To shop in store is never a problem but online from their third party sellers is horrendous! 2 years ago I bought online and had an absolute nightmare just trying to return a damaged item that I eventually had to go in store to complain and they refunded even though it was a third party seller. I swore I'd never order online again, 2 years later I stupidly ordered online again and I am now asking myself why why why. Ridiculous return charges, damaged boxes, one item arrived partly broken, another arrived today totally wrong item. Things happen, I get it but my order's have been consistently a nightmare. Customer service on the telephone are friendly and helpful, by email is awful! Back and forth asking stupid questions time wasting when the issue is completely straightforward. I can't bare big companies who's customer service is this level of poor there's just no excuse. Every time I've ordered it's caused me nothing but a headache, there definitely won't be a third time.

Disrespectful staff with inflated opinions of themselves. Rude, unhelpful and discriminatory. I made the mistake of popping in to buy an essential I knew they stocked. Big mistake, you don’t go shopping to be profiled by the pasty faced Karen working tills, accused of theft with no evidence. The utter lack of tact or politeness while being attacked for simply shopping is proof of the complete lack of class evident in the staff members of this store. Shop elsewhere, you can find the same pointless tat online.

Customer services does nothing for you. Every item I've bought is faulty. And delivery is dia . Says Thurs arriving .I'm still waiting Saturday. I rang and nothing get done. Delivery company is rubbish give you time slot and don't turn up 😡. No more ordering from the range.

I recently purchased LED lights for my balcony and some minor items all delivered well except for dresses I purchased from you that came from Jaoyeh.com they are scammers I paid for 3 but got 2 dreadful the items I received are fit for the bin, not even charity ! Why are you selling these and why do you refuse to accept responsibility (under the Consumer Act) for them, you are responsible for everything you sell. Your customers are pay the price.. it's not fair and it's not right. I shopped with you before but never again shame on you ....

Useless! Ordered an item for a confirmation email, they said delivery in 8 days……7 days later got an email to say the item had been dispatched waited another 7 days. Called twice. The first time I was told it was stuck in the warehouse the second time They told me it had been sent back due to damage! Never even received the item, offered me a refund on the p&p. Anyway, after asking for a refund I got one (was told it would take 3-5 working days) Never ever again I will order from the range.

This is a disgusting company who have ignored consumer rights and their own terms and conditions and I will be taking them to small claims court for my costs. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE RANGE!! the item cosy £100 and with an annual turnover of millions I have been emailing for months to resolve this, take your business elsewhere.

Ordered and paid for 2 recliners but only one was delivered. Arrow XL informed me that one had been cancelled by The Range?? After over an hour I finally got through to Customer Care and was informed that the item was damaged, I was then put on hold which lasted ages and i finally hung up. God knows how much my mobile bill will be! I went to the local store but they said as I'd ordered this myself they couldn't get involved. Their own customer care team wouldn't even discuss the problem with them. I've had to send an email asking for an explanation, at no time did The Range contact me about this. I've paid nearly £400 for these recliners and if I decide to return this item I'll have to pay for that too. Terrible service.

people, please don't buy anything from this company! They will not deliver the goods to you! customer service will not help! and they won't refund your money either! don't be stupid there are many other companies that are definitely more reliable

Tried to hire a rug doctor, but i mistakenly put my mums address down because that's where i was going to use it there. But staff said because the address didn't match my address on my licence, they literally threw me out of the shop. I tried to tell them it was just a genuine mistake. Manager came out and forced me to leave the store while shouting at me. I asked her to calm down and she said i was making a scene. This happened on Thursday 29th June at Aintree store, Liverpool..

