“5 minute job took £150. Cancelled card will report to trading standards never use you again or this plumber which I have noted. My comments refect peoples reviews. Disgusting”
“Didn’t turn up the first time and called 2hrs later to say the wouldn’t make it.
Told me I’d get returning customer rates for them to come out the following week.
I did say after 3pm and he phoned before midday wanting to come. I said after 1.30 and he turned up at 1pm telling me he’d been sat in Tesco car park for 45 mins. Not my problem.
Bloke got me to sign something when he arrived. After 17 minutes told me he didn’t know what it was and there was nothing he could do. The office rang him after 20 mins to give him his next job so he left. Oh, he did tell me he could smash the toilet apart but as he clearly didn’t know what for and he didn’t know if it would help I said no.
The office then called wanting £150.
It wasn’t booked or advertised under this company name so I would not trust them at all.
The ‘plumber’ spent most of the 17 mins telling me about other jobs he’d done and talking about my floating shelf!
Do not trust this company.”
“Said no call out charge and over 90% of cases are fixed within that hour. Charged me £198 for 5 minutes visit to say a leaky valve need replacing, it would take 5-6 hours to do the job at hourly rate of £198.
Showed the valve to a different plumber quoted £100 to replace it , 12-14 times cheaper than this company. Don’t be fooled by no call out charge. As soon as they arrive they ask you to sign a consent that you want them to start investigating the problem and there goes the first £198.”
“Practically robbed my elderly Mother making her pay money up front for materials and not providing a quotation at all for labour! Then taking 6 hrs or so for a couple of minor jobs. Grand total almost 1000 pounds for a new tap and 3 minor toilet cistern drips. Disgraceful company who are listed at companies house as a call center, with over half a million in cash sat in the bank in 2023 robbed from vulnerable customers.”
“Charged £200 to confirm a toilet was blocked and the cistern leaking. However did not fix it. Quote for work £1500 including vat. We got a 2nd quote of £280 from another plumber for the same problem.”

Rang the office wanted to charge call out fee again spoke to Lois and all he did was laugh at the situation. They are scammers, no work man shown up. Only by chance I rang him, he says he isn't even associated with this company and he has given him bad name with customers..
Stay away. They will get what's coming to them.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DESPICABLE DISGUSTING SHAM
THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAM. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM. FIRSTLY YOU WILL BE CHARGED £75 FOR CONTACTING THEM PLUS VAT, THAT'S £90. THEN YOU HAVE A CALL FROM A WORKMAN OF WHATEVER ILK, IN OUR CASE THAT WAS A FURTHER A FURTHER £65 AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED THE JOB YET BUT YOU WILL GET A TIME, SOME JOKE THAT IS BECAUSE NOONE WILL TURN UP. OUR JOB WAS TO FIX THE HOT WATER ON OUR HEATING SYSTEM. WE HAVE MANAGED TO AGREE SOME OF OUR MONEY BACK. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SCANDALOUS. WITH TIMES AS DIFFICULT AS THEY ARE CURRENTLY WE DON'T NEED THIS. JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FROM OTHERS - 1 STAR AND IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD FOR DEFINITELY. “Didn't turn up when arranged...no call to apologise...had to keep ringing to try and contact them. Eventually call was answered and was told he was on a call but would ring back. Guess what...he never did!! I could go on but needless to say, we've found someone else.”
“Avoid avoid avoid. These guys are an absolute rip-off. They offer you 10% discount and a no callout charge but they failed to tell you. They go there to diagnose the problem and charge you £135 and come back the following day to rectify the problem and charge a further £205 I don’t mind paying, but I do not like being ripped off 😡”
