I orderd a michael kors bag but instead was sent a hugo boss mens t shirt.you cant get through to anyone on the phone because they havent got that option.they have a form to email on there website which is the way ive contacted them.im being sent one reply if that per day and i placed my order last week. So now its been a good few days problem still not sorted.they have made me go to a post office to send the t shirt back and now that i have ive not heard from them.hope they do get back to me and i get my refund i would advice any one not to order from this site its so much headache.i have orderd from every site there is and never had any problem theese lot are the worst ever to order from i regret it and will never be making the mistake of ordering from them again

Tessuti is a JUMPED UP NOTHING COMPANY A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES this so called designer company will go bust soon school kids could run it better. The police or trading standards are going to have to get involved with this cause its actually stealing money from people and its alot of PEOPLE this as happened to. I spent 220 pounds on 2 jumpers they didnt arrive they lost them. They dont want to know just keep your money customer care is none existent. It wont be long be before these clowns go under im looking forward to hearing about it soon. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND A DISGRACE.

Awful awful , bought a top returned still waiting for refund had to chase send emails still no refund then they have sent me a top out which I don’t want, asked for refund weeks ago and still chasing awful do not shop here!!

I had confirmation my order was reived by their warehouse on 4th May last. Chances multiple times via email (as their website suggests) it took several days to receive any form of response and each time they kept asking for more information that I had already provided. I then decided to message them through Facebook to finally be told that my refund was never processed and this is a error their end. They then apparently processed the refund which should be with me no later than 7 days. It’s not the 8th day and still absolutely no sign or acknowledgment from the company again.

They lost my order before they dispatched it, despite confirming order dispatch and reassuring me everything should be fine when I questioned it. I'm waiting the mandatory 3 days period (for an express 2 day delivery) so they can confirm what DPD has already told me. Ruined a birthday surprise

Order a large belstaff jacket from this company somehow extra large was deliverd(not supprised at all) The packaging it came it had been opened and look like it had been kicked from pillar to post,when I refused to accept deliver the women had nothing but foul language,asked to speak to her manager to which she rang,this person said accept the package as we cannot garenttee return😕 Can't call tessuti only email Had no reply yet only a automated email saying we are sorry to hear your problem £300 out if pocket with a jacket that will fit the nutty professor

Dont buy from here ! Sent me a faulty pair of boots cost £90. I sent them back within the hour on same day of receiving them asking for a refund. Heard nothing for a month, chases it up now saying they are sending the faulty goods back to me and I have to send then to there faults departments so they can decide if I damaged the goods or it's a manufacturer fault. Dragging on even longer and still dont know if il get a refund. What a joke

I am writing this in the hope that nobody else has to go through the ordeal that I have. I ordered a Calvin Klein hoodie and matching Calvin Klein joggers. I only received the joggers, the hoodie didn’t come. I have then contacted Tessuti who have replied with what I can only describe as ‘dock’ responses, and we have exchanged NUMEROUS emails with me repeating the same thing over and over to try and get an answer from them. I have been advised that I was refunded for the hoodie on 6 May (which was before my order was even received); yet I have still not received this refund. I asked whether they still have the hoodie in stock; I was met twice, by two different representatives, with the dock response ‘apologising that although the website is updated every few minutes, it doesn’t always show timely stock information’. After asking again a third time, I got the answer that it was still in stock. I therefore asked whether, providing I actually receive my refund at some point(!), if I reordered I could have the 10% discount honoured again (welcome discount - the irony) and free delivery (as it was through no fault of my own that I didn’t receive the order I initially placed and so I should not be disadvantaged). I was told no, it cannot be offered. I am therefore currently in a position where I have half a loungewear tracksuit (ordered to feel better about quarantine) and I have not received a refund for the other half and no resolution from Tessuti. Further to this, I don’t actually want the joggers on their own but I feel it too risky to send these back and risk being out of pocket even more; they weren’t cheap! Please do not order from this company under any circumstances; I feel like a fool and that I’ve been conned. I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand.

I bought a £455 coat. It never came. Contacted Hermes. Apparently it’s been delivered to me. I do not have the coat. If I was you I wouldn’t buy anything online from this company as the delivery company they use for shipping are incompetent. So I can’t review the £455 coat I bought as I do not have it. Please shop with these guys if you like wasting your money on absolutely nothing... zero... zilch! £455 down the drain.... no coat.... no support! Thanks tessuti and thanks Hermes for literally nothing. I will bear you guys in mind next time I wish to throw £455 away!!!!!

Shocking experience! Do yourself a favour and avoid. Terrible customer service, which avoided answering my query........felt like I was talking to a politician. Didn't offer any sensible resolution to my issue. Didn't even offer a free delivery, as a result of their mistake. Eventually refunded me, after all multiple emails telling me it wasn't possible to do this, even though the items wern't even dispatched. Funny how you ask for a complaints form (which they don't have apparently), and then you suddenly get refunded!

Honestly what a complete joke this company is. Purchased a CP Company cost from them which when it arrived was marked on the front. Returned the said item only to receive back in 7 days stating that they could not justify a refund as the item had been worn. Will be visiting trading standards to get some resolution! Avoid using at all costs. Typical JD sports Customer Service

Omg whatta joke they have sent me the complete wrong thing trunks instead of boxers and complete different colours was ment be red and blue sent me black and blue and now I have to send back and wait for a return if they even give me one it was suppose be a present to never will I be ordering again cheek of them how hard isit to pack the right thing

I would give a 0 if I could. Please be aware when ordering online. I was sent the wrong item in the first place. I instantly rang and was told to take it back to a store (80 mile round trip) or pay for it to be posted back!!! This was a despatch error!!! Finally they agreed to cover the postage but I had to reorder and fingers crossed I would actually receive the correct one. Thankfully i did. I sent the incorrect one back by their supplier Royal Mail 48 hour TRACKING. I am still waiting for a refund for quite a bit of money even after I sent the tracking and proof of postage to them which shows it was delivered on the 6/2/2020. THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY HAVEN’T received the return yet. Even though the tracking says THEY HAVE. They have promised me an update in 24 hours, 48 hours. Goodwill gestures that never materialise. I am waiting on the warehouse stating they have received it even though it was there fault in the first place. Also note the way expensive garments are packed and despatched is nothing but disgraceful. So I am seriously out of pocket. Followed all of their terms, procedures and processes. I can prove delivery, but they would sooner ignore and abuse and walk over customers. I realise they have processes to follow, but there lack of processes etc has caused this problem and potentially out of pocket. So if someone steals at the warehouse/returns even if you have proof of postage, tracking and prove the delivery, that’s not enough good luck, that’s tough and aren’t you stupid for shopping with us and trusting we are professional customer centric business. Oh by the way just had an email telling me how to return an item!!

Ordered dress 26.12 till 3.01 didn't have any update with purchase. Wanted to get it sooner so ordered it to the shop. I had to contact customer service never heard anything back.When came to pick it up ( birmingham fort shopping centre branch) staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never be back to this shop again. They have wide choice of good brands but customer service is awful, better to avoid.

Best to avoid these scammers, sale items are all customer returns, avoid, mail order is a joke, they send anything or nothing just to keep hold of your money, all staff are a bit dim, but think there cool working here, laughable

Do NOT purchase anything in these shops.Their returns policies are geared up so you have to spend money on unwanted good in their shops!! This place should come with a government health warning!
