Customers service absolutely appalling after 10 days of asking for a date for after failing to deliver on the date they choosed or a refund our bed and ottoman turns up on a rainy sat night out of the blue with one person and my 64 year old husband is expected to help unload from the van it's in with the one person driving the van . No way should someone be delivering good of that weight by themselves. Shambles! Only thing they was good at was placing the order and taking your money. Head office got no authority to give refund apparently can only push buttons and put you back to customers service whom also wont help or even answer you can only give people the run around .

I would give them zero stars if it were an option but it isn't. Appalling customer services. Placed an order and paid £9.95 delivery fee for a 3 day delivery slot. Over a week later, no delivery, no refund, no customer services can help me. On hold at this present time for one hour and 2 minutes so far. Started off at caller number 32 - now caller number 16. How can they continue to accept orders but not fulfil them and refuse to offer any assistance and make it so difficult to obtain a refund. This is my second bad experience. Should have learned my lesson first time

Probably the worst ever customer service. 3 day delivery promised on website....... still waiting after 2 weeks. Spent 50 mins on hold and then speaking to various departments to find out whats going on. in the end the Customer Service Assistant just gave up and said, "sorry there nothing we can do" and that was it. When asked to speak to a Manager was told, "sorry they wont speak to Customers!" Oh well, lessons learned, customers vote with their feet, so that will be last order ever with The Range.

Ordered a garden bench plus delivery and received a delivery date. It did not arrive. Chased up Customer Services. About a fortnight after the due delivery date Range says out of stock YET our local Chichester branch has them. Have asked them to deliver or will issue proceedings

ordered a cantilever parasol which was not complete when it arrived. Now cannot get in touch with anyone, stores are useless and you will be about 58th in line when you ring. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Worst customer service ever. 48th person in queue. Received only 1 item of a 2 item purchase. 2 weeks of email and still haven’t received my missing item but they have taken my money. I will never buy anything from them again

My dog biscuits were displayed at £8.99..on shelf..took it to till it was more than displayed..They refused to let me have it at price that was displayed on shelf..Disgusted With Range..Cheltenham..

Received a sideboard with broken glass shelves. The Range arranged and delivered replacements within 7 days. Excellent after sales service.

Delivery didn't turn up when due- online tracking had said processing for over a week-spoke to customer services after 30 mins on hold to be told all payments had gone through the item was in stock and the order was processing and to call back in a few hours! Insisted on speaking to someone who could actually help me or make a decision and was put on hold-for 15 minutes.Dire service do not buy anything online from The Range- a 1.4 overall satisfaction rating from over 1600 customers says it all!!!

seriously if l could give it no stars l would the range online trusted retailers is something else seriously l ordered a item which took a while to come wasn't anything like the original pictures online no delivery note or return label in the parcel so therefore l didn't know exactly how to return thinking l could just return it through their stores how wrong was l unfortunately they don't accept any purchases bought through their trusted retailers so therefore you have to call their unprofessional customers services etc seriously they're rubbish and very rude with very broken English put the phone down on you also emailed them as well which is like a automated response they're thieving b@#£!!#%^ wish l looked at the reviews beforehand but trusted this rubbish company l will be getting in touch with trading standards if my issue isn't resolved

Ordered a GFW side opening ottoman bed. Order was quick and easy and the bed was received in good time. However, the item is not fit for purpose. I bought this bed, as it said it had a lining at the bottom, but the flimsy lining that should have been attached by velcro to the bed was totally out of line and could not be attached. If we could have attached it, I can't see how it would have carried any weight. As the bed was needed that night, we decided to tolerate this. However, upon full assembly, we realised the corner plates inside the bed were out of place and were not supporting the top of the bed. We were forced to use the bed, but I complained to The Range and explained that we would have to correct the corner plates and add a sturdy base. They said did we want to return it? Obviously we couldn't as it was now assembled. After over 2 weeks, still no resolution from the Range. Very disappointed and will not be buying anything from them again.

Shame you can't leave minus stars on here - horrendous company, users XDP or whatever they've called these days for delivery and basically they might as well be a fish and chip company, because delivering stuff certainly isn't what they do - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

bought a flat pack coffee table here its the worst thing i have bought in flat pack the instructions are terrible really not clear fits together terrible and it cost me £90 never never again .

Ordered an item that arrived damaged. It was damaged so badly it cut my husbands hand when he took it out of the packaging. The range customer services have been terrible and just closed the ticket without the situation being resolved. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered a bed online from the range on 27th February 2023 and paid £20 for delivery to be within 5 days. Instantly after submitting the order I received an email to state that the bed I ordered would take longer to be despatched due to unprecedented demand, however I stuck with it as we really needed a bed desperately. After some time we got an email to say it was out for delivery and that was all just another nightmare!! It stated you get a call from the driver 30 minutes before they arrive at your property however I got a call 5 minutes before. I explained to the driver that I was 5 minutes from home and he agreed to wait however when I got home I got a call from the call centre to say he had left as he couldn’t wait?? By this point I was fuming enough but they said I could rebook. The next delivery date was over a week later but I decided to stick by it and wait for this bed. Over a week later on the day of delivery I then get a text to say that the bed is damaged and is being sent back to the warehouse and the range would take it from here. As you can imagine I was fuming at this point so emailed the range to cancel my order and refund me. I spoke to a man who said they would get my order cancelled straight away and my refund would be with me in 5-7 working days. On the 6th working day I checked my bank, still no refund so I emailed the range again to make sure this had been processed. The next lady I spoke to advised me that my order has in fact not been cancelled and my refund was not issued originally however she reassured me she would get it done and I will have my refund in 3-5 working days. So forward on to 23rd March 2023, I’ve so far waiting just under 1 month and had nothing g but stress! I would absolutely not be ordering online from the range ever again.

I bought 2 tins of paint from The Range at Crown Point North 18 days ago, as my husband has hurt his shoulder , he now can't decorate, we are getting a decorator in instead, who will supply the paint, so we took the paint back today with receipt, paint unopened and unused, but sales assistant and manager wouldn't refund or issue an exchange as they said the company policy has changed, to a 14 day return instead of 28. They wouldn't even consider it, even though I explained that my daughter had had the receipt from when she came shopping with me, and that she lives in Wales, and I only got the receipt off her this weekend, so myself and husband will not be shopping there again. And we have shopped there quite alot, so cystom lost! And there is a saying that one bad shopping experience lets at least 10 other people know about it . Very true!!

ONLINE service is SHOCKINGLY BAD customer service are rubbish . DO NOT order ONLINE . Delivery driver are allowed to leave outside if you live in a flat. Forged signatures are acceptable as proof of delivery and items are RETURNed at YOUR cost .. BEWARE customer services is Soooo BAD.
