“I don't understand all the bad reviews. I have never had a problem with Temu and love love love everything I have received from them and I have ordered many times. The items are beautiful and well done. Sizing has always been perfect. Items may take a little longer but not a problem for me cuz it's worth it. Prices are amazing

“I’ve ordered quite a few clothes and other things from Temu. But, I buy with caution. I can say that EVERYTHING I’ve ordered has been delivered, although it can take up to two weeks.
I do not buy large, more expensive items, I primarily stick with clothes, some jewelry, shoes , that sort of stuff.
I have absolutely loved some of my clothes, others not so much, but they are cheap clothes. As far as returns, I’ve never had any problems. I ask for a return label, it’s emailed to me, and as soon as I take the return package to the PO and it’s scanned, it only takes a day to see my refund reflected as a credit. I can say I have been pretty satisfied with Temu.”

“I ordered a seven piece pot set for $76. One nine inch lid was supposed to fit two pans but the lid was damaged and cannot seal on the pans. I requested a replacement lid, which seems like a reasonable request but was told they were unable to do that. They wanted me to ship it back which is a huge inconvenience for me as I don't always have a car. After back and forths they said they would issue a refund and wanted to give me a Temu credit, I opted for a refund back to my credit card. One month later I reached out to The Better Business Bureau and that's how I finally received my full refund. My problem was the packing and shipping boxes were pristine so the item was shipped damaged.”
“Yesterday I had put some stuff in my shopping cart like I do all the time. Get on there, see stuff I want. I put in there for later whenever I have the money to pay for it. I go through and I pick what I want and I order it. Sometimes i've only ordered from them maybe 23 different times. So I did this like I normally do yesterday afternoon. Then last night about 8:30. I'm out cleaning my shop and my phone dings. And I go look at it and they took seventy dollars out of my account. I did not place an order. Never in one point of my putting stuff on my shopping cart dead, I hit finish order, did I okay, my address did IOK my billing method none of that I did none of that but they wanted and took $70 out of my account. I put the money in my account to pay my internet bill today. So I call and spend forever on the phone with them. Only we told that yes, I have to go and do this to this to cancel my order. Which was not my order because I didn't order it.
So I did the steps that they wanted me to do and cancel their order. I guess because I didn't place the d*** thing. Only to find out that they can't put the money back in my account for 5 to 10 days for something that I didn't even do I didn't place order. This is their mistake they placed the order. They took money out my account without my permission. And now I am gonna be stuck with no money to pay my internet bill. Besides this, I played there stupid little games for 10 free items earlier this week. Play their games place in order for a couple items that I did pay for only for it. To show me that I didn't get my tin free items. So you know they offered me. They offered me a 20% Upton $20. Funny dollars off of my next order. My 10 items came to a $200 and I played half hour worth of games to get it down to 0. Because I won the 100% off. And now I don't even get them. So they wasted my time. They pulled money out of my account with out my knowledge. My internet is gonna get shut off. Because I don't have the rest of the money to pay to cover the $70 that they stole out of my account. And I'm just going to delete their app and I just wanna warn other people what's going on with them. They are escaped, they're screwing people over and have the people if they're taking money on a people's account have to people probably don't even know that they're taking the money out of their account. I'm very upset. I'm not happy with their way of make an. There's all go away for me because it's their mistake, not mine. They took the money out of my account. Now I'm paying for it. “I ordered some items about 2 months ago; everything came within the time-frame stipulated. A couple items didn't fit properly so I initiated a return. They sent me a free shipping lable and refunded my money. So 5 stars for that. I just placed another order and now I am really worried after reading all of these reviews! Yikes! “They force you to pay $10 minimum to place order ok. So I add a couple more items to increase for 10 dollar minimum I waited for items to come in the mail. Only one item came in the mail it was not the original item I was needing. I don't recommend anyone buying they are scam artist”
“I am waiting for my parcel which is almost a month and half since I have ordered. The so called courier company they use returned my order saying my number is incorrect. Numerous calls the the call center of the courier company and they confirm the same number I provided them. This is so pathetic. Will never order from Temu ever again.”

Among the tracking companies that Temu uses, there is one called Piggyship. They don't deliver and just lie. They say there is no recipient or the address and phone number are wrong, so they end up returning it to the vendor. And Piggyship also lies at the reception. Piggyship itself is a company that only lies. If you order from Temu and the tracking company is Piggyship, you probably won't receive the package. Like me.”

They charged my credit card before shipment and after 10 days I received an Email that they couldn’t ship my merchandise because they had some trouble with the carrier or the shipment!
Meanwhile they have been holding my money during that period of time!
