“ Absolutely TERRIBLE service when trying to return/exchange a parcel. You have to drive to the collection point day after day after day, until eventually they can take your parcel. Emailing and phoning customer service doesn't get you anywhere either. All they do is "apologize forcthe inconvenience". I will definitely never shop there again! ”

“ I bought a pair of shoes for my husband as a birthday gift on 3 September and gifted them to him yesterday on his birthday 18 October. If you compare the size 9 sent to me to any other size 9 shoe it is far larger! Superbalist refuses to exchange them as it is after the 30 day period. The shoes are still available on there website so I see no reason why they cannot make the exchange. I am most disappointed with the service and I will be taking it further! ”
