tickets, or a refund by the time of the concert and a phone call from a manger. None of that happened. We missed the show which was a Christmas gift for our kids. When I reached out to Stubhub again, I was told that I wasn’t entitled to a refund because I couldn’t prove that I didn’t get the tickets despite screenshots of my Stubhub and Ticketmaster accounts showing that I didn’t get the tickets. They basically stole $1000 from me and then refused to make it right despite their polices. Worst experience ever! Will never buy from them again!!

I have ordered tickets twice from StubHub. Both times the seller sold to me and then sold the tickets to someone else. I never got the tickets. I would highly recommend using Ticketmaster and NOT StubHub. There is no guarantee you will get your tickets.

Stubhub is usually good, but i know its a resell market. For the Lil Yachty show that got posponed then cancelled in 2023 in Vancouver, they issued me a gift card in which i never used it until after my birthday (Just so happens the expiry in 2024 was on my birthday Oct 30) to try to see a show since there were no shows I wanted to go to before then. Since the expiry - they tell me that they cannot do anything with the $128 that I was issued as a gift card. It's ridiculous, atleast give me the option of debit return or not have these gift cards expire. There aren't always a good show to go to even with that sum of money.

I purchased tickets for an event and they changed the title of the event and the event moved the 1,000 miles away. And they wouldn’t give a refund when I complained that I should be eligible for a refund for the misinformation.

BEWARE !!! Stub Hub is the WORST ticket agent company and I will NEVER use them again. I purchased a parking pass for Rays vs Red Sox game in Tampa and never got the parking pass to use. I made multiple phone calls over 2 days before the event which consumed hours of my time. They had me downloading apps and responding to emails, each time insisting that I still had plenty of time to still receive the pass on the ParkWhiz app before the event. I had informed them for 2 days that I would need to leave my house by 3PM on the day of the game to allow enough travel time and I would not have access to my email or internet to keep jumping through all the hoops they were having me try. On the day of the event after speaking with 3 different representatives, with no resolution to why parking pass was not showing up in ParkWhiz, and them submitting multiple escalation tickets (or so they said) I had requested they refund my money since I was not getting the pass and had to start my travel to the event. They refused my request each time and told me they could not refund money as there was still time for me to receive the parking pass. I never received the parking pass and ended up having to pay an additional $33 dollars to park when I got to the event!! What they could provide me via email did not include the bar code so it was not a usable/scannable parking pass. Their instructions and their non-response resolution to my issue was horrible.
