“My experience with Thrillophilia was terrible. We booked a trip to Assam and Meghalaya through them, but it was a mistake. They're just a booking platform and offer no support once you've paid. Initially, Ms. Aashi Sachdeva assured us she'd take care of everything, but once we paid, she disappeared. The point of contact, Mr. Indraneel Dutta, was unhelpful and blamed us for the hotel issues, even though we chose based on Aashi's recommendation. It took hours to resolve the hotel problem, and we had to involve a local tour manager. They refused to cancel our booking for the next day, forcing us to book another hotel ourselves. We didn't receive a refund for the canceled room and lost around 20k. They promised to follow up but never did. It's been a month without any contact. Dealing with them was a nightmare, and I strongly advise against booking with Thrillophilia. They lack proper customer care and their staff seem inexperienced and untrained.
Also the bus driver misbehaved with us and involved his friends in a fight with us.”

On contacting Aashi she did pik the call once and told she ll get bak and after that she stopped picking up the phone. Mr Indranil told that it is we who have chosen the hotel and v hav to manage before even understanding our situation n problem. On explaining him that the hotel options were send by Aashi her self and v chose on her assurance that this hotel is good we went ahead with the room booking. After 4 hours of struggle they did not resolve the issue n we had to speak to local tour manager rhea who on local company expense got our one room changed. We than ask her for next day cancellation in that hotel and asked them to help us book for hotel in Shillong and for that they told that we cannot change the booking now on telling them that india is free country and that they cannot force us to stay at a place which we are not comfortable they told that v ll have to make the booking on our own which we did eventually. We did not get any refund for the room which we cancelled in Cherrapunji and full amount was deducted. We had three rooms booked so had a loss of around 20 k. That’s not enuf they told once we reach they ll see but it’s been one month i didnot got any call from their side so I think if i had booked on my own or by some local company directly I wud have managed the problem easily but these companies make small issues big and do not solve them also and these point of contact and all the person contacting u are useless low cost non trained employees who do not understand what exactly is customer care. My warning please don’t book from them. I ll give them Big zero for their services.”
“Never book with thrillophilia, they have cheap and rude vendors, and also no after sales support support while booking ull be giving Ur India no, and after coming here u take local no, ask to update Ur no to contact u, they can't even do such a small thing, and ull have to run to see by urself to catch the taxi for the activity. “Very Poor Service experience - Thrillophillia Sets New lows in honesty with Customer Money
A company that has looted the customer's money and refuses to return it even after agreeing that money will be refund for the services not provided by them.
This is a review of our family Singapore trip. As customers, we have been cheated by them despite paying 1.63 lakhs as per timelines given by this company. Had booked their package on 13 Oct 23. At last minute, they refused to give us promised activities that were expensive, despite taking money for those activities. They said that tickets were not available. Surprisingly, when we went to sentosa website, the tickets were available. Finally, I had to buy the tickets second time despite paying money for those activities to Thrillophillia.
Worse is, the refund amount stated by the company is just 20% of the cost. They have refused to share the cost breakdown of activities to customers.
Even worse is that the refund amount has not been given to me even when more than 92 days have passed. My Rs 35,000 are still kept with Thrillophillia with no response from their side, which definitely is cheating their customers.
Their reps stopped picking calls or responding to msgs after the first installment was paid. Till date they are neither responding to any call or msgs, nor are they making any payment. This is their common pattern and is evident in other reviews also.
Folks, their modus operandi is as under:-
They promise cheap tours initially and then cancel at last moment. They also don't refund the amount for services they couldn't provide. The same can be understood from what happened. The REFUND THEY STATE IS EXTREMELY MEAGRE AND THEY TROUBLE THE CUSTOMER BY NOT EVEN PAYING THAT.
My interactions primarily involved Mr. Rishabh, Ms Sonakshi from the sales team and their boss Mr Rishabh Sharma. Before making the payment, they were actively contacting me, but once I booked the trip, their responsiveness suddenly dropped. At last minute, tickets were canceled by them. Desperate to connect with the sales team, I attempted to reach out to all above people, but they blatantly ignored my calls and messages in both group and personal chats, despite being online. Finally, I bought tickets from open market in Singapore at same price which I had paid to Thrillophillia. However, the refund amount of Rs 35,000 is yet to be paid even after 110 days have elapsed.
I will consider further update on the rating and share reviews once the authorised reps from the company choose to respond and refund my money.”
“I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Thrillophilia. I purchased lakhswadeep shore excursion tickets from thrillophilia and they charged three times more of the actual amount and also charged for an infant. Later when we came to know about this and we requested for the refund they didn't even bother to respond, just told that they will check for the price with Cordelia And instead of issuing a refund, they had the audacity to argue. And has asked me to do some ground work prior booking.
I refused to pay more, and then they stopped responding altogether. I sent three emails and even submitted a complaint from their website, but received no response at all. It's clear that Thrillophilia doesn't care about its customers, and is only interested in making a quick buck. Their lack of customer service is beyond AQ to anyone.

My name is Peter, a British Citizen, had a very very bad experience with them; lost lot of money, ( about £1100.00- around 120,000 INR) and one week time; booked a trip with them to Leh/ Ladakh/ Kargil/ Srinagar; I paid them complete amount, so traveled all the way from London to Chandigarh, waiting for their call but no call. Then I called them many times to get the details of the trip and at last got reply that the trip had been cancelled with no reason explained. I believe that they didn’t have enough travellers.
The I requested for refund but by hundreds of watsup messages and email, after two months plus, they refunded the amount I paid. So please please, don’t go with them as they are only agents, making money, sitting in front of computers. The very sad thing is that no one is responsible or responds. “I tried to purchase 2 tickets for the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. However, I received an error indicating payment failure. At the same moment, I received an email stating that my order was pending, and I would receive tickets in 6 (!!!) hours if my payment succeeded, even though I had purchased tickets at 12:30 PM for 1 PM (!!!), meaning that even if my payment went through, I could wait only 30 minutes. Consequently, my husband bought tickets from another source. However, Thrillophilia sent me the tickets 10 minutes later (which we didn't use) and declined any refund, despite confirming a payment glitch. Furthermore, their support provides rather "dry," generic responses written by Chat GPT. On multiple subsequent attempts to visit their website, I encountered various glitches, and sometimes the website wouldn't open at all. I have a suspicion that it might be a cheap, low-quality company.”
“Paid for tickets to Sunway Lagoon water park for my two daughters. After payment they sent an email stating that the tickets will take 6 hours to process. Both phone numbers given on the emails were disconnected. Purchased tickets with another company because we couldn't wait 6 hours. No notification given prior to payment.
