Do not even think teletext deserve the one star. Our holiday was cancelled but because they don’t want to put anything in writing they called to advise now they are insisting we take a voucher and cannot even ask for a refund until end of September. They are a bunch of bandits.

So now Teletext are challenging charge backs. Stealing customers refunds. What an absolute disgrace of a company you are. Dreadful customer service. Rude aggressive advisors. Ignoring everything the customer resquests. Hanging up on calls and posting fake 5 star reviews. As they say self praise is no praise. DO NOT USE TELETEXT HOLIDAYS OR TRULY TRAVEL.

Oh where do I start!! Everytime I speak to them I get told something different, and keep getting referred to the atol protected credit note. I told them multiple times I do not want a credit note and only want a cash refund. I've been in touch every week and even sent multiple emails telling them I want a cash refund, they just not getting it. I even told them they have stolen my money as if they can offer credit note it means they have my money. They should shut down, locked up and key thrown away, they do not deserve to sell holidays, other companies have already refunded. What ever you do do not book with teletext, I would rather pay an extra 3k and book with someone else.

You cancelled our holiday and are rufusing a full refund until September 2021...not acceptable. We don't want a credit note.

Refusing to pay me refund due to holiday being cancelled due to the corona virus and offering credit notes this is unacceptable as I paid in full 2.910 for grandaughters hen weekend and this is now over and done with plus I'll not be able to fly in near future due to illness I'm a pensioner in shielding obviously i need this money in the current climate used my savings to pay for the holiday surely I'm entitled to get my money back

Offering me a credit note but refusing a refund till September is unacceptable. I have decided never to use teletex again therefor i used a better company to holiday with AND I want my refund now!

Worst customer service ever. No contact. No credit note. No refund. Lies, fobbed off, broken promises. Promised a call from a manager 3 times - never called. Promised credit note - still waiting and told stupid lies by all their customer service Asian ladies. Never use them again.

This company is fake. They put fake reviews on trust pilot which I think is illegal. This is proper scam. People do not buy holiday with them for your own safety. My holiday been cancelled and they even not inform me, only find out because airlines send me cancellation notice. No way to contact them. Hopefully government will be able to help. I bought my holiday from teletext first and last time. Shame

I had my holiday booked for July ,regardless of the situation with flying or not and the potential of getting cancelled I’ve reviewed many reviews uploaded and even I can see with all the legal action against them there is no way teletext will be able to financial come away from this unscathed.Likely hood they will have no option to go bankrupt as a result of covid 19.Having additionally read Martin Lewis’s advise I took the option to not pay may final balance .One I’m not prepared to fly on a Low budget air craft and see how they have put measures in place to try to mitigate the risk of infection spread,we aren’t advanced enough in knowledge to understand spread air bourne yet across air crafts ,two my health is not amazing and I have a young child also so not prepared to put them in this position,three if something happens in my place of holiday I for heck know for sure teletext holidays will abandon me so I’m on my own and for yes I lose out in the £1000 already spent but in all honesty people have lost more ,my health mental and physical is worth more and if I pay the remaining balance and hope it gets cancelled alike a lot of you I know there’s no way il be recovering this money at least for 2-3 one the courts who are significantly behind just to add find TH guilty of numerous breaches .Ive taken the option to save any more stress or head ache to swallow my loses and put a hold on my bank account to stop them taking the last payment .After 5 emails and numerous phone calls advising them the action I was taking they still attempted to take the money without permission but my bank stepped in.Now if you can and I know many are struggling weigh up your options because you have to consider is accepting a credit note from a company that may not recover from this financially be an option you willing to take or can you afford to cut your loses .Iam sorry for the frustration of many this is a horrible time and I myself know joe you feel.i have been a loyal customer and been horrified at how TH have responded to this however been an absolute eye opener for me -your gonna get what you pay for ,I really did and this is my lesson learnt

You cancelled my holiday for 1st may to 5th may to Tenerife due to coronavirus now you're refusing to pay a refund trying to get me to take credit notes this is unacceptable as I demand a full refund holiday ref is TT729706 holiday was paid in full you're holding on to people money it's against the law plus I'm a pensioner and I've paid 2.900 pounds

Wayne perks managing director of teletext holidays. Why are you taking money from people on a daily basis promising holidats that at present do not exist. Your marketing dept. Is telling custoners jet2 etc are not refunding you for flights. Etc. Thousands of customers including me have been waiting for a cash refund from when the lockdown started. You have owed me £1665 since the 17th of march. Plus court fee £105 total £1770 You make the decisions! I was promised /lied to yet again 2wks ago i was told i should definately receive a cash refund by the end of july. I have heard every excuse under the sun from your company. Atol abta cma martin lewis. you are now under pressure to cough up. You have broken your terms and conditions. Ongoing excusrs to customers who spend hours trying to speak to someone who are trained to fob people off stinks. You should be sacked for treating us all like this. My next court summons is coming to you.! if i do not receive my money as promised by end of july Ref. TT782813

They are one of the worst companies when it comes to refunds. My holiday was cancelled in April. They kept on offering vouchers which I declined many times. Our holiday was cancelled in April numerous chats to say they are working through refunds , but no communication what so ever , other then screen shots I took of chats . NEVER will we book a holiday with teletex they are complete crooks .they have had a refund from easy jet but won’t give it back to us customers .

Worst service I have EVER encountered. Holiday cancelled over 4 weeks ago, I refused voucher and was awaiting refund. Refund didn't appear to be materialising so sent letter quoting law - received poorly written, somewhat threatening response basically saying you've been given a voucher till end of year, use it or you'll be in breach of our terms and conditions. Are you kidding???? Time to contact my credit card company I think... DO NOT BOOK WITH TELETEXT - customer service is BEYOND POOR.

I am disgusted with the level of customer support that I have received from the customer support. I have been waiting to speak tp someone for over a week and have spent over 30 hours on the phone trying to get through. I was wiling to amend my destination but now wanting to cancel . I will not be booking through teletext again
