We recently embarked on a Leh Ladakh bike adventure trip organized by Thrillophilia, but unfortunately, the experience was subpar. The management was disorganized, characterized by constant delays and a lack of communication. Poor planning led to a critical oversight: no backup petrol supply, causing significant distress when our bikes ran out of fuel. Furthermore, key itinerary destinations on both the first and last days were missed, adding to the disappointment. The trip was marred by poor organization and management, resulting in unnecessary hardship for all team members. To compound the issues, the tour operator, Geographic Tours, managed by Ziaul Hassan, failed to respond to our concerns. Even the airport pickup and dropoff were late, showcasing a lack of attention to detail. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against recommending Thrillophilia for adventure trips. Hopefully, they will take constructive feedback seriously and improve their services to prevent similar experiences in the future.

You will be in trap if you book through THRILLOPHILIA, unrealistic expectations from them. My name is Vimal Trivedi, Retired Professor and the purpose of writing the review is to share my worst experience of recently Europe tour started on 15th July 2024 which I booked through THRILLOPHILIA travel agency. Please don't book with Thrillophilia, they are just a booking agent and don't even answer to your queries. People are highly unproffessional. If you call them, they don't pick up and drop you a message like 'I am in meeting, call you later' and then silent. no call from them. I happened to go through their description of the tour and I am quite impressed with the unique service they are providing exclusive to the customer of THRILLOPHILIA. Before payments to grab business sales team given in writing false promises like Masala tea, cake at black forest, Third layer of Eiffel Tower (Europe tour buy tickets for second layer), four star hotels (during tour change the hotel far from city) quality of food etc; but realized that you have false promises on the first day till end. Actually they mentioned exclusive services for customer of THRILLOPHILIA but misguiding Information provided to us because the tour was operationalised by Global family in Europe, and they denied on first day what promises given by THRILLOPHILIA for us. Even on 15th July I have to reach Paris but no information about tour manager till 14th July morning from Mr Rishabh Jain +91 92570 46557) from THRILLOPHILIA, unprofessional aporoch. Second point which is more serious and that is even my tour is over on 27th July (almost fifteen days)still I am not gettings invoice/ receipt of my payment with breakup of GST and TCS. Yesterday on August 9th I received answer from Mr Rahul (+91 92570 24479) that "Sir first of all providing the invoice is not a cup of tea it takes time with finance." it's a joke. How can I claimed refund of TCS without proof of payment. After payment they neglected me vary badly. I speak many times and wrote but no reply from them. I would not recommend Thrillophilia because it is an unreliable and untrustworthy operation. Spent little more money and go with Thomas Cook or Tripoly because they are not only book your travel plan but operational level they are with you. I mean guide, tour manager etc exclusive from Thomas cook or Tripoly. First and last experience with THRILLOPHILIA. Vimal Trivedi 9173712391

Do not trust Thrillophilia for your travels. I booked a trip to Turkey with them, and it was a disaster. They promised us 4-star hotels, but gave us terrible rooms instead. When we asked for the 4-star hotels we were promised, they wanted us to pay an extra ₹44,000 each. They didn’t stop there. They also tricked us with the fees. They said we would only pay penalties on the booking amount, but they charged us on the full amount. It’s just wrong. Their customer service was useless. They repeated the same unhelpful things over and over, and even when we tried to get help from their boss, nothing improved. I also saw other travellers complaining about similar things on sites like TripAdvisor. It seems like Thrillophilia does this a lot. I’m really angry about this. Please think twice before booking with them. You might end up feeling cheated like I did.

Really bad experience. Many tickets were wrongly booked by thrillophilia team. Payment taken 10days advance & tickets were issue just 2days before departure.. DONT GIVE MONEY IN ADVANCE…The taxi booked were enormously expensive & really bad experience with the booked drivers there as compared to GRAB services in Singapore.

FAKE tickets are being sent out via this website. I bought Van Gough museum tickets for Euro 59 and was refused entry at the gate.

