I have been trying to get a confirmation email sent regarding my holiday which has been cancelled due FOC reccomending we don't travel. I have rung twice now 1st phone call 53 minutes long with no outcome other than being advised I need to converse with Ryan air myself. Less than 24h before holiday due to commence and still no confirmation of cancelled holiday. I have checked that flights are cancelled and teletext still have not sent email. I have received a text message offering a credit note however as your T n C,s state I am entitled to a full refund for a package holiday if any parts cancelled. I am aware that this is a very busy time and not asking for an immediate repayment however a acknowledgment of cancellation and acceptance of my request of repayment does not seem unreasonable. I am now awaiting a return phone call from a supervisor as call centre staff seem incapable of providing this. Un happy customer left in limbo of teletext intention

Booked a family holiday. Name incorrect re my daughter and then a mix up with hotel name please pay another £80 which we did. The cov19 then became a major concern so we tried to cancel. Please pay another £850 as you have only paid £250 plus the £80 for the hotel mix up. We decided to proceed with the holiday instead of losing alot of money. They took the balance on sunday. Knowing there was problems with the airline and spain. We decided to stay hete in the uk and put the holiday money towards a caravan. In the meantime received an email from teletext to confirm they had cancelled the holiday. We checked with thete t and c. And under 11.4 multicontract. They must refund the holiday in full. Brilliant.. just phoned them today. To be offeted anothet date latet in the year or next year. No i replied we are buying a caravan and staying here. Can we have our money back please? Sorry the rep replied your money went to jet2 and the hotel. We will have to sort it out with them. What a load of rubbish . Promised an email after i put the phone down. Nothing had arrived I cant keep ringing these people everyday . I will update next few days if no satisfaction. Especially no more excuses.

2 of us booked were booked to the Canaries on 14th March, when a few hours before departure we were emailed to inform us that all flights were cancelled. We have emailed, phoned and spent an hour on chat with absolutely no satisfaction from Teletext holidays. They promise to phone back but don't,they simply have offered nothing, they have our money, and we have nothing in return, SHOCKING

I have booked a holiday to Dubai on the 6 th may and despite the ukfco saying to not travel abroad , teletext holidays has not provided me with a refund . I do not want to be stuck abroad and hence best we cancel .

We are currently trying to get a refund on our Madrid holiday. As a UK citizen we are currently not allowed to travel to madrid. We have rang your customers service team and spoke to Freddie. Freddie states that he is unable to refund us as he has no information regarding this UK Government notice. We asked him 7 times to put us through to his supervisor. He wouldn't. We were on the phone over an hour and got no where. We immediately emailed and have got no response! Disgraceful!

The most frustrating part of booking a holiday with Teletext holidays is the fact that you never ever advertise the correct price of your holidays. Surely, in this day and age, a live pricing system for your packages should be simple enough to implement?! Please sort your website out!;

Hi Neil, Hi, We are sorry to read your concerns with regards to the prices shown on the website. We do try to provide the best possible service to all our customers and your feedback is appreciated. To clarify, we use suppliers live systems for flights and accommodation and prices are always fluctuating so the live price would be confirmed to you when you call our sales department. Being honest with our customers is our priority and we do advise about live pricing at various places on our website, “Prices change regularly, please call now for the live price”. Further, any optional extras such as baggage, transfers etc are not included in the advertised price and are optional the price shown is for accommodation and flights again as advised on the website. I felt i was pressure sold my holiday, the salesmans accent created a misunderstanding and i was pushed into a holiday, given an hour to pay deposits, i asked for 2 cases was told 4 were included, actually only 1 was included, tge price was £354 per person online price, actual price £424, i accepted this for a private transfer, which is actually a shuttle bus, and baggage costs but i have no bags, i feel mis-sold. Ive complained and been told the baggage included is handbags, not even hand luggage, i asked for cases, i have asked for a copy of the sales call so far not recieved, i would advise anyone wanting to book with teletext holiday to check very carefully their booking details if it says includes 4x bags check the weight, dont be pressured dont believe they have had a cancellation its going to sell you must book now, and check their price i did and love holidays if i didnt have 4 cases were much cheaper, i didnt get 4 cases just be careful.

I have made a booking and paid over 3k for my family holiday on the 2nd of March and I have not received my booking details, my flights and accommodation. I have called unlessly and stayed on hold for over 1 hr and when I press 1 for sells the phone don't even ring before they answer. I have not been able to get through to anyone for days now and I don't have my booking vouchers for resort and flight. Never booking with them again. Customer service is great before they get your money but once they do, you no longer matter.

Hanna was excellent in every aspect of booking the holiday. I had lots of questions which were answers promptly and professionally. This is the second time I have chosen teletext holidays and will definitely be booking with them in the future, thankyou.

Excellent customer service from the advisor I was dealing with my booking over the phone. She met our needs/budget and got our holiday for the price we wanted. Hassle and stress free. The price was the cheapest we saw out of all the sites we looked on. Exactly what we were looking for! Would highly recommend teletext.
