Cost was reasonable and service was not extra just because it was a Sunday . They called to let us know when technician was on the way. Although the rodent was actually in the sub floor, Casey and Akuri went above above and beyond what they should to ensure we figured out what it was before they left. They were courteous and professional every step of the way. They assisted my husband in locating and removing it! It was not in the air ducts but they were not leaving till they helped us locate and put everything back together as if nothing happened! “Great service experience once again. Have not had a bad experience with any of the techs since the original installation of our unit. Every routine maintenance visit has been a pleasant one. Customer service team is great, always nice to talk to, and all of the techs are well-mannered, easy to talk to and understand. No high pressure tactics to sell add-ons but always there to point out things that we can do to make our units run more efficiently. “At the start of cold weather, found the heating unit for the bedrooms wasn't working. Called The Duct Specialists, they had someone come by that day. My 13 year old contractor unit had finally had it, Patrick showed me options and financing for a new unit. Terry Robbins and assistant came and replaced it the very next morning and were done by well before dinner time. Cleaned up anything on the floor from opening the attic door, like they were never here, except now can sleep without freezing, and kids can do online school work in their rooms in comfort. This is the second unit I've had them put in, and when the 3rd finally gives way, will surely call them again.”

“The HVAC guys came and diagnosed my heater issue, which turned out to be an electrical issue with my breaker panel. The electrical guys came out and after confirming the diagnosis did a great job replacing my old outdated and rusted out breaker panel with a new one that is up to code and can be repaired more easily (parts were not available for my old one). No sooner did the power come back on then my heater fan kicked back on, so they did a good job correctly diagnosing the problem - no additional repairs were needed. It was really nice not to have to go back and forth between companies to get this diagnosed and fixed. I'm very happy with my new breaker panel as well”
“I called The Duct Specialists to correct a DYI installation of a smart thermostat issue. My heating system is ancient and did not have a common wire. The technician, Chase, arrived by the predicted time wearing his mask and booties. After a thorough inspection of the system, he informed me that my dinosaur of a heater might not work with the wifi thermostat.
After trying on his own for a little bit, he phoned a friend. Dane cam by and helped get us up and going!

“I had scheduled service to get a Sense Energy Monitor installed in my panel and Ronaldis came out this morning to install it. I had recently upgraded my air conditioner so also decided to have him install a whole house surge protector which he did. All in, about an hour of time to install it all. As usual with ,The Duct Specialists great service and professionalism. He even identified what a mystery switch in my kitchen was (fan). Highly recommended.”
“We’ve had AC problems off and on for years now. We called a different company out and with in a few days had to call to The Duct Specialists come fix what the other company didn’t fix. Steve came out and took care of our problem with no problem and then explained why we will continue to have problems due to the age of our unit and how hard it was working. He gave a few quotes on new units and did not pressure us to buy one. He left and a few days later Jeff sent me a text checking on us and seeing if he could get us a good deal on a new AC unit. We talked with him and he was able to give us a great deal. The next day Hugo and Bobby showed up to install our new unit. Both of them were very friendly and knowledge about the unit and gave us great advice about how to keep our unit running at its best ability. The new unit works great. For the first time in years I can actually feel air blowing in our master bedroom.

“Randy went above and beyond amazing service when our air conditioner stopped working. In this Texas heat, we were going to have to wait several days for parts to be ordered and arrive before repairs could be made. Randy was able to get approval for the entire unit to be replaced at no charge within 24 hours. The damage to our old unit was extensive and he had to work the entire day either outside in 100 degree heat or in our attic, which was hotter. Throughout the day he was kind, thoughtful, efficient, and kept us routinely informed. We continue to be loyal to Duct Specialists because of its great service and wonderful staff.”
