2:30 hours and the driver still in supermarket and he cat the call on my face every order is delay very poor services 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

سئ جدا عمال التوصيل مع الأسف وسخين و غير مؤدبين و لا يعرفون شئ عن الاحترام في التعامل مع الزباين و الطلبات دايماً متأخرة جداً تصل و تصل بحالة ليست جيدة لا انصح ابداً بالطلب من خلالهم

Literally THE WORST. If you’re having an issue you should be the one to reach out to them and not the other way around, and they’d still not solve it. The customer service is awful and orders could take hours to be delivered without any compensation and this is not a one time issue. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional and disrespectful, I would highly recommend using any other application.

No customer service at all they just close the issue without even checking. Items missing but not refunded or damaged or rotten items and they do nothing to help. Before they used to follow cases and try to solve the issues but now nothing so I will never use this service again

I will never order delivery again and will tell everyone I know not to use delivery from stores, half of the items are missing, even though they are definitely in the store. The price of yogurt has changed from 2 dirhams to 9.

If there is less one star i will rate them. My advice DONT USE TALABAT. Veryyyyyy Bad Services. I paid 142 dirhams for Madfon and wings check-in, but the driver only brought half checkin. I send them the receipt with AED 49 Dirham but they dont do any thing just they said sorry. This will be my final time using Talabat for delivery. Very bad services

Talabat Your review is pending.Read more M 0 reviews AE This is really the worst ever service… This is really the worst ever service provider, if you want to order food, choose other companies, they took my order for suhoor, I waited one hour and nothing was delivered, I started to speak to customer care and they kept lying saying my order is on the way, ten mins, then when half an hour passed, mentioned that their driver is taking his suhoor, then said my order is not picked up, then finally cancelled my order completely after two hours and I ended up with my family fasting without suhoor ...they even dismissed my complaint with no action and didn't bother even to give me a courtesy call, they are the worst and when I contacted the restaurant, they showed me they kept calling Talabat center for like fifteen times to send someone to pick up my meal and then they ended up receiving messages that the customer can't be resched and that they need to cancel though I have been on the line with the same lying agent for two hours trying to get my order..I have snap shots of both my communication with them and the restaurant multiple attempts to reach them during the same two hours ....lousy lousy lousy people and company ...please don't encourage them by doing business with them, there are better options who really care about their customers Date of experience: March 16, 2024

Is 12 days I try to have my money, they take 311 AED, they charge me with out delivery, every day I contact them and they give me the same answer I really don’t recommend you this Talabat, they just take people with not respect, I will go to the police and open a case

I am not satisfied, they take my money and they don’t refund my money, my order was declined, but they took my amount, is one week now, I follow and try to have my money, for the compensation they give me 30 AED and they don’t refund my 295 AED until now, I am good costumer, but they trait me very bad.

Talabat UAE Dubai: The worst service, when you select to contact them there is option to chat with someone and no option to send a chat as well I send an email to customer service almost 25 days ago and no responded at all.

I had a bad experience as my orders were not received and I have paid for it already. I didn’t get any call from them and refund. Please check this issue as soon as possible. There is no contact number to raise a complaint.

Would like to give zero stars actually. Ordered from Amritsr Restaurant on talabat, money got deducted from my card, it doesn't appear on my orders. So I paid for food I didn't receive and there is no customer service number to contact or complain. I ordered using Smiles from the same restaurant and the order was delivered. Way to go Talabat.. No customer service number, no chat options where we can flag the issue... No accountability on their part.. Never use their service.

Takabat app became almost useless and not reliable especially with food orders. Support is so bad and useless and you couldn't reach easily as they couldn't help with the big problems on operations. One of the examples my order #1460880271 in Dubai, was cancelled after waiting for 50 minutes without even calling or explaining ... just "sorry order again sir, without resolve".. repeated situation.. I am shifting to delivaroo now

Talabat, 0 support , 0 quality adding to that support team offer you 15aed voucher irrespective you insist you collect back the wrong delayed order , I am no longer going to use this facility any more

I placed an order recently, and unfortunately, I have received broken item with the delivery. Despite reporting the issue promptly, I am disappointed to note that my concern remains unresolved. It has been three days, and I have yet to see any action taken to rectify the situation. I understand that mishaps can occur, but the lack of timely resolution and communication has been frustrating. As a loyal customer, I believe in the efficiency of Talabat's services and hope that this matter can be addressed promptly to maintain the positive customer experience I have come to expect. Talabat UAE is so unprofessional, mu husband lost his pro account for no reason and when we tried to contact many time the customer service they promised to fix the issue but unfortunately they didn't give us any solution. It has been more than 3 weeks and nobody resolved our problem. They have no number to call, and they do not answer their emails. So bad experience, will find an alternative.

I am a restaurant owner and a "partner" on Talabat. There are 6 delivery partner apps in UAE. Talabat is by far the worst. I sympathise with the customers who order because they have no idea the equal pain that restaurants go through when things go wrong. Right from the beginning, as a new business owner, the onboarding process was a nightmare. Our initial "business development manager" disappeared, there were severe technical issues with their automated document system to register and 7 weeks later, I am still struggling with the after effects. There is no explanation of the process, interface or system. I've learned it (the hard way) as I go. I figured out the menu management. I figured out the payment. I figured out their tablet device. When it comes to orders, I can go on and on: - when the restaurant runs out of a certain item we are supposed to mark it as hidden. And we do that. Yet on two occasions Talabats system let's the customers order it, leading to a negative experience by both customer and restaurant. - we had two incidents where the rider spilled the drinks. Talabat openly asks us to re-do it without compensation. Meanwhile the customer is stuck in the middle. I'm sorry, but in todays time, can you imagine working for free? Because that's what Talabat essentially asks from us. They won't pay us for doing it twice and meanwhile, the customer leaves behind a negative review of the restaurant - Their portal is a disaster. I just want to know the total amount ordered and then the net payable to the business. They don't have this. Their statements are complex, their invoices are unintelligible - they have VIRTUAL account managers who are not empowered. They are glorified email forwarders. The person is based in Egypt and you can't call them. They text you on WhatsApp using a UAE number. - introduction and onboarding? Want to know how it all works? They will send you links to videos which don't work. Figure it out yourself. - Dealing with substitutions or exceptions? GOOD LUCK. When customers complain, Talabat sides with them, without willing to understand the full picture. Want to open a support case? Good luck. Their ticket system is inaccessible. Their emails go to email-groups which bounce back. That's the picture I have attached. Talabat is the WORST partner for businesses. If I didn't have a contract with penalties I would have terminated on the 2nd day. The only good thing they did was the photoshoot but then again, they won't send you the original JPGs. They actually THREATEN you if you postpone the appointment. I had a sick staff who had no option because Talabat says "the photoshoot is free. If you change at the last minute it will be cancelled" Really, just an unprofessional business partner.

Unprofessional and unsafe payment process!! I got charged on my credit card due to their system error and they promised it should be refunded within 7 working days. I have been following up on my refund for over a month with no feedback nor refund
