Diabetics everywhere be aware. Although I agree all staff were very polite . There is one thing that people need to know. I went for my diabetic eye test during which I suffered a hypo none of the staff in vision express had any knowledge or experience concerning this very serious illness. I even check with the Tesco manager who also did not understand about diabetes. I had a 7 mile journey back home and only just made it . I feel if any company is offering diabetics a service there staff should should be educated regarding this serious illness before someone dies.

I treid on three items, two of them had wrong label on or were badly sized. I told the chanigng room assistant as leaving the changing rooms and she was disinterested in my helpful advice about the wrong label; she evidently only wanted to take the items that I was not going to buy off me. Later I accidentally left the security tag on (even though the item was only £5) and realised when leaving the self checkout area. I went back to have it removed and the member of staff was talking to a colleague and did not try to engage with me. This shopping trip I felt that my custom was not appreciated

GI placed an order to be delivered between 3-4pm on Saturday earliest time lot available, whilst it was raining the snow had cleared and roads OK When the order didn't arrive I phoned to be told all weekend orders had been cancelled, We were not informed. To make matters worse knowing that my husband was just out of hospital and I am elderly in poor health my neighbour offered to pick up anything I needed, I told her we were OK as I had done an online shop. I was only desperate for Bread and milk, but by the time we had been let down all our local shops and our nearest Tesco superstore had no milk or bread left on the shelves, and apparently no deliveries were expected until Monday or Tuesday. To say unhappy withe Tesco would be putting it way too mildly. I was offered an e voucher for fifteen pounds which when it arrived was for ten pounds, and seems to require printing or a PIN number However it does not solve my currant problem and I am now likely to try shopping elsewhere

Tesco Blackburn. Don't expect to see any helpers at all on the shop floor. Had to go customer services where the lady had to leave the desk to find what I wanted. Tesco need to be more organised

Having been bombarded with reminders to book my slot for Christmas, which I booked in the middle of the night for the 23rd December. Knowing how unreliable the home deliveries are I went to Aldi and Makro before hand to get things I knew may now be delivered. I had 15 items not delivered. That's not good enough, so be warned shoppers don't request a delivery too near the date you want it, you may be disappointed.

They take customers for granted and a lot of the time I feel staff are unhappy. Special offers are impractical mist if the time

At the checkout, the price for an item that I was buying showed as greater than than advertised on the shelf. I pointed this out to the checkout operator who responded by saying "what do you expect me to do about it?" I asked her to have the price checked and she said she couldn't as there as there was no one to do this. I pointed out 2 people walking by (wearing Tesco name badges) and she said they didn't work there. She eventually did call someone who checked and it was sold to me at the price advertised on the shelf.

This was my first experience of Tesco delivery service. The experience went swimmingly until I found they had sent the wrong white wine. I telephoned customer services and was told in no uncertain terms that I had ordered what I had received and if I wanted to change it I could carry it to my local store and deal with it. The attitude of this man was so brusque, unhelpful and totally without sympathy it was breathtaking. The only reason I used the 'service' was because I had just had surgery and couldn't carry heavy goods! Ocado, or Sainsbury next time

I am a frequent customer of the Hove Denmark Villas store and have felt very disappointed and let down by the service and stock availability recently. On three separate occasions I have told there was no bread, no meal for two deal, no wine offer, etc. due to lack of stock. When I asked why no one could tell me but assured me there was a delivery in the offing but didn't know when. Also on numerous occasions the staff are seen to be blocking the isles with the restocking trolley (perhaps unavoidably) but again chatting and grouping together which made passing very difficult with a trolley. I may add I am a loyal customer of Tesco and have been for many years but I was under the impression the smaller stores filled the void to the superstores and should have the essential items always. Yesterday I went shopping in Tesco new oscott afterwards I returned to the car only to see one of the workers standing there with his hands down his pants messing with himself while he was talking to someone and my husband said yeah and I bet he don't wash his hands the thing is he knew we were looking and carried on. What is wrong with some people?

I arrived at the Uttoxeter superstore 8am today to collect an item I’d purchased from Tesco Direct. I headed for the Customer Service desk, which has been in the same place for years, only to find it had moved. The trouble was, none of the staff I asked knew where it was now located. Finally, I discovered that it was now a part of the tobacco kiosk. This was manned by one member of staff who was obviously serving tobacco, scratch cards, etc and a queue was forming. When it was my turn, the member of staff paged customer services. As the customer service staff appeared, a Tesco supervisor stopped her and gave her a task unconnected to my order, I then had to wait a further 10 minutes before my order was finally retrieved, It was apparent that there was a complete lack of management in the store. Why not place a notice to say where the (so called) customer service desk is now situated? And why give just one member of the tobacco kiosk staff all the additional responsibility with no back-up? Please train your employees so that they can answer customer questions. Finally, train your supervisory staff to understand the meaning of customer service. I left feeling utterly frustrated and vowing never again to use Tesco Direct.
