Talabat, 0 support , 0 quality adding to that support team offer you 15aed voucher irrespective you insist you collect back the wrong delayed order , I am no longer going to use this facility any more

Unreliable, poor service, wrong items being delivered, and definitely zero support in rectifying the outcome. Avoid talabat if you value your food and quality.

I placed an order recently, and unfortunately, I have received broken item with the delivery. Despite reporting the issue promptly, I am disappointed to note that my concern remains unresolved. It has been three days, and I have yet to see any action taken to rectify the situation. I understand that mishaps can occur, but the lack of timely resolution and communication has been frustrating. As a loyal customer, I believe in the efficiency of Talabat's services and hope that this matter can be addressed promptly to maintain the positive customer experience I have come to expect. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and appreciate your efforts in resolving the issue at the earliest convenience.

Talabat UAE is so unprofessional, mu husband lost his pro account for no reason and when we tried to contact many time the customer service they promised to fix the issue but unfortunately they didn't give us any solution. It has been more than 3 weeks and nobody resolved our problem. They have no number to call, and they do not answer their emails. So bad experience, will find an alternative.

I am a restaurant owner and a "partner" on Talabat. There are 6 delivery partner apps in UAE. Talabat is by far the worst. I sympathise with the customers who order because they have no idea the equal pain that restaurants go through when things go wrong. Right from the beginning, as a new business owner, the onboarding process was a nightmare. Our initial "business development manager" disappeared, there were severe technical issues with their automated document system to register and 7 weeks later, I am still struggling with the after effects. There is no explanation of the process, interface or system. I've learned it (the hard way) as I go. I figured out the menu management. I figured out the payment. I figured out their tablet device. When it comes to orders, I can go on and on: - when the restaurant runs out of a certain item we are supposed to mark it as hidden. And we do that. Yet on two occasions Talabats system let's the customers order it, leading to a negative experience by both customer and restaurant. - we had two incidents where the rider spilled the drinks. Talabat openly asks us to re-do it without compensation. Meanwhile the customer is stuck in the middle. I'm sorry, but in todays time, can you imagine working for free? Because that's what Talabat essentially asks from us. They won't pay us for doing it twice and meanwhile, the customer leaves behind a negative review of the restaurant - Their portal is a disaster. I just want to know the total amount ordered and then the net payable to the business. They don't have this. Their statements are complex, their invoices are unintelligible - they have VIRTUAL account managers who are not empowered. They are glorified email forwarders. The person is based in Egypt and you can't call them. They text you on WhatsApp using a UAE number. - introduction and onboarding? Want to know how it all works? They will send you links to videos which don't work. Figure it out yourself. - Dealing with substitutions or exceptions? GOOD LUCK. When customers complain, Talabat sides with them, without willing to understand the full picture. Want to open a support case? Good luck. Their ticket system is inaccessible. Their emails go to email-groups which bounce back. That's the picture I have attached. Talabat is the WORST partner for businesses. If I didn't have a contract with penalties I would have terminated on the 2nd day. The only good thing they did was the photoshoot but then again, they won't send you the original JPGs. They actually THREATEN you if you postpone the appointment. I had a sick staff who had no option because Talabat says "the photoshoot is free. If you change at the last minute it will be cancelled" Really, just an unprofessional business partner.

Unprofessional and unsafe payment process!! I got charged on my credit card due to their system error and they promised it should be refunded within 7 working days. I have been following up on my refund for over a month with no feedback nor refund

Their price is way higher than the actual restaurant menu for the same dish. Thry also denied that they overcharge when checked once. Zomato was a very good option.

Talabat is a joke. I can’t count the number of times they have messed up my order. Or the number of times they spill the soup or have forgotten items in the car and have to come back later. Today the app kept delaying my arrival time for 3 hours for my grocery delivery. 3 hours. And then they calle some and apologized that they had to cancel my order because Safeway was too busy and the app still shows the delivery is on its way. Talabat is a failure.

Worst delivery service one can expect from this Tauji restaurant in Hor Al Anz Branch, Dubai. If you are fine to wait for 2 hours for your food to come, then go ahead and order. After several minutes they will deliver you cold food and make stories of late delivery

Terrible service, I have no idea how they still operate in Dubai with such badly run service - orders cancelled after long waiting time (in hours) with no explanation, avoid at all costs.

My latest experience with Talabat Bahrain was very disappointing and unpleasant. I ordered from Texas Chicken and paid with my credit card which was a big mistake, when the order arrived the driver contacted me using talabat chat (in their app) he wrote one sentence, sir order is outside so I replied OK and I went to get my order but I didn't see the driver outside, I waited for 10 minutes and looked at my phone to my surprise the order was canceled, I contacted talabat customer service through the Live chat which was the only option to contact them and the agent apologized then he assured me that a refund will be issued within 30 minutes but I didn't receive any, the next day I contacted talabat again 4 more times but they changed thier story now they said because I didn't answer my phone the order was canceled and it is thier policy not to give me a refund, I tried to explain that no one called me on my phone, I just received one chat message but they keep lying and telling me that the driver called and the restaurant called but no one did, now they refuse to give me a refund.

Poor customer service staff couldn't even speak Engliah. After they cancel order due to their problem, they credit Talabat wallet instead of refunding the amount to card. This is ensuring they don't lose this sale. But their management does not understand business otherwise they would know its better to retain customers than get new ones. This will only drive customers to Deliveroo.

Talabat, in my experience, has always providing poor service when it comes to price, delivery, returns & refunds, and even their platform. Since 2008, I have spoken to countless managers, live chatted with hundreds of customer service representatives, and ordered thousands of KD worth of food. And not once have I had an all round great experience. There was always an issue. And when I did decided to complain, because I didn't always complain, I was never a pleasant experience. The fact that lately Talabat has removed a contact number for customers to reach someone is a sign that the company's care for the customers that have helped flourish the business since 2004 do not matter in the least bit. I wonder what they would do if somehow a new platform overtook them and over 50% of their customers stopped using their service all together. I wonder if then they would reconsider their strategy. I am appalled, disappointed, fed up, and every negative feeling one can think of with Talabat.

Consistently poor unreliable service. I have used quite a few times due to circumstances as sometimes my fav restaurants are using this app but it is terrible. Their customer service is I professional and all they know what to do is to say ‘sorry’ many times but cannot do anything else. Elmenus and a few other apps are much better. I will never use Talabat again after how rude their customer service manager was.

I have dealt with a rider who took off with my change, and had a non working number registered, I waited all night for the matter to be resolved, Talabat was not able to trace no call the rider untill late after noon next day, he did not bring change, he gave back the full 500aed, i reached to the point of emailing consumer services and the police for the unlawful act, i waited all day for talabat managers to call me but no one did, when the rider returned the money, he asked for more payment than the actual bill. completely unprofessional for a company such at talabat. to be honest feels like a scam company now.

Very bad support for restaurant portals, and deduction unwanted money for technical issues from their end, not responding/supporting/assisting on time, and also without proper info they are just judging the restaurants as a big failure where they have no rights to do so.
