Absolutely shocking customer services. I've been chasing a refund for weeks over a faulty item that was delivered. I'm still chasing and can't speak to anyone of authority. I will never order anything from them again and would definitely not be recommending them to anyone.

It’s worse a customer service. Don’t buy from Range plus they’re even worse. They’ve delivered wrong items and I had to chase them for collection for weeks !!! They gave me a date for collection waited all day nobody came I had to chase them again they came the following day without any notification. Now they collected my items 2 weeks ago still waiting for refund so stressful never even buy from Range .

I see all the bad feedback and am not surprised. Having been a supplier i was familiar with head office The daughter of the owner (chris dawson) could often be heard to say "I dont give a sh*t" The owner himself onlycared about the profit. A very rude man. Also an unethical company. Often copying others designs. And dont even ask about labour in China

Awful customer service. Ordered an item that turns out is from the range plus, tried to cancel the order but this didn't happen so refused delivery as advised. A week later and I have heard nothing back. Phoned the range up to ask for an update to grt no help what so ever. So now I am just sat around waiting for my £90 refund with no clue what is happening. Will not be buying from the range online again that's for sure. Also other item I ordered the quality is not that great.

Went in the shop and bought 9 items. While I have added them in the baket I calculated the amount I would need to pay. The total amount would've been at around 35£. When it came to payment ...the cashier told me 58.98£ . I was stunned. Took all items out of the bag and went one by one. At the shelf were priced completely different (e.g. L'Oréal shampoo was on offer at 1.49£ at the till 2.99£). I said alright...human error, they must've missed updating. Light bulbs...at the shelf 1.29£ at the till 2.29£. Then checked all items and every single item was priced different at the shelf than at the till. It was frustrating and the girl at the check out said something about 24hr policy to ammend prices, etc. I was wondering, why shall I pay for their mistake ?! Well, if there is any mistake. Is that a modern scam way to rip people off?. I can not count how many times I have been in this shop and never checked the receipts. Isn't there any authority to look up these incidents?!

We had a very helpful young man help us in the Garden centre as we wanted to buy 7 fence post which had a price on of £9.99 which your staff confirmed. He went and got a trolley to put them on and gave us the barcode off one if the fence posts so we could go to customer service to pay for them. When we got to customer service we where met with the most ignorant person who had obviously not the first idea about customer service as he walked away twice and said nothing to us. When we finally came back he didn't apologise looked at us and then started a conversation with his colleague, one had finished he decided to serve us!! No sorry to keep you waiting or anything, then to make things worse he put the fence posts through along with a few other items we had purchased and the bill came to way more than expected. It seemed the fence posts that the Range were advertising at £9.99 had gone through the till at £17.99!!!! All he said was do you still want them because we have 24hrs to change the price you saw to the correct price. My husband asked to speak to the manager but he refused. Probably the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced and obviously we left all the items and walked out and I can assure we won't be shopping at the Range in the future!! Its no wonder your reviews are poor if you employ people like that to deal with your customers!!@@@

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the Range; we bought a Dancing Christmas moose from the Range that was delivered today. It came with no plug and glue marks on it, the Range have no more in stock and the customer assistant on the phone was no help, they won't send us a plug even though they have lots of adapters in store that they can send, they won't give us a small partial refund to buy one, they can't send us a replacement and the managers don't take calls. What a way to treat your customers

Disgustingly bad customer service at The Range Derriford in Plymouth. I n material, I was told to wait by the cutting table. Waited for 10 minutes. Nobody came. Went back to the checkout to ask if anyone was coming. After a further 10 minutes was told that nobody was available! Nobody was even vaguely apologetic! Just couldn't care less!

Terrible after sale service. Ordered items on line was advised the delivery dare. When these did not arrive telephoned the customer service. Very indifferent somewhat rude adviser told me the items were supposed to be dispatched but were not and I have to call them again to get updates. I asked if I would get notified and was told not by range. Had a cert frustrating conversation and got nowhere! Never again use this retailer 😡

Online order; Garden storage unit arrived damaged in July. Contacted customer services via their online form ( no one answered the phone) response promised within 4 days. 2 weeks later I sent a follow email as heard nothing. Beginning of September I emailed again, this time I had a reply asking me if I’d received my goods and assuring me I was a priority. I replied outlining the situation. 4th October had an email telling me a new part was being dispatched that week. It was and arrived damaged. Emailed again and received a cut and pasted email from their supplier saying another part would be sent. I’ve now got a collection of parts for a garden storage unit that are propped up in my garden. I wrote saying that this wax escalating to a complaint but have had no response what so ever.