Bad experience with Thrillophila. For the amount I paid, I expected better service. the sales rep had no knowledge about the places we planned to visit. They only had boiler plate instructions common across any travel I guess. Especially our experience on the most important part of the trip: the house boat was worse. We booked a premium package houseboat for an overnight stay. The houseboat was infested with cockroaches and red ants! The people on the boat were not even proactive in clearing up the ants even though we said we had 5 year old kids with us. The travel agent from Thrillophilia nor the boat guys informed us that there was a morning boat ride as well! until our driver pointed it out. By then it was too late as we were checking out!. We were supposed to get snacks in the evening but was provided none! We clearly informed that we are 8 people on the trip and we were given only 4 towels. Upon a lot of request we got 1 extra!!! There was refrigerator in each of the rooms and was not working. What was supposed to be a highlight of the trip was a disaster. Due to traffic and way-off estimate of the travel tiem from Trivandrum to Allepey we ended up only having a 1 hour boat ride instead of 4 hours. That means the houseboat guys saved 3 hours of fuel on us and we still got the above worse treatment! I am looking for Thrillophilia to refund our houseboat expenses because of the kind of experience we had!

The very worst. I have proof of them buying fake reviews. The service is not at all at par with the price charged and there are too many changes. Overall not to be recommended and there are much better service providers out there.

Thrillophila is a third party mediator and they don’t have their own trip coordinators. It was a rubbish experience. One of there employees, Prasoon reached out to me and offered me fake rewards to post good reviews here. Initially I did that but when I realised that the rewards are a fake trap, I’m writing my true review. Don’t use Thrillophila

Me and my spouse recently embarked on a 12-day bike trip to Ladakh with Thrillophilia, expecting an adventure of a lifetime. Despite their good reviews (which we later discovered were bought through contests and free trips), our experience was marred by numerous issues with their services, hospitality, and issue resolution. Key Issues: 1.False Commitments: The group size exceeded the promised limit. We were told that the group would consist of 20-25 pax, but there were 34 participants and 23 bikes, with only one Marshal.(on checking with other passerby group we got to know that they had 2 Marshal with 12 bikes) 2.Accommodation and Itinerary Changes: Last-minute changes were made without prior notice, resulting in inferior stays. The camp mentioned in our itinerary was changed(lying that it had some plumbing issue), and we were not informed until we arrived. 3.No Oxygen Cylinder or Help for Sick Riders: 6 riders fell sick, and no assistance was provided(other than just hot water). Despite knowing that Sarchu is the coldest, no oxygen cylinders were available in the support vehicle or the camps for the first 2 days. Luckily, we had doctors in our group who helped. (Please note our Marshal, ground-team and bikes were changed from day 3) 4.No Backup Arrangements: Riders were denied help despite being promised backup options during booking. A fellow rider was denied assistance despite being down with a 103° fever. This lack of support was alarming and put rider's health at risk. (1 biker did receive backup who was suffering from oxygen issue) 5.Unprofessional Marshal (first 2 days): The Marshal was rude, ill-behaved, and uncooperative. He led the group for the first 2 days, causing chaos and threatening to ruin the trip. His behavior was unacceptable and created a hostile environment. 6.Delayed Departures: Late starts and night travel despite promises to the contrary. We started late almost every day, causing us to reach our destinations late. This disrupted our schedule and caused fatigue. 7.No Preplanning: Hotel check-ins and lunch breaks were disorganized and time-consuming. Check-ins took at least 1.5 hours every day, wasting our valuable time and energy. 8.Departure Issues: Airport drop was delayed by more than an hour, causing stress for some riders. Only one cab was appointed for almost 20 members, resulting in delays and inconvenience. Positives: The second Marshal and his team were helpful and courteous. They assisted riders during water crossings and if around, helped everyone in their best possible way. Conclusion: We strongly advise against choosing Thrillophilia due to their marketing gimmicks, poor services, and unprofessional behavior. Research thoroughly and opt for a reputed travel company instead.

