Had lovely lady Carol... I'm not well but she sorted the problem straight away. 2nd time ordered no issues so guess the bad reviews are from the same people

This place is an absolute joke had to wait a week before they would allow collection and then received an email telling me that they were going to charge me for storage if I didn’t collect my goods. Spent over two hours and 150 miles to get there and then they say sorry we don’t have the goods we were going to charge you storage on!!! Sorry about that we will tell you when we have them and you can come and collect them then. Never again will I use this company as their customer service is terrible and surprisingly nobody in the office will come down to speak to you. Avoid at all costs

Avoid! Listings lack detail of condition as they aim to cover all lots by their disclaimer. Pictures used are stock photos rather that picts of actual item. I won & paid for a lot traveled over 100miles to collect only to be advised on arrival the item wasn’t available. Went to my car then returned to collection point hoping speak to someone in customer service but the warehouse guy offered me an alternative with some great sales pitch, upon returning home discovers all contained corroded batteries and didn’t work. Upon checking their site discovered they had 3 identical listings to which i had won and was collecting. Make what you wish of this but i would personally be cautious. PS 3 members of staff advised they had suggested to management that listings should state condition which tells me they have had a lot of customers making comments.

Avoid at all costs, pics of items for sale often wrong, postage extortionate, customer service poor.

As many others have added here this auction house is fraudulent in there approach to business in my opinion. Delivery costs are not show and give no indication before purchase but I judged by other auction houses I've used such as John Pye, Vernon Fox etc whom are either free or charge approx £10. This company wanted £36 to deliver a 6.5kg Shredder that should not have cost more than £10 to deliver, so just a rip off revenue stream. Item was supposedly new but who knows what would have turned up if I hadn't told them to stick it up there backside!

We brought 3 pallets of "end of line supermarket stock, large amount of new items, some damaged packaging, high re sell value" What I received was 3 pallets of completely damaged and used items. Items were actually labelled as returns or illegal stock. It all had to be disposed of. I tried to resolve the issue with supreme auctions and was given the usual "terms and conditions" response. I was then blocked by them swiftly. I was left with no option other than to file a County Court claim. Supreme auctions did respond to the claim but left everything until the last minute in terms of response time and didn't actually turn up to the hearing. They asked the judge to attend via video as they had got their dates wrong. This was granted. In court they attempted to use terms and conditions to get out of their liability. However, the law supercedes terms and conditions and your terms and conditions need to be fair despite what you write on your website. The judge found in my favour and awarded the price of the pallets, my van hire, labour costs, disposal costs and all court costs. Supreme auctions have finally paid this amount today after 6 weeks. By reading most of the other reviews, I am not the first and I will not be the last. This is quite clearly a company that has been able to get away with scamming people by hiding behind their terms and conditions. I urge all of you with the same experience to take this further as they need to be stopped. Please also bare in mind they are in the middle of waste transfer sites and this is most likely where their items are coming from. If you need any help or advice with this I am more than happy to help. My email is kellybennett238 at Gmail com I was unable to put my full email but it is written in words

BEWARE..... Very nice pictures of items of which they do say that they should not be connected with the item for sale, but what you end up with is a totally unusable piece of junk . Rude customer services, if you complain they will just ban you. Not even worthy of one star, look at satisfaction reviews .....

First things first Supreme Auctions is an absolute cash cow, the mark up proffits to be made on their stock is staggering. Most of the complaints here are from people who couldn't be bothered to read the terms and conditions, if you can't collect your own items then expect to pay courier fees. They do not allow third party courier's to pick up your goods, you need to prove ownership. This isn't hard to get round just give the courier a copy of the downloadable PDF doccument from your eMail, job sorted. They openly offer to appraise any item you want to bid on, just ring them up and ask for somebody to check the item for missing parts or damage. I only gave them 5 stars because I can't give them 10

Bad company, stay away from them. Delivery charges are more than the item itself, I have bought a £22 item and delivery quote was £24, they don’t accept you to arrange for own delivery or give any other option, they will give you a delivery quote only you’ve made the payment so you don’t have a choice just to pay them or lose your money. Please Close Down This Company is a Fraudulent one

Supreme auctions promised to send the goods and obtain a quote for the delivery charges. But I took one item in March and one item in April. they gave a quote for the March item by that time I won the second time. I requested the combined delivery quote. They didn't quote and finally kept both items. The amount is £500+ one is an expensive bike and door litigations are on their way. Please we need to group the litigation and shut this company down. I am planning to take them to the court. Unfair trading terms.

I bought a hot tub advertised as a hydro jet. This is why I bid on the item, paid way over The odds for shipping and reading reviews this seems a scam to get more money. Anyway when I received the item firstly the pump and heater is missing. The hot tub is not a hydro jet just a normal air jet. I rang them today And what a bad customer service. On the defensive from the first minute. As I was trying to explain. The lady said if you Keep on Swearing I will put the phone down. I Asked when did she hear me swear. She Replied sorry i Thought you did. I do not swear even when I am in male company. So I would never swear on the phone And definitely not to a lady. Her attitude was very poor and just talked in a very defensive way. No customer service skills very very poor service Stay clear of this company

My second review for this company I’ll repeat what I said in my previous review that they are a pleasure to deal with, not perfect but considering the amount of businesses and individual buyers that they deal with on a daily basis they do an amazing job I’ve been at the warehouse when some customers have been downright rude but they keep their composure and deal with the situation politely and professionally which is a huge credit to them Any issues are dealt with immediately

AWFUL, WRETCHED CROOKS who will seemingly stop at nothing to rip off a customer for as much as possible. We paid them more than £5,000 for electric bikes, and couldn't collect immediately, due to an unexpected and life-threatening illness. When we tried to arrange collection, they advised that: (1) They were keeping our payment for storage charges; (2) They have re-auctioned the inventory. Even if their approach had been acceptable, they would need to deduct the contractually agreed storage charges from the total of our payment and the re-auction proceeds. They had no intention of this, and simply kept the money. On looking at their terms and conditions, we found that the contractually agreed storage charges were £1 per day per item which, for the 17 items that were now missing, would have amounted to around £1,000 (not the estimated £11,000 that they received from us and the re-auction). Litigation is underway, and reports compiled for all relevant authorities. We're also very interested to hear from anyone with similarly serious experiences of these crooks.

This week I purchased a hedge trimmer from these scammers, when it arrived it was an old, used, broken item that completely doesn't work! On contacting the auction house I was initially told I should have read the description properly before bidding, all items are sold as seen and no refund will be issued. I informed them I had read the the description and nowhere did it say it was a piece of junk. I was told it doesn't say that it is new and all items are customer returns or graded. On asking where this is stated I was informed that its on the T&Cs tab, sure enough hidden away at the bottom of a long list of terms is a sentence that states this. There is an auction title, auction description and an item description, none of which state this. This is deliberately misleading followed by an image of a brand new item. This hidden sentence is how they justify selling junk. I have just this evening found another auction from them and they state everywhere the items are brand new. My item was relatively low priced, I feel genuinely sorry for the people that have lost a lot of money with these scammers. Please take heed to the mass number of negative reviews, the positive ones are more likely fake.
