“I purchased the starter kit and have been enjoying the different flavors on my weekly runs, so far the gels have given me consistent energy without feeling heavy on my stomach. I like the different flavours as well, the only thing a bit different from other gels is the consistency, it’s thicker and hard to squeeze at times, specifically when it gets colder outside. “My husband loves the energy gel, he's a type 2 diabetic and does not have stomach issues as he does with other energy gels. Me, I love the Lemon + Ginger Creamed Honey, a teaspoon in a cup of hot water keeps my sugar/chocolate cravings away and is very soothing.”

“Purchased Lime creamed, Lemon creamed Honey. We love them on buttered toast or just a simple drink with water. A teaspoon or more of the Tumeric + Ginger creamed Honey straight up does soothe sore throat issues.”

“Ordered 1 large jar and the small jar set. The flavour is very good. However I think the small jars are VERY small and thought they'd be a more normal sized small jar and not mini. Disappointed in that.”

“Excellent product the Creamed Cinnamon Honey! I use it on my coffee everyday also added it instead of brown sugar in my oatmeal, peanut butter with the cinnamon honey is so good. For a honey it's not too sweet at all it's just the right amount of sweetness. 5*”
