Cold, cold, cold. Yes once again I got out of the shop as quickly as possible, far too cold. I have spoken to other shoppers and staff and they all agree. This is a cold shop. Too uncomfortable to spend much time there. Get the basics and get out. I am talking about Tesco supermarket in Telford, Shropshire.

Mark Hall was my delivery man to Ponteland. He was helpful and pleasant.I tried to do the review at www.tescoviews.com but it only did in store or cafe visits.

Tesco's in Swansea, I love online shopping at Tesco’s I’ve never had a bad experience yet and I’ve shopped for years with them, I see people giving negative comments some was valid comments & some wasn’t,& the price increases etc unfortunately it’s the greedy government rising taxes & vat, fuel prices up more than they ever have, not Tesco’s,! every supermarket’s prices have gone up,! If it wasn’t for Tesco’s & other retailers that stayed open throughout covid 19 to help serve & deliver peoples shopping while other companies staff stayed home & kept themselves safe, Tesco’s staff put themselves & there families health at risk, to serve & help people get groceries to feed there families, I appreciate & applaud Tesco’s workers, 👏👏

The shopping simply did not arrive. No explanation was given. When I asked why it did not arrive, they made false claims over the phone to the effect that the driver had visited the address and was unable to get an answer at the door, even though I had waited by the door all night for them to deliver. It might take up to a week to receive a refund apparently. Avoid this company.

Tesco’s Own Lemon Curd: The entire contents of the jar I bought have just hit the bin -- my compost bin, and I hope the microbes will enjoy the ‘vibrancy and zing’. I’d rather waste my money than end of up with a stomach ache while Tesco aids and abets destruction of the environment with PALM OIL in more and more and MORE products. What is palm oil doing in a sugar and cornflour-based confiture? There’s no call for oil of any kind in any fruit preserve recipe I know. Palm oil isn’t fit for human consumption; and palm plantations are ruining our shared ecosystem, whether ‘sustainable’ or illegal. So, today, I’ve learnt yet another lesson in Tesco’s relentless drive to ‘fill’ ingredients lists with rubbish; and I’ll have to invest yet more time in reading labels as I inch my way along the aisles! (Will reading labels for ingredients at Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Lidl prove less time-consuming?) ‘Tesco Lemon Curd: Real lemon juice. -- Add zing to your palm oil consumption’ !

Order changed! I had placed a order last week thursday for click and collect as today was only time I had available to collect the items. Order went through and I was happy that I had found the product online. Today when they emailed the receipt they had replaced with subsitute item as the item I ordered went out of stock. So that is the case then how comes the order went through, this is really bad, changing the order then expected us to take it. NO WAY!!! I would like the product that I had ordered not a subsitute items. Absolutely bad and rubbish online service. Never had this level of digusting service anywhere. All Online Scammers.

Ordered a few items to be delivered between 5pm and 9pm Easter Monday - Planned accordingly only to receive an email mid day to say that they had cancelled my order, no reason or satisfactory apology given. First and last time for me.....

Out of all the grocery stores that deliver, Tesco is bar far the worst! They only tell you what’s out of stock a couple of hours before they deliver! So you don’t cancel the lot! When they substitute an item they charge you the higher price even though it’s their fault and their web site is antiquated. Asda and Morrisons much better companies in my opinion.

NOT HAPPY. Instead DISGUSTED & SHOCKED to find Barret's lollipop Dib-Dab sherbet at 45p EACH on 18/3/2022. Normally 5 for £1.00 or 20p each.Rationed during the pandemic at 37p each( obviously weren't selling at that price so we're then sold again at 20p each.) WHAT!! .Over 💯% Price increase. This is Absolutely Disgusting.Certainly NOT justifiable.THANK YOU..👎🏾😭

Almost non existent customer service, has now become no customer service at all. All email addresses are no longer manned. Unless you have the time to waste waiting forever and a day in a phone queue, there is no easy way to complain. Having a meaningful customer service system should be the prerequisite of a good company. I should know I was on the Tesco payroll at management level. What a disappointment!!

Tesco delivery did not arrive for 3 consecutive times. Tesco APP continued to display “delivering” status after the delivery time slot has passed (The deliverer did not text or leave phone calls). After 12AM, the delivery status switches to check back later tomorrow. Assuming that the time slot was too late for deliveries (8-9PM), I reordered the same items during a daytime slot (12PM-1PM), yet the same thing happened. The customer service dismissed the missing delivery as my absence for receiving the items, even though I have been going downstairs multiple times. They refunded all 3 orders.

Just visited family, was asked if I wanted tea or coffee. My brother in law said I’ve got this great coffee. Being polite I said yes to the coffee. It was one of the best caramel hot drink I’ve tried. I liked it that much , I asked to see how he made it so quick, the milk in a pod , coffee in a pod, so easy to do well done Costa , I’ll be going out and getting a machine.
