“Second time ive used the watch lab very professional my thomas sabo watch had a battery installed aand re sealed my armani watch had a battery installed and cleaned looked brand new both at the glasgow branch”

“I visited the Nottingham branch to have batteries changed on a couple of watches , one of which needed resealing . I must admit to being somewhat cynical of the quoted 1 hour turnaround but they were as good as their word and the watches were ready and waiting for me at the end of the hour . Excellent personable service !”

“I have taken several watches to the Watch lab at Lakeside for new batteries and have always received excellent service up until now. So I took my watch in for repair and was told that it would take between 4 to 6 weeks. After returning to the store to ask if my watch was ready for collection, after waiting patiently for 6 weeks I was told it wasn't ready yet and could I try again after a couple of days. My watch was finally returned after 8 weeks!! It's working perfectly now but I would think twice about returning if I wanted my watch returned promptly.”

“despite it took a bit longer than expected I am happy with the service as the watch seems to be working well and if it keeps working in such condition for the next 2-3 years I would be very satisfied, my watch is am omega seamaster GMT and I took it because it started falling behind”

“I used the Watch Lab in the Oracle in Reading and was extremely pleased with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable about what was required to replace the battery of my sealed TW Steel watch. The watch was all sorted within the hour, perfect !”

“Very friendly, approachable and friendly staff, they answer all the Qs we as a customer asked, know their job and know their job well. I got my Seiko, and Rado watches repaired and am now a very loyal and satisfied customer. I was looked after all the staff at different visits and all very helpful. I visited the Watch Lab in Reading in the Oracle.”

“Thank u Andy Koritsas for a swift excellent service. I was impressed with the service even more so as my TAG usually has to be sent off and then a 2 week waiting period ensues. Apart from a battery replacement you were also able to seal, test and clean my ceramic band, all within a hour! Reading Watch Lab rocks!!”

“I have a much loved Raymend Weil wrist watch and found myself in The Watch Lab in Chester this week, having been directed there by a long establish jewellers in Chester. The jewellers saw the look of horror on my face at the thought of being parted from my beloved time piece for several weeks, as they would need to send it away for a new battery and reseal. I'm afraid I didn't notice the names of either Watch Lab employee, however the man that dealt with/served me was super efficient , with facts and figures extolling from him at a rate of knots! So much so that I was a bit taken aback! However, he said he could have my watch back with me within the hour, music to my ears! However, I felt I ought to go to another jewellers in Chester, one I had often used in the past, to see if the price I had been quoted was competitive! I asked the assistant there, can you replace my battery 'while I wait', to which she said 'yes'... I said 'and reseal it?', to which she replied, ' Oh no, we can't reseal them here, we have to send them away'!!! So I told her what I'd been quoted at The Watch Lab, and she agreed it sounded a fair price! So, I went straight back! I was offered a general clean up of my watch at a discounted rate due to the fact I was already having it worked on, to which I agreed! So, as long as the new battery does its job for as long as they said it would, I am highly delighted :) I have to say, I do like the idea of supporting a growing business, and I wish it well”

“Very helpful staff. We thought that the watch could not be repaired as batteries lost their life so quickly. I bought it for my husband for our silver wedding and we have just had our ruby. Nevertheless they advised that it was a good quality watch worth repairing. Set price, but when we picked it up they said that all working parts had been replaced and it was now a new watch inside. No extras, no hidden costs. Rotary watch. Lakeside thurrock branch.”
