Absolute nightmare company. Full of liars. Inflated prices. Ripping the uk off. And no refunds!! Sitting on a fortune. When at this stressful worrying time. when alot of us want our money back. Due to job losses. Who in there right mind would enjoy a nice relaxing holiday to europe in the near future. They dont answer the phone . They are illegally not paying out . T.T.A. atol. Terms and conditions. 11.a Taking money when the holiday does not exist. Whos in the wrong?? Pay up teletext. ..

Extremely disappointed with the customer service received from Teletext Holidays. Although I have requested a cash refund for holiday due to travel on 29.4.20 (TT770377) they will NOT entertain this. Instead staff in India are telling me they are not legally entitled to give cash refunds. Every occasion I email the company I just get a generic email back saying "they are waiting for their suppliers ...". NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM! And to add Insult to injury, when the Customer Services tell you to call Live Chat, this service is not available. TERRIBLE COMPANY! So quick to take our money but appropriate customer service is non-existent.

Another day. Another minus review Teletext say they are processing refunds. Its a lie. They havent, as far as i can see refunded anyone. They have no intention of doing so. TELETEXT HOLIDAYS will dissapear taking all your hard earned cash with them. All they are doing is cancelling holidays. Collecting refunds back from suppliers and paying their staff. They wont refund you. If anyone from Teletext has anyhing to say on this... we are waiting but...all we will get is automated responses.

Hi My friend booked a short break for five of us leaving May 8 TT778488. She has tried on numerous occasions to obtain a full refund. The latest advice was there would be no consideration of this until the virus has cleared up which apparently will be July 31. Could you please help us out asap. Thank you.

So another day another - star review. TELETEXT HOLIDAYS you are truly DISGRACEFUL. The airlines are refunding payments to you and you are withholding them from customers. You are offering worthless vouchers. We will not back down we are legally entitled to a full cash refunds. We paid in cash. Time to pay it back and stop pushing your customers around. The media is full of negative comments about Teletext holidays. Dreadful company. Disgusting behaviour. Lies and more lies. The law is on the consumers side. No one will ever trust Teletext holidays again.

We were trying to reach you many times to inform that we are offering customers the ability to amend their rebooking to a later date in the year, and waiving any of our amendment fees. In line with TTA guidance, for customers who have had ATOL protected holidays cancelled due to the global Coronavirus outbreak, we are issuing an ATOL protected refund credit note. This refund credit note will keep the ATOL protection of your original booking attached to it, so that the refund credit note gives you 100% guaranteed protection. This credit note is valid till 31/12/2021 and you can use your credit in between any time to rebook your holiday , And if you still wanted an refund and If you do not use the refund credit , you can obtain a cash refund for any unused part after the 31st of july 2020 Teletext holidays easyjet has sent u my money All I want is a full refund not a credit not how hard is this to get right Claims court seems like a good idea to me by the way no one tried to contact me either What a bad com See you in court

Rather than teletext just coming up with a boring standard replies on here which just incites customers more why not as a company do yourselves a favour and make a company statement to everyone via your website and the media at large on how you aim to deal with Cash refunds, timescales etc. You would get less bad reviews and people like me complaining if you were transparent about it all. My booking is TT777516 before you ask that silly question. Ive heard nothing from you although my flights were cancelled last week by Ryan Air. For the record I want a full CASH refund - my request to RYANAIR was for a refund which I expect will come to you first. Please advise on that issue as you are the booking agent and took all my money for that package holiday.

My TT is tt780390. Iam sick and tired of contacting this agency everyday. I spoke with anil,Sandeep,fateema,Cheryl,Thomas,Priya and got record of everything. They are lying to me and giving me false hope everyone and it's causing me stress. I had a call from concern team and we agreed if they deduct some money than I can have my refund in three weeks but it's been 4 weeks. Faiz called me and he accepted and he said he is gnna call me same day but it's been 4 days. Too many lies. Enough is enough. Such a horrible agency and I will never use you again. Where s faiz? Where s my agreed refund?

one week later still no call or help the only good news is I call easyjet getting money back for seats But can't get money back for flights band hotel because teletext won't let it go I am going to small claims and citizen advice Something has to be done about this TT784695 Thats my reference number teletext I sent you emails and call u everyday.

