Very bad service and attitude from customer service people. They even lied about delivery time informing me in what’s app messages that my order was shipped and two days after I received sms informing me that the order is shipped on that day

I received my order yesterday , i cant believe it came in only 3 days , box didnt have a scratch on it , guitar was flawless , never saw a guitar packed this well before , HB Goldtop 450 , upper fret access is very good , without a doubt quality was built into this instrument , lighter strings , polished frets , strap locks , full set up , plays like butter , sounds incredible , will be giging this guitar shortly , thanks alot , thomann

I have bought 2 guitars from Thomann now and I cannot express how happy I am with my experience. This last time there was an issue where I got charged for the same guitar twice and all it took was a phone call and an E-mail and the issue was resolved. I actually look forward to my next purchase with them not just because of the product but the price and customer service as well.

Compré una guitarra mi primera guitarra echa para tocar metal duro metal y he descubierto que puntear con ella es una delicia con un pedal Benton saco punteos largos celestiales luego he seguido comprando u nunca me habéis defraudado. siempre llega todo muy bien en su tiempo. . Cuando os pido me despreocupo y todos sabemos que los trasportes pueden surgir problemas, pero yo digamos tengo suerte. Creo también que trabajáis bien hay está la suerte. Siempre confio en vuestros consejos pedales guitarras amplis siempre antes de comprar os escribo os digo mi gasto disponible. lo que busco, y me aconsejáis siempre me leéis la mente desdeluego dais en en clavo. Una cosa a reseñar QUE NO ME GUSTO BUENO QUE NO ME ESPERABA ES la primera guitarra que compré fueron mil euros y creía que vendría en una funda semi rígida. Pero suena tan bien está tan bien que me da igua. La verdad Está espero pase lo mismo al final todo lo que buscas es eso que suene y esta es para batallar tunear y buscar pastillas etc espero poco a poco pediros lo mejor y quedar satisfecho como siempre. No hay nada como querer algo preguntar a un experto den a la primera lo que buscas y den en el clavo. Un 10 en servicio y siempre se mete la pata . Ni la más gran y buena empresa es perfecta . Las malas exoerie cías tienen que existir desgraciadamente si no seriasis extraterrestres espero con migo lo seáis como hasta ahora. ,😁

I could say something about Harley Benton electric guitars since I've bought some for the last few years. Since the company in this very case sells its own product friendly prices aren't what makes me surprised but there is something else that is way more important and that is the fact the company constantly improves the quality of existing models. I'm talking about continuity in changing the specs on those models which makes the guitars look more professional and about the quality of production as well, which is way better now than a few years ago. Still, the prices of such improved models remain the same and I think that's the best part.

I ordered a flight case for my Yamaha MOX6 keyboard. Thomann was very helpful in getting my order in. My flightcase arrived within the seven weeks as promised and fit my keyboard perfectly! Very reasonable price as well. I couldn’t be happier!!

I have been pursuing a specific left handed guitar for several years. I ordered one from Thomann while they were out of stock, and they communicated with me regularly about the status of the order. Finally, my ship came in (and the guitar was back in stock). They let me know immediately and I had it five days later. They could have increased the price but held it firm. it was a pleasure doing business with them, and I have my dream guitar!

To the Musikhaus Thomann Customer Service Team, My replacement HB SC450 Plus LD arrived today, and the UPS deliveryman asked me to open and check (what remained of the outer carton) the guitar inside. I say “what remained” because the outer shipping carton was open on both sides(!), the staples completely ripped out of the cardboard, and there was a huge, gaping slash width-wise midway down the parcel. In short, there was more visible damage to THIS carton than the one previous. I’m afraid I had some choice words for him about UPS (whom we call “OOPS” hier im die Vereinigten Staten). His response was that Thomann ought to pack their stuff better(!). THANKFULLY, the guitar was undamaged, and I got it upstairs and examined every inch of it. Fit and finish: A+! I tuned it with my Snark, then checked the intonation: every string was SPOT ON!!! As the YouTube video says – it has “sustain for days”! No dead, buzzing notes, the switches/pots/coil splitting PERFECT…I will be replacing the tuners with Gotoh 15:1 Keystones, as I did with the SC550 Plus ii DFB I bought from you last month. I expected this, as well as doing a fret polish/lemon oil treatment for the fingerboard. I would like to THANK YOU AND THE THOMANN GUITAR TEAM for exceeding my wildest expectations in sending me this replacement…DANKE, DANKE, vielen Dank an alle!!!

I bought a Hornet 500/1 bass and case online from Thomann online music store at Germany from USA. The price was right, the communication of the transaction, shipping, including customers service in the chat was great from order transaction thru delivery always I knew the status of my order, which is important and more when is an international purchase. The advise on custom was great too. The whole process was smooth, received my package in perfect condition and quick. All involved processing my order were very supportive. Confusion with shipping to Seattle, USA. I wrote them, they responded immediately, solved the problem, and didn't charge me for shipping. Wow! A pleasure to do business with Thomann.
