“I have been a customer since moving back to the U.S. from Canada. Usually, It has been a great experience. I wanted to send a friend in Texas some of your salsa but they are originally from the Northeast so I didn't want it to be too HOT. So instead of the 3 pack sampler, I ordered three in medium. She said it was very hot so they must have sent the 3 pack in Hot which was the sale price. I ordered one jar of Medium Papa's Salsa for myself but got Hot. I also ordered 2 sweatshirts in Large....I thought it would be a regular Large but they are Large/Grande and are much too big. I will have to return those. I'm sure you were very busy but I was disappointed that nothing went right. Peggy Condos”

“I bought the roasted and peeled whole HOT peppers. Normally “hot” is medium to me, the first batch I prepared as chile verde with pork was more like XX HOT 🥵. Which is fine, it got less hot after a day or two and it’s better than buying hot and getting mild. I don’t know how the next 4 batches will be. Only thing I didn’t like was the peppers were tough and had to cook extra long … which may have brought out the heat from the seeds. Loved it though.”

“I lived in Albuquerque, NM for over 20 years, Now back east and need my fix of fresh green chile. I love it on almost everything. I still can't do it on my pizza. but can't have a breakfast burrito without it.”

“Product is excellent. The delivery to San Antonio,Tx this last time was not so good. I ordered 1 box of extra hot, 1 box of medium, and 1 box of mild, each box of 25 pounds; on delivery all boxes arrived at the same time and in very good shape. I started roasting chile that same day and the extra hot and medium only 3 or 4 chiles were not good to roast; but the mild box had half of the product spoiled! It hurt my heart to throw away those large meaty chiles that we’re spoiled.😢”

“Chile arrived quickly and in good shape. A few pods were starting to go bad, but they were on the bottom of the box. Cleaned, roasted, peeled and bagged :) I will order from Hatch Chile Store, again.”

“I recently ordered and received a chile ristra (treated) from the Hatch Chile Store. It was packaged well and arrived undamaged and in good shape. It's now hanging in my living room where it's enhancing my New Mexican decor. I'm pleased with my purchase and the friendly, timely answers I received when I had a question. “Delivery was very quick and we appreciate that being on the east coast, however the heat factor was less than expected. The website they were hotter than normal so we went medium and most have been mild still tasty but not the heat we wanted.”

“I lurches big Jim’s and Sandia’s. Big Jim’s came in perfect. The Sandias had several chilies that looked like something had eaten on them. The box was wet on one corner. Not up to the expected standards!”

“love that they shipped it to me in virginia. great flavor but the chiles were a little mushy and fell apart easily when i tried to use them for chile rellenos. will probably go back to getting them chopped instead of whole.”
