Holiday cancelled due to Covid 19 no contact from teletext apart from an email. Tried live chat to get a refund to be told it’s credit vouchers and emailed them last week with nothing back. I can’t rebook a holiday and just want my money back given the fact some of us aren’t working and I’m fully entitled to MY money back. Absolutely terrible service given the situation, will not book again !!

I have a holiday booked to majorca on the 5th of may2020 with your company flights are cancelledhotels are closed no repley to any phone calls only same message being told to all customers disgusting customer service ihave been told i will be informed when will this be ineed my holiday money to be refunded

I paid for a package holiday obviously csnt go because been cancelled all jet 2 have refunded there people there money teletext not refund me my money at all said will give me a credit note well I didnt pay with a credit note I paid cash telling me I have to rebook and my money is safe we dont no when this academic is over I dont want to go away wanted my money but no they refused to give me back absoluty disgusting I've taken it to the papers about them and will let everyone no what a disgusting business this place actually is

My star rating is minus 10. Terrible company. Do not use them. They tell lies. They will not take calls. Advisors based in India. No refunds given during covid19. Desperate people begging for money back. No communication. Offer worthless vouchers. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

TELETOSSERS. they lie. And lie to hang ono your money. They know they are now going down the toilet so all of our money is now in india i guess. Paying for luxurious houses. Everyone needs to go online now today.. and take these bottom feeders to court and make them cough up. Do it today.. you can check there financial situation out on companies housr. The directors latest accounts etc. Truly travel t/a teletext holidays.

5 STAR IN BEING THE WORST HOLIDAY COMPANY EVER I booked a 8 days package holiday to Turkey with them. I contacted them 9Vis email and on the phone) at the beginning of Covid 19 outbreak and was told they were prioritising the customers who were due to fly soon and they would update me before my flight date. I heard nothing from them, so I contacted them again (via email and live chat) the night before the flight and was told the flight was cancelled. when I asked for a refund I was told as the return flight was not cancelled so therefore I was not going to get a refund but they were working with all the suppliers. So I waited - nothing - I contacted them again via chat as they have disconnected their phone and was told that I would not be getting a refund and was offered a credit voucher. Are you kidding me??? - You didnt even tell me my holiday was cancelled, I dread to think what my situation would be like if I was stuck in another country. This company is a joke, with rude customer service agent when you want your money back, they are super quick to take your money but wont give it back. Just refund the customers their money back - its not yours to save your arse. No one has any trust in you - I certainly would not be using this company EVER and another thing - if you provide people with email address - you need to reply to it

My rating for this company is - 5 stars. Do NOT USE TELETEXT/TRULY TRAVEL. Dreadful customer service. Disgusting behaviour from a so called trusted travel company. They have failed to communicate with customers during covid19. Closing phone lines sending standard automated texts and emails from India. Where is your CEO? Why are you not responding to customers requests for refunds? I am told t&c apply and no refunds? I did not cancel my holiday. TELETEXT took £5000 and now due to covid19 they refuse refunds offering nothing or at best worthless vouchers. This company is a conplete disgrace.

I’ve havnt heard from teletext holiday yet I meant to fly to turkey 2 weeks time ive been trying to phone and email no reply I’m not happy this holiday cost.a lot of money I want it back just help the customer

I have been told for the last three weeks that someone from teletext customer support team will call me still waiting. Teletext you are a joke and stop putting on here that you want people's reference number what for you don't bother calling. Stop the lies and sort it out, we dont want refund credit vouchers we want our money back. I have been booking my holidays with teletext for many years NO MORE.

Recieved a call today from teletext, cancelling our holiday, offering us credit note. We asked for our money, was refused. This is the first time we have used this company and the last. We paid in good faith, the company can't give us that . There for it should be a full refund.

I have been offered coupon which expire on the 31st December 2020. I specifically requested a full cash refund back to my card but this request has been continually ignored, ATOL have not done very much to help me either what is their use in all of this , somebody tell me pls. Teletext or Truly Travel whatever they call themselves should pay me back or they will never receive my business again , I have travelled with them since 2012, no more if I don’t receive a Cash refund!!!

Two bit company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. terrible customer service. Will not communicate regarding covid19 cancellation. Will not refund. Tell lie after lie. Send out automated responses to emails. Phone lines closed. Webchat uses standard responses. Calls from India where advisors give scripted responses. Do Not Ever use Teletext Holidays. took my money. Will not refund.

Teletext holidays you are a disgrace. Lies lies and more lies. My holiday is cancelled but you refuse to refund. You hide behind webchat and automated responses. You took money from my account even after covid19 was confirmed. I am legally entitled to a Full Refund. You have to refund within 7/14 days of cancellation. However, you advise my holiday is not cancelled despite emails from Ryanair confirming flight cancellations. You then say you have no information from the Foreign Office??? Did they forget to advise Teletext holidays of the travel restrictions? Liers and crooks. NEVER USE TELETEXT HOLIDAYS. Non resistant CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cancelled customers holidays due to the coronavirus, customers waiting since march for there refund and still waiting. Teletext keeping customers money which they are entitled to get back, my holiday is due to start on May 12th and will be cancelled, will have to wait like all the rest of the other customers and fight to get my money back. What the hell is this company playing at, you have customers who cant work due to the coronavirus and need there money back. If you want your customers to returned to use your company then pay us our back. Then customers mite return.

What a complete shambles of a company. I been wanting to cancel my holiday for the last 4 days as been made redundant so can no longer go. You have given me 2 cancellation prices which you won't take as apparently waiting for live prices. I normally book with you BUT never again. What a useless pathetic company you are. Just to say I've got all screenshots of all conversations I've had with about 6 different people. 😡😡

Absolutely terrible service. I paid in full for my holiday which was cancelled due to Corona virus and I'm getting no where trying to get my money back. The phone lines are closed and only was to correspond is live chat which is a waste of time as all you get is automated responses and keep getting told I must wait for a phone call which I've been waiting now over 6 weeks! All they want to do is offer a credit note which I've told them over and over I do not want. I'm sick and tired of this. First and last time using this company. People just beware they take ur money and won't give it back 🤬

Well this is my 3rd post. Again received the usual automated response and then today a phone call. Apparently we are going on holiday on May 24th from Birmingham to Barcelona. Again explained foreign office advice etc but according to this wonderful company the holiday is still going. If I cancel the T&CS apply. If after 30th April they have any updates they will advise. When challenged about credit notes i got no response. I need my £5000 to pay rent etc. No not happening as holiday is not cancelled. I assume the tactics will now be to offer credit notes after 30th april. If i dont accept then I will have cancelled and they keep my money. As stated yesterday BULLIES.. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. My contract is with Teletext holidays. They booked flights etc. Therefore the refund is due from them.

Absolutely no correspondence with customers. Trying to get customers to pay remaining balances for holidays we all know we are not going on due to the coronavirus. I tried to cancel my holiday weeks ago but nobody will respond to emails, messenger or there chat service. They send out automated responses with the same messages. First time I have booked with teletext and can guarantee it will be the last. Customer service is appalling. Dreadful company.

THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET MY MONEY. THE PHONE LINES ARE NOT BUSY. I ENDEAVOUR TO CONTACT ALL NEWS PAPER OUTLETS IN ORDER TO EXPOSE THIS SCAM. THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO INTERVENE .
