“Horrible Customer Service – A Complete Disgrace
Tradeinn failed to deliver my order, and when I reported this, they insisted that I sign a document before they could even begin an investigation.
First, this is utter nonsense. Under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 18), the seller is responsible for ensuring delivery. The burden of proof lies with the seller, not the customer. I should not have to sign anything for them to fulfill their legal obligation.
Second, the document they demanded I sign contained false statements and could make me liable for issues beyond my control. After confronting them about this, they simply kept sending the same automated email, showing zero effort or actual customer support.
This is not customer service—it’s outright negligence.”
“Same story for me—I will never buy here again. The customer service is the worst. They quickly send you a track-and-trace number and say your package is on its way. But the delivery company doesn’t recognize the number. Every time I contact them, they just say, “Sorry, sorry,” and promise to investigate. They claim it will take 10 to 15 business days, but I never hear back from them. My order was only €40.98—not a big amount to lose, but I hope this review helps warn others about this scam company.”
“Tech Inn is a pure scam. You have to wait for ages. Pay if your package arrives. Customs, Govt charges, Courier brokerage on the top of your payment. Ordering some thing from this, you will feel like you invited robber to rob you. They don't deserve one star even.”
“DO NOT BUY ON ANY TRADEINN PLATFORMS. I ordered an item from TechInn on 24March 2020. Firstly it took them 5 days to ship it. I had to message them and remind them that I had paid for the item....GUESS WHAT. It still has not arrived....NEARLY 4 YEARS. I have sent many messages via their HELP platform only to be told the package is on its way... They still have not approved my refund. Always get the same sorry story. These people have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, none of them know anything about customer service...they just rely on a script to read . “I would give zero stars if I could. Placed an ordered and paid the extra 30$ for faster shipping so I could have it before Christmas. Est. delivery date was 12/20-12/21 and I placed the order on 12/15. Today (12/19) comes around and still no confirmation that item was shipped. I reached out to customer service and I get one response to my email fully in Spanish. I decided to do the chat within the website and rep told me that there was a delay with my order and that it won't be in before Christmas as promised. Only solution was to cancel the order. I Never received any emails about this delay. I read previous reviews and still decided to give this company a chance despite all the negative ones. Listen to the reviews because they are 100% accurate. This company SUCKS and at this point not even certain if it is legitimate. We will see how long it's going to take to receive my money back if I even ever receive it. Do not order from them!”

Do not use this company. I placed an order on 23 March and the package has not arrived. It has not updated on any tracking platforms since 9 April. Every time I query with their useless customer services, they give me the runaround. I will keep posting negative reviews until they credit my money. Keep it up "TechInn", already 990 people have seen the review on Google reviews....I bet none of them will buy from you either. I wont stop until I get my money back.....”