NEVER USE Thrillophilia. had the worst experience with Thrillophilia for my Europe trip. they created 2 PNRs and charged me money on both saying the total will remain the same and will be adjusted in the final payment. just 10 days before my trip when i had to make the final payment they made me pay 20000 extra or my booking would be cancelled. they said they will refund after the trip. but have not refunded the amount even after 1 month. the person incharge Shubham Shukla is not even picking my phone now.

Worst experience, first of all they wont deliver what they promise the customer before making a payment. Then they wont accept that items were missing from the itinerary until you submit watsapp/email/call proofs that the items were indeed promised. After all this, when you will raise support ticket for resolution(since they do not have customer care number available), you will not get the resolution for months and they will keep delaying the refund. Its been 6 months and with 6 support tickets I have still not received my refund which was agreed by them after submitting proofs.

Trip Advisor was not sending quotations even after 24hrs. and the executive never trun back even when i said that this much delay is disappointing. Even Aman ( Trip Advisor) was not much interested in our tour package where i was ready with details and want to fix the package. Too bad experience

We purchased same day tickets to basilica in Barcelona because the official site said they were sold out. The app said the tickets would appear at our specific time and become available. The time came and went and no tickets appeared. They have no customer support contact. We call the number many times and it just disconnects us after selecting from the menu options.

You people are fraud...... U have hired customer service to write reviews..... Initially they ask ₹10000 then ₹22-25000 then ₹92000 and will tell that them money will be credited after the review. I borrowed ₹22k from my friends to complete the task.. but even after that they are asking for ₹92k I have lost ₹10k .... Then ₹22k..... Now they are asking for ₹92k..... These are fake reviews.... That are completed by submitting Lakhs of amount

WARNING/ BUYER BEWARE- Tickets never received. I wish I could tell you how much I loved this experience. However, I never received the tickets. In turn, my wife and I were not able to experience what should have been the highlight of our trip. We bought tickets well in advance to ensure we could see this attraction while in Barcelona. Sadly, we were turned away by the staff at the church since we didn't have the proper QR codes to enter. I tried contacting Thillophila several times via WhatsApp and a support ticket starting 24 hours before our scheduled entry. Sadly, no response or tickets were received in time. This was a terrible experience and it put a major damper on our trip. We will never use Thrillophila again. Hopefully, we'll be able to get our money back...

I bought a ticket with a voucher code for the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. It would not scan for the ticket agent. I had all the info for the ticket purchase, but they required a QR code and it simply was not scanning. The agent said thrillophilia had this problem ALL THE TIME. They said to buy another ticket. I tried customer service several times with no response. So I bought the second ticket. They refused to refund me the purchase price of the first ticket. Beware you might be out your money.

