Bought a rattan furniture set that is defective in so many ways it cannot be sat on. Screw holes filled with metal and staples, actual rattan peeling away, cushion covers also with threads unravelling. This was from a 'trusted' partner so the range refused to help with return and refund. I was offered a £35 refund on an unusable and defective item that cost £220. I contacted the range in the hope they would help. The response I received was that this was an acceptable resolution from the third party and that they would be closing the ticket. I'll be avoiding both the range and any the trusted partner from now on. Customer service at its worst.

Awful experience for online shopping with the RAnge, never go for it again, cos the CS took you 45mins to get through but then would hung u up rudely by saying sorry , u just sent email for this case, I cannot help Never touch those "Supplier Plus" deal , cos both companies would push to each other and never able to arrange the collection of broken pc, today the CS from the Range even told me that the dont have Vivense's phone number, Vivense wont accept calling, they wont pick up, But I already called Vivense by myself few times in person by their official web shown phone contact. If they never come to pick up, you never able to be refund, I have spent 1 whole week to struggle between The Range, The Vivense and DHL, sine 4th Aug still 0 progress

If I could give no stars I would two parcels were apparently left in my garden after I specifically asked for them to be left at a neighbours who was home and they weren’t there won’t refund me the money and couldn’t care less

Purchased a sofa bed online via my debit card to put in a spare room in my house for when nieces and nephews come to stay over during assembling I noticed the quality was extremely poor but I thought as It wont be used much it will last but as children have been sitting on it and sleeping on it the product is so tacky the sofa bed frame snapped (made from cheap wooden beams) as children where sleeping on it! The feel into the base and could have seriously hurt themselves as product was under warranty, I tried calling customer service for 3 days no answer got fed up and emailed customer services on FB and email, FB responded after 3 days, and my email was responded to after 2 days. Unfortunately, sofa bed is not replaceable as it’s no longer available so they would refund me in full within 3 – 5 days. Now 11 days have passed, and I don’t have a refund they have told me its my banks fault! I checked with the bank they have nothing pending. I asked them for 3 days straight to tell me what’s going on again they blamed my bank eventually they told me to call customer services I had been trying for 4 days no answer again. So I decided that I have enough I reached out for help via linkedin premium messages to the CFO, COO and CEO. COO and CEO have not responded the CFO reached out and told me he would have some one contact me immediately no one has! I then got an email from customer services telling me there refund system is not working hence the refund was not processed? Yet they have been telling me no I am in the wrong and it’s a bank issue? She now told me They will do a bank transfer that will take 14 days to process. This is ridiculous that 1 month to wait for a refund BACS transfer are processed within 1 hour. Now the CFO has stopped responding also. It’s a joke company should never buy from such cowboys management and leadership is a joke. I am now filing a claim with MCOL and will collect interest and legal fees. AVOID at all costs.

no one replies to your email, on the phone listening to some dreadful music, item arrived broken, what am i supposed to do, maybe get in contact with trading standards as this is a joke. Never again will i order anything from this tin pot rated company who wouldn't understand customer service if it bit them on the a**

If i could give no stars i definitely would, rude shop assistant named lee on garden section, lost a sale because he couldn't take the time to be civil or in any way shape or form helpful, do they get any customer service training obviously not willenhall range

Discusting service the don't let you return they just ignore your emails, my item came damaged and you carnt return it till they say you can but no one gets back to u, I wrote a review on trust pilot the replied sent me and wmail and when I have replied they have blanked my email again if I could ad return everything Ave got off them, don't get caught out looks like they do it all the time to people

Iurchased a house plant ,after a week it looked very sad .i returned to the store asked if anybody could advise if I was doing anything wrong only to be told nobody employed there was experienced in plant care .i visited Notcutts where an experienced plant specialist advised me that I was doing nothing wrong so I continued as I was. 6 weeks later I gave up all hope as th3 plant was all but dead .when I returned to the store in Norwich I was told the 30 day money back or replacem3n5 deadlin3 had been passed and if I wasn’t happy to get in touch with head offiice.After making lots of attempts to contact head office by phone and emails I am giving up as nobody picks up the phone or also don’t accept th3 Norwich site address or name as a recognised store.Im totally disgusted after spending £40 on a house plant to find there is no guarantee of longer than 30 days as all other garden centres give 1 year or more even Tesco’s give that on their house plants in addition its impossible to contact anybody for recompense other than the Store Manager who’s ambition it seems is to make maximum profits for his or her Store.

Nightmare !!! DO NOT deal with for anything above £20. Faulty patio furniture, paid cash for, complained to shop, told to contact HQ. Numerous unanswered calls & emails. Took 2 months stress to get refund. PLEASE...thoroughly check reviews.

Damaged item delivered The Range just dont want to know the customer service is absolutely appalling after spending hours on a phone trying to get through to get the item collected and a refund issued is impossible. Don't they know consumer rights??

Customer service appears to be unmanned, 4 individual advisors dealt with over 4 weeks and still no order completion from May 2022.

Seen a water feature in store the display price was £199 instead of the usual price of £399 so we got one on a trolley and headed to the tills only to be told its £399 , the guy from the gardening section went and got the display stating the price so the cashier called for the manager, he told us the offer had ended the day before and the display should of been took down , fare enough I thought and left we checked online and the offer was still there so I returned to the store the cashier and manager were not interested at all its online that's different to the store at that point I walked out , and after reading these reviews thank god I did , they are a absolute joke

False advertising. Went to buy a water foundation as advertised and priced. At the check out the price they advertised was incorrect and apparently the sale had finished this morning!!!! From the advertised price of £247, at checkout they wanted £399. We are throughly disappointed as we have saved out money for a while to buy this product.

Horrible customer service - complete lack of online order customer service. An item I ordered was never delivered (all the other items were delivered) - this was over 2 weeks ago. I have emailed twice to see if the item is still coming or if I should expect a refund. No one ever responded, and now I am on the phone on hold for 30 minutes when at the start I was given an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. I will never order online from The Range again after this experience.

Its very clear that your attempt at becoming an on line retailer has failed, you have no infrastructure in place to deal with your paying customers. You have no way of dealing with the multiple complaints your so called customer service team are trying and failing to deal with. I doubt very much if Mr Dawson( CEO) reads any of these reviews from HIS paying public, if he does then he clearly does not care, perhaps he is too busy counting his 2.05 Billion? My £400 order may not be important to Mr Dawson, it is however very important to me, hence the reason I paid YOU good money and in return expected YOU to provide the service your company promotes. Would I ever buy from the Range again? NEVER, but I am sure the CEO will not care as he adds the 60 Million he made last year to his fortune and laughs at the unfortunate people that trusted HIM to provide a service and FAILED.

Would give zero stars. Worst customer service ever. You could start by just answering emails to customers and then maybe progress and learn how to deal *quickly* and efficiently with complaints. Instead of just conveniently ignoring. Shocking !

Absolutely disgusting customer service from The Range Good luck trying to get through to them. If you can get through they say they will chase the order up and get back to you, but they LIE. Also they don't make their email address easy to find. They obvously don't want customers contacting them. If ever a company deserves to go out of business its this one. Avoid ordering from them at all costs. I spent over £300 on garden furniture. This was a month ago and I still haven't received it. I am a hair breadth of taking them to court. Might even go to the papers as well . They use the pandemic as an excuse for late deliveries and shocking service.

After a long wait I received the item in another colour to what I asked for. Also does not match up to what I wanted. I am now trying for a refund as customer service is very unhelpful. I cannot believe the barriers they have put up. I'm sure they are trying avoid refunding me and make me give up. Never will I order on line with The Range and instead visit the store. I
