Absolutely terrible service and quality! Do not waste your time! Its an absolute farce! My partner had bought an engagement ring from this company, proposed end of Aug 2021, the ring has broken 3 times in the exact same place with the same issue in 5 months. It has been in the repair shop more times than i have worn it. The first time this happened, they replaced the ring as a gesture of goodwill, and told me to insure the ring incase it happens again - the insurers linked to this company! The second time it broke, they wanted £75 to repair, they didnt realise i was insured so it took 6 weeks to get the ring back as it has to go through another process. So the last time is broke, I was absolutely devastated as i knew that I am going to be without the ring again. Bear in mind I wear other jewellery and have never experienced anything like this. I emailed them 28th January to report the issue, no reply after 1 week, I sent a ranting email, then sent the ring off to be reviewed. They have said again its not a manufacturing issue, my options are to get the same ring crafted or to chose another ring. So reluctantly i looked at a similar ring, even though i wasn't happy picking a different one As they were processing my complaint, i received an email stating i can either exchange by paying an extra 120 for the different ring or have a full refund. When i questioned this, they said i am unable to have a full refund. So my options are to get the same ring - and get in repaired every month when it breaks, or get another ring that i dont like or want and pray it doesnt break! I have lost all confidence in this company. It has totally ruined our engagement. I have reported them to Trading Standards so I am waiting on advice on what to do next! Absolute shambles!

Very disappointing service Despite what it says on the website they do not give a delivery date once we ordered. My partner ordered a ring from the Diamond Store on the 15th December, we still don't have it. Frequently in contact with the company and all we get is sorry you are still waiting for your order with no delivery time or explanation why it's taking so long. Over a month from the order being paid, its rubbish. I have told my partner to cancel the order, I would rather go to a store and buy one.

Same experience as many others. Purchased and guaranteed it would arrive by Christmas many times in email and their portal. Had to follow up as it hadn’t arrived and now not going to arrive until 2 weeks post Christmas

Had to share the awful experience I’ve had with this bunch of clowns! Now let me start by saying THESE GUYS ARE NOT JEWELLERS!!! They’re resellers, they hold little to no stock and if they don’t have that stock you will be waiting AT LEAST 4 WEEKS for anything - assuming this is because everything is done offshore. I did my research and noticed the few bad reviews but assumed it was the minority that had been stung…the website suggests delivery will be in days, wasn’t until I’d forked out nearly 2 grand did they tell me there was an approx 30 day turnaround with no fixed delivery date..it was important I got the ring before a trip away…as above delivery is said to take days not weeks.. Initially I was faced with either wait or cancel, after emailing their managing director I was offered the same ring in platinum and the wrong size for double the price with £50 discount or 3 other rings nothing like what was ordered…1 of which also in the wrong size…I was then left a really patronising answerphone message by one of their staff because I wasn’t receiving their emails apparently.. I’ve gone today and sourced a better spec ring from an actual JEWELLER for slightly cheaper after being messed around by this lot all week! Honestly I read the one star reviews and thought they were just people throwing a mard however I can’t stress the pain in the backside these have caused me this week!! They should be ashamed of themselves,Go to a proper jeweller, not these buffoons!!

Due to lock down we decided to buy a ring online from The Diamond Store rather than go to a local jewelers. The consequence is a ring that cannot be worn for more than a few weeks before stones become dislodged. Despite the fact those same hands have had an engagement ring and a family ring for decades without losing a single stone the 'experts' at The Diamond Store suggest the losing of stones from within the recently purchased ring are due to some type of trauma. Having sent the ring back twice now it appears we have to except the loss of a stone every few weeks or that the £1,500 ring is not wearable

The company has blatantly ignored my request for a refund following missing a requested delivery date of over 3 weeks for my wife's Birthday. I strongly recommend not using this online shop if you don't want to be disappointed.

They sent the engagement ring wrong 3 times!!! First time it was the wrong size and they tried to fob us off with a online certified diamond which we didn't buy Then they sent a good diamond, the right size ring, but the ring was a different design to what we chose Then they assured us the correct ring will be sent the 3rd time. And guess what, it was not. The correct diamond, the correct ring design, but the wrong size. Also, they sent us budget packaging this time round with no message card From beginning of January to April! The whole Engagement has been ruined and we still have a ring we cannot wear Ontop of all of this. The customer service has been terrible. We were offered £150 the first time the ring went wrong (we never got this money) then we were offered a better spec diamond after the 2nd ring was sent as compensation (we never got that either). Third time round the manager Teresa is only offering us the £150 from the first time, and said we should send the ring back for the 3rd time so they can resize. ?? As if we would go through that again I said I would not send the ring back and that they should offer the cost of resizing the ring along with the £150 compensation from the first time. Since then I have had no response, as usual I will have to chase them down for a response. The worst experience ever I have been looking for contact details of the founder/ceo which I will contact directly.

Ordered item in Nov, they took money despite it saying on their website they would not if the item was out of stock. Provided a new delivery date in Dec, this came and went, no delivery and no update. Phone no. goes to an automated msg, live chat does not exist as stated on website, only got 1 email reply to 4 emails sent, which was late and appeared automated. Now having to go through bank to recover money after refund request ignored. Recommend to avoid.

Having purchased a very small item (but in my view expensive) from this company, it was delivered and left outside my door as we were not in - they have kindly emailed me a picture of it. The door is open to the elements and visible from the street. Whilst poor, my main gripe is that when I wrote to the customer services department to suggest this was not optimum customer service the reply blamed me for not being in when they had already emailed me two days previously to let me know it had been dispatched. I would add that they told me it would be delivered on the 1st December when i was at home but didn't actually deliver it till the following day. I guess the suggestion was that I should remain in my house for the entire period until it shows up, and it was clear they were blaming me for the poor service they provided. Not a company i will use regardless of the quality of the product which i hope i can gauge when i return home and the parcel is hopefully still there.

Don't order from this company, they have a contract with DPD to 'lose' your delivery and come up with excuses as to why you can't have a replacement

I had problems with this retailer over Xmas but as my 40th wedding anniversary was approaching, end of Jan 2019, I thought I would give them another chance to redeem their reputation. How wrong I was. Ordered a ruby ring 2 weeks before it was needed but once again as at Xmas they didn't have stock. Same standard message saying 7-10 days as they have to make it, but they take the money immediately. Anniversary morning and no ring. Big celebration that night and no gift. Put a big dampener on the day. On contacting them they actually blamed me for not giving them a date when I needed the ring. That tells you everything you need to know about this seller (I wont call them a retailer). I immediately contacted my credit card and got them to recover my money. Before using this seller please ensure you read all the bad reviews. Dreadful, avoid them to save yourself any hassle.