Very rude staff.... Girl said to stand where I was to pay cash and waited in the line to be told it was card only .... And when I did get sent over to another till the girl was rude .... And when we asked where the candles where that girl was rude to ..... Like no need for it .... I'll not be back in it ..... George

Bought a sofa bed in May,had less than 5 months & has a spring come through & a hole underneath never been slept on ,only sat on , contacted numerous times through email to no avail , think this is ridiculous after such a short time .hoping to hear back from them .

WARNING DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE OR BIG ITEMS FOR DELIVERY. There is absolutely no way that these 5 star reviews are real! Their customer service at head office is disgusting. I have no problem with the floor staff in the shop, but their head office is something else. To start they did not warn me during delivery of my sofa that it would come in a giant box, which could not go up the stairs of my flats. The drivers refused to carry it up outside of the box, so I had to carry it myself up with a relative at short notice and I have arthritis and joint problems. The next problem was one of the cushions was totally wrong, it was for a different sofa. I then had them trying to fob me off with a gift card, as they refused to take the sofa back unless it was in a giant box which no one has to hand. They also said they do not send replacement cushions out, so I would have been stuck with a ridiculous mismatched sofa. I had to print a letter and send by recorded delivery as proof of my complaint. Then in the meantime I got onto the original shop and asked them to swap the cushion on the display for my one. They said no at first then I eventually got a call from the supervisor agreeing. So off my own back I resolved this. But I was put through a LOT of stress and inconvenience with this, I have depression, anxiety and autism on top of my joint problems and arthritis. They tried to then fob me off with a £15 gift card as a ‘gesture of good will’ despite me spending nearly all that on the letter postage, bus trips and long phone calls. They then said it was ‘my choice’ to send the letter and have ignored me since. Totally disgusting and discriminatory behaviour. Shame on you! These 1 star reviews from people are definitely real. Never buying anything from here again.

Never order from this lot ist time I ordered online my mirror arrived damaged sent an email with a photo zero response after a lot of calls emails messages I’m still sitting with my damaged mirror when I checked there reviews I was shocked wish I had done that. before I ordered put a review on Trustpilot someone called Judy gives the same response so nothing happening this mob should be reported to Trading Standards taking money supplying damaged goods then not refunding your hard earned cash so be warned people order number W14866809 22/9/2021

I purchased an over door mirror for my daughter and it arrived all smashed and it smelt of smoke. I have sent 4 emails now and no reply apart from my case 350944 has been updated. I have tried calling and emailing but no reply and I need to return the item but need a returns reference

Horrible costumers service in every store and online they doesn't give you chance to call them and ask for any problem we have during deliveries. I bought it. Sofabed chair in 10 September and yet nothing, they stolen costumers money and rhey don't care to respond to us. I will see then in court very soon...

Visited store in Stoke Gifford, Bristol during my lunch break. Picked up a few items, including frozen goods. Went to checkouts to find they were not manned. Asked a group of staff nearby who were chatting amongst themselves if there was someone who could go on the tills. They just said 'oh, she was there just now' and a couple of them wandered off saying they would look for her (they didn't). Why didn't they just jump on the till themselves?? After a couple more minutes, with my lunchbreak ebbing away and a queue forming behind me, I gave up, dumped my basket of goods and left, as they obviously weren't interested in taking my money. Also not impressed to regularly see a group of staff around the corner of the store chatting and smoking. It's a shame, as the goods in the store are quite good, but their customer service is appalling!

Unhelpful customer service assistant today wouldn’t serve me even though there was only one till open. Put my items back because of the poor customer service. Store in a complete mess moved all the craft stuff upstairs so couldn’t find half of it. Why mix Xmas stuff downstairs and upstairs ??? Got so angry had to leave the store.

Since May to today there's been zero customer care. No email acknowledgement. Nearly an hour for them to answer the phone only to be answered by someone who had no power to do anything. They still taking money from me through Klarna so they have basically stolen £480 from me!! I ordered some garden furniture in May and on the same day I realised it was too big for my garden so I wanted to change my order to actually a larger value. I immediately tried to call them and waited 45 mins only to be answered by basically, a telephonist. She told me I had to call the supplier myself as they had now received my order. At this point I had lost faith in the company so I wanted to cancel my order. I have called them, emailed and sent company site 'contact us' messages and with no response, nothing, zero. I have now asked Klarna to put a hold on the charge with them. They have said they legally can do little as my dispute is with The Range. I will now visit a shop. What do you bet the manager will say this is an online matter!!! I think I need a solicitor!!!
