I purchased two products and within 5 hours, I received an email letting me know that the product I was purchasing ran on European standard current and I would need a converter. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order and they had that completed within 5 minutes of me letting them know. Their customer service is exceptional. For them to let me know that the current was different than the US instead of just “making a sale” says a lot!! I hope I can order from them soon!

I ordered the Harley Benton 2x12 vintage vertical speaker cabinet and I’m truly blown away of how nice it sounds but I was even more impressed how fast it shipped to my house in the United States. It took only two days and it came packaged in pristine condition I will definitely get another one to run stereo in the near future. If you’re looking for cab that sounds as good if not better than a $1000 one, look no further and get the Harley Benton vertical 2x12 and you can thank me later.

Very happy about my last order - i usually order my electric guitars whilst on vacation in France but this year 2023 was unable to travel and so i have decided to order directly from my residence - order left Germany on 25 October and i cleared my order from Customs authorities after 26 days ( weekend inclusive ) A perfect customer service and all items received in perfect condition as the packing was superbly done thus protecting all items during shipping - MANY THANKS THOMANN - KEEP IT UP - BIG CHEERS

The folks at Thomann are amazing (Julia Hofer is a queen!) Your customer service and communication are fantastic! I love the 1st Harley Benton TE80 guitar I bought so I just order the BM75. Regarding the TE80, it was massively heavy. I had a luthier route over a pound out of the back to make it lighter. It has an amazing neck. I also got the leopard pickguard and the Kinman pickups that Prince used. I play it all the time!

The customer service at Thomann is second to none. Rapid implementation of real solutions for issues of any kind is their standard. I have rarely had issues with any product, but the one time out of many orders that something was not right, Thomann customer service jumped into action immediately and resolved the issue in no time. I am in Portland, Maine, far from Germany. Their customer service outperforms most companies I've ordered from, anywhere in the world. Because of their customer service, I'm a customer for life.

Bought for more than DKK 12000 Couldn't return a batterhead! Have bought for more than 1700 EURO in the past 12 months and yes, there are probably people who buy for more, but I would call myself a good customer. And it also went well as long as I ordered and I paid. But when I bought heads for my entire drumset (one of them)and had to spend some time getting it tuned optimally, the problem arose. I don't like an Evans head and unfortunately bought 2, so I would like to return one (brand new and still in the package) and exchange it for another. But I can't. At first they misunderstood that I want to return a used head, but even when I told them, that I just wanted to exchange it to another, the answer was no! The skin was received by me in Denmark approx. July 1st and I wanted to return it October 21st. How sad - too bad! That was too late! Disappointing customer treatment of a good customer, I think, and now Thomann have saved the job of having to exchange a head, but received a bad review instead. Because, in my view, this is extremely bad and extremely poor customer service. (And despite many emails back and forth, they are not moving an inch. Therefore we are now at the beginning of November, and I'm about to cancel my latest order, and clearing my basket for the monitors for my home studio.)

Excellent customer service, quick delivery, & I LOVE the SHELL PINK (sort of pastel pink) Harley Benton JA-60CC guitar I bought. Sounds & LOOKS GREAT! Wish I could add a picture here showing the cool swirly pink, blue & white guitar strap I put with it as well as a pink coiled guitar cord I put with it. Both the strap & cord accentuate the pastel "pinkness" of the guitar. But I don't see any place to upload a picture here.

I have been looking for a Gotoh GB640-4-L-N tuner set for a while - out of stock everywhere in the US currently (10-31-2023) Thomann came to the rescue with FANTASTIC customer service I was hesitant to order overseas (US here), but Dina at Thomann went above and beyond to help me set up my user account and address Good pricing offsets the cost of overseas shipping! I will do more business with Thomann!

I purchased a flute from them. I was a beginner and have a Nickel allergy. Because of my allergy I had to purchase a step-up flute that had a solid silver lip plate and silver plated head and body, which can get pricey. They had the best price I could find. I ordered from the USA and even though it was international shipping it made it to me really quickly and was in perfect condition. The staff was really great to work with and helped me out with everything I needed. I absolutely love the flute I got. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very bad service and attitude from customer service people. They even lied about delivery time informing me in what’s app messages that my order was shipped and two days after I received sms informing me that the order is shipped on that day

I received my order yesterday , i cant believe it came in only 3 days , box didnt have a scratch on it , guitar was flawless , never saw a guitar packed this well before , HB Goldtop 450 , upper fret access is very good , without a doubt quality was built into this instrument , lighter strings , polished frets , strap locks , full set up , plays like butter , sounds incredible , will be giging this guitar shortly , thanks alot , thomann

I have bought 2 guitars from Thomann now and I cannot express how happy I am with my experience. This last time there was an issue where I got charged for the same guitar twice and all it took was a phone call and an E-mail and the issue was resolved. I actually look forward to my next purchase with them not just because of the product but the price and customer service as well.

Compré una guitarra mi primera guitarra echa para tocar metal duro metal y he descubierto que puntear con ella es una delicia con un pedal Benton saco punteos largos celestiales luego he seguido comprando u nunca me habéis defraudado. siempre llega todo muy bien en su tiempo. . Cuando os pido me despreocupo y todos sabemos que los trasportes pueden surgir problemas, pero yo digamos tengo suerte. Creo también que trabajáis bien hay está la suerte. Siempre confio en vuestros consejos pedales guitarras amplis siempre antes de comprar os escribo os digo mi gasto disponible. lo que busco, y me aconsejáis siempre me leéis la mente desdeluego dais en en clavo. Una cosa a reseñar QUE NO ME GUSTO BUENO QUE NO ME ESPERABA ES la primera guitarra que compré fueron mil euros y creía que vendría en una funda semi rígida. Pero suena tan bien está tan bien que me da igua. La verdad Está espero pase lo mismo al final todo lo que buscas es eso que suene y esta es para batallar tunear y buscar pastillas etc espero poco a poco pediros lo mejor y quedar satisfecho como siempre. No hay nada como querer algo preguntar a un experto den a la primera lo que buscas y den en el clavo. Un 10 en servicio y siempre se mete la pata . Ni la más gran y buena empresa es perfecta . Las malas exoerie cías tienen que existir desgraciadamente si no seriasis extraterrestres espero con migo lo seáis como hasta ahora. ,😁