I recommend you shop elsewhere I ordered and paid in store for 2 balcony sets on 17th June I did not receive any receipt or confirmation text / email, nor did I receive any order number On 25th June I had to go to the store and was given a tracking number and Head Office number. I called Head Office on Monday and told my items woiuld be delivered on Wednesday 28th June . I had to book a days leave from work at short notice , my employers were not happy. I waited for the delivery and phoned the courier only to be told the item was being delivered on Thursday I explained my problem and they said they couldn't change it. I phoned The Range customer services and said because of very poor customer service I wanted to cancel my order. I was told this would be done and I would receive a full refund one they receievd the items back from the courier. I asked how long that would be and was told he'd contact the courier and ask for the items to be returned to them. Today I got a call In Work saying the courier was outside my house trying to deliver the items . I called customer services waited in a queue and got cut off when I gave in my name I called again and asked to speak to a manager I was told the manager does not speak to customers I explained my issue and have now been on hold for 20 minutes. This was during my half hour lunch break . I would never recommend using the range their customer service is at best abysmal

Worst customer service I have ever received! Lost over 6 hours on several calls to customer service 'helpline' which ironically offers no help at all. Several emails sent with no responses and now filed a complaint...yet again no reply. They now owe me over £700 in refunds for 3 returned orders (returned due to damaged/missing/poor quality parts) 1 order was not even delivered as I cancelled it prior and they still owe me refund for this from 3 weeks ago. This whole debacle has gone on for several weeks with nothing resolved. Never shop there again and advise you to avoid at all costs, they sell rubbish quality items and the service is absolutely appalling.

Worst Customer Service ever. We are trying to send back two garden chairs that were mismatched and damaged. The Company fob you off with another number to call that can take ages to get through. Then you have to send pictures of the item to an email address and wait for a response. When nothing is received back you call them again and wait your turn. When you do get through they say they have received no email and can't do anything else.... you just go round in circles. NEVER BUY FROM THESE jokers. Absolute pits of Customer Service.

Oh ive written to The Range owner, guess what no reply. 3 seater Ledbury avoid buying it like the plague, paid £699at xmas, nothing like the sample one in store, its hard, no head support, already mis shaping on the arms.(im the only one that sits on it. Back support not that good. Hard as nails keep your money.

Item purchased st Southampton Bursledon store on 1/6/23 for £259.94 inc delivery. Said delivery promised within 3 days. Now 3.5 weeks further on and nothing. Many calls to the store and customer services. Lots of promises of actoon but again nothing. Wont refund either. A retailer of the worst kind!

Absolutely atrocious delivery service, ordered £70 ceiling light on 10th now 24th & still no show. Have been provided with a tracking number but when you click on it takes you to a blank page, contacted customer no care & they couldn't help. Defo won't be buying from them again....meh!.

Whilst shopping in the store, I overheard a manager speaking to their member of staff in a rude manner whilst on the shop floor and in-front of customers which I found to very unprofessional, I asked the manager a question with regards a piece of garden furniture I was interested in purchasing, only to be spoken down to. I found this person to be rude and very unhelpful they weren’t interested in any questions I was asking, not sure if it was because they didn’t know the answers or if they just couldn’t be bothered. I then proceeded to go down stairs and look around the rest of the store, hoping the staff would improve. I walked around the gallery section and onto Iceland which I found to be well stocked after asking a member of staff for a product which I needed, I found such a difference in the help I received. They went out of their way to help me in locating the product and offering to get me a trolley for a number of things I wanted, they asked if I would like any more assistance. I thanked them for their help and proceeded to the checkouts. Where I was waiting and waiting to be served, calls for till staff were announced but no-one came, when I finally got to the till. There was no apology for waiting, when I asked why no one came to the call To the tills, I was told “We have no staff”. The only pleasure I received in my whole experience in visiting the store, was on the Iceland Department. I felt very disappointed in the lack of service provided in store, staff looked miserable and there was no interaction from staff on the tills, but yet there was such a marked difference on the Iceland department, with more helpful staff.

I have had a terrible time trading with them online. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and I am £180 out of pocket as a result. Furthermore, their reviews on site or not customer reviews and they have never published mine and then they don't even allow you formally complain. I am actually now looking into legal options as I feel so strongly that they are trading illegally.