Goood news for us martin lewis has joined the thòusands of customers who are demanding tour operators obey the rules and regulations. They must give a cash refund. Not promises. We are not covering there ass to keep them afloat with our money. Trading standards are now involved aswell. All holiday offers from these people should be stopped and all assetts frozen.bthey are still taking money for something that does not exist. Shame on them.

Like many others I had booked a package holiday with teletex at a cost of £2588 for it to be cancelled. I do not want a voucher I do not want to change my dates I would like what I am legal entitled to and that is a full refund! As I was meant to travel on the 6th of March teletex are really insulting this customer by thinking they can get away with not paying me my money back. The law has not changed because of Covid 19 regarding refunding holidays cancelled by the operator so legal action is my only alternative action to take ! DONT USE TELETEX THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN MAKE IT NIGH ON IMPOSSIBLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN THEY CANCEL !

Same story as everybody else. Teletext trying to fob us off with a credit note. If anyone is reading this review then I urge you to pay an £80 cost for a small claims court hearing. Teletext/Truly travel have broken the law by refusing refunds within 14 days so don't have a leg to stand on. This is my next course of action

I ve been contacting Teletext for 6 weeks,I spoke with anil,Sandeep,fateema,Riya, Sonia and so on but everyone lied to me. Shitties travel agency ever. U guys are thief. I ll take all the screenshots to my solicitor. I have been traveling for 28 years and never had any problem with any agency but ur agency is horrible,awful customer service. Too many lies and false hopes.

This is honestly one of the worst companies I have ever booked with. This company is a FRAUD! Refuse to tell me how I can get a refund after my holiday was cancelled due to coronavirus. They keep ignoring what I’m saying and offer me a lousy voucher which I do not want! My airline and hotel are both offering customers to reschedule bookings at no extra cost but teletext are quoting me a whole 2 GRAND extra to go at a later date. Please avoid this company at all cost - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I will be making a fraud claim with my bank. I honestly hope this company goes into liquidation as it is robbing people in broad daylight.

Another -5 review from me. Today received message trying to sell foreign holidays for April/May/June?? Teletext you are DISGRACEFUL. Still no communication still holding customers to ransom. Still no refunds. Worthless vouchers! Do you seriously believe that anyone will use your company again? I await you automated response as you refuse to talk with anyone. Teletex holidays your behaviour is DISGUSTING

Lucky to get the 1 star as you have to give this to leave feedback. Been onto teletext holidays several times now as we was due to go to Greece on 12th April. Teletext cancelled the holiday and offered vouchers which we declined. There are 10 of us travelling and have asked for a full refund. Was told this would take 2 to 3 weeks to be refunded after trying to hard sell us vouchers instead. Chased them up today as we had an email offering a credit note instead, basically another word for a voucher. Rang them up to be told that I can can again have a voucher or a credit not. That's all they kept going on about. I strongly stated I only want a full refund and get told I can apply for this after 31st July. Nearly 4 months after we were due to go. This is discusting from teletext holidays and will take this further. They have no regards to customers who have booked with them and will never use them again. I've never used them before and was sceptical when booking as when I paid they were putting the payment through and came back saying the price of the holiday had gone up. I had a row with the guy and he then agreed the original price quoted. Micky mouse company who should never be trusted. I look forward to the generic reply from Becky.

Will never book with this company again. Due to go to Lanzarote on 14th May and they still have not cancelled. They say we could still be able to travel on this date. I have to pay them 2000 next week for a holiday we will not be going on. Absolutely disgraceful. Don't ask me to send my booking reference as I have done that several times.

I have booked a holiday to Morocco with teletext and have tried to call them since as both me and my girlfriend were diagnosed with covid-19 and out of work and so we couldn’t pay for the flight. I still am suffering from it but I have been emailing them since and trying to call, the advisor I spoke to was Akbar who literally harassed my phone into speaking to me and getting me to book but when it’s time for my deposit back to get through the pandemic nobody answers I’ve done live chat over 100 times I tell you.

I can tell you this will not be the case and we will not be going away quietly. By law you should have refunded within 14 days of our request.