My negative review got deleted on their Facebook review page! With a vdo clip proof/evidence! People Be aware they are frauds. There are reviews only by Yash Khandelwal! He is paid to post positive reviews 🧐 They have blocked me now. People be aware. Just see this Driver traversing the treacherous, unpaved roads of the Himalayas while simultaneously engaging in phone and text use! I have numerous other negative experiences from my trip that I can share , I have already lost both money and planned holidays that I had eagerly anticipated. In an effort to have worry free vacation, I hired a professional travel agency to plan and coordinate my trip, but the results were so bad and lacking in many areas. There was no one present from the company to manage time discipline or ensure that all promised locations were visited according to the itinerary. I consider myself fortunate to have made it home alive. The bikers have had a worst experience than me! The DRIVER will pass time in unwanted locations for washroom use, then scare the passengers- it’s late, dark, roads are narrow in hilly region, not safe- suggests heading back to the hotel 😡. A Marshal is also assigned to give briefings wakes up late each morning to starts late( Did you Guess why? ) . Then again scares all’ not safe it’s late! It’s their strategy? My trip was to Spiti Valley- starting from June 8th to June 17th 2024. READ the biker’s experience: Worst experience till date - we are 6 of us for the trip, right from the Day 1 any of us used to ask Kevin Paul regarding the details or the way of trip, he used to answer sarcastically. - ⁠Even according to the details of the itinerary, he missed our sightseeing spots . When we asked him about the missed spot, he gave us the sarcastic answer that if u want u can go tomorrow by your own which is 2kms off road. Each and every time he used to answer us sarcastically which is not at all professional. - the hotels which were allocated by the trillophillia are changed randomly couple of time. On 14th June while reaching Sisu, we were not aware of the hotel even by 9.30pm of the day even after asking Kevin several times. - The tour protocol shows that there is a doctor available, but we met an accident while reaching Chandratal. At that time forget about the doctor, there was not even first aid kit for me and my husband. The worst thing is even for the name sake of humanity ( the so called tour guide Mr Kevin Paul has not even asked or bothered about it ) extremely worst scenario ever. - Each and every time whenever we used to reach hotel the luggage used to reach after 2 hours or more than that. Till then we used to wait for it. - We were informed that the tour guide Mr Kevin would be with us every time while travelling but in the toughest situation in chandratal where the water crossing was difficult. He escaped that situation and didn’t even bothered about it. As our lives are in danger, we 5 people had to travel via luggage carrier and we reached Sissu by 12 am - ⁠Mr Kevin gave no briefing about anything which was mandatory but gave baseless information which we already knew about it as we were travelling for the first time. - ⁠No proper organisation of the whole trip. - ⁠I would never ever recommend Trillophilia to anyone as it is not An Adventurous, but keeping our lives in danger. CHECK the vdo clips- the driver of our traveler bus- doesn’t even know where he is supposed to to take the bus. If I can save one person from not using this company- my time to write this all is worth. Thanks. Hope it doesn’t get deleted 🙏🏼

This time Thrillophilia just did commissioning job during Europe package. The package was executed very well by Europamundi. Thrillophilia disappointed me to the core. I only had to follow up for my package details. Even for getting invoice towards my package, they r asking me to login in app and raise a ticket. Wat kind of response is that. This time they had be very good to followup with payment only but left loads of doubt in back end followup. am very disappointed with Thrillophilia team. Thrillophilias services are degrading

Thrillophilia & Back in Adventure Trek - SAR Pass Trek (June 1-5, 2024) - Review This review details my experience with Thrillophilia (facilitator) and Back in Adventure (ground service provider) for the SAR Pass trek in Kasol, Himachal Pradesh (June 1-5, 2024). Issues with Thrillophilia: * Communication Breakdown: Despite interactions with Arjun, Rohit, and Kumkum, information wasn't relayed to Back in Adventure, leading to unmet expectations. * Misinformation on Costs: Porter charges were nearly double what I was quoted, and Thrillophilia offered no assistance in resolving the issue. * Subcontractor: The trek was operated by Back in Adventure, a low-standard service provider for treks. * Double Sharing Discrepancy: Despite paying extra for double sharing, a single sleeping mat and substandard tents were provided, unlike what other companies offered. Issues with Back in Adventure: * Rushing Through the Trek: The guide prioritized reaching campsites quickly, neglecting the scenic beauty of the journey. * Minimal Time at Sar Pass: Disappointingly, only 5 minutes were spent at the summit, a significant letdown for a 5-day trek. * Unhealthy Food: Meals were excessively oily with no regard for a balanced diet, unlike other trekking companies. * Insufficient Food Portions: Food quantities were limited, and requests for more were often met with denial or judgment. * Lack of Nutrition on Long Days: An 8-hour trek with just one flatbread and two potato pieces is unacceptable. * No Warm-up/Cool-down: Unlike other companies, there were no pre-trek or post-trek stretches, increasing injury risk. * Missing Briefings: The guide neglected to provide daily briefings, even when requested.
