I highly recommend this website as my go-to for purchasing tickets. The map feature is exceptional, allowing you to select your desired seat. ';.;,805'/;.633'/;.,,1865';.,.The venue was conveniently accessible with ample parking, and all facilities were impeccably clean. The employees were well-organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were fortunate to have VIP tickets, granting us the opportunity to meet Alan Ruck downstairs. The staff went above and beyond in assisting me with navigating the stairs and capturing numerous photos of me with Mr. Ruck. Using Ticketmaster on my phone was a seamless and user-friendly experience. Although our seats were on the stage, there were moments where we faced the audience and performers' backs. Nonetheless, it was an incredible experience to witness the show from the perspective of the performers themselves.

I have never seen such a complicated system to buy a ticket. This presumes everyone has a mobile which is connected to the internet. What if you choose not to read emails on the phone? There is no phone number for assistance. Appalling site. I will never book a ticket by this method.

Unhelpful company I have an account I have used for years. Not signed in for awhile so I attempted to sign back in creating a new password. It asked for a verification code via my mobile which I entered correctly and everytime I refreshed page and entered the number it didn't send the code. I emailed customer support as stupidly there isn't a number for the UK in which they told me my number isn't on the Acc. They gave me a code to sign in only for it to ask for my password reset. This isn't what I needed but did it anyways. I decided to created a new account under a different email. This doesn't work either. I contacted ticketmaster on twitter (X) but they told me to email. Then I got frustrated and demanded they deactivate my account in which they said they can't and it has to be me that does it. So now i can't retrieve my tickets and I have wasted my time and my issue is still remained unfixed. I WILL NOT be using this ticket service again...ever. they didn't think ahead when they changed the security authentication as you log in. Completely unhelpful. I have been a customer of this company for years and never experienced anything Like it.

Ticketmaster is a horrendous monopoly. They buy up tickets to popular events then resell them as so called 'premium tickets' at a huge mark up. They refuse to give paper tickets and will only allow the tickets to be displayed via a phone - my phone doesn't have enough free space to download apps. Then if you need to resell tickets they will let you sell for the price you bought them and then they'll resell them with a huge markup. Why isn't this company investigated for their illegal and unfair practices.

Bought tickets to the cavs vs magic game 2-24-24. I found out at arrival I had to transfer tickets to the seat geek app to use. While at the counter getting help from the cavs box office, I was told my tickets were already scanned / used. I then spent ah hour on the phone with ticketmaster. The woman was ZERO help and I was told I would get a call the next day. By now, the game was half over, but we were meeting 12 people from out of town and had to buy new tickets at the box office. 2 hours already wasted. I didn’t get a call back the next day so I called again. I was transferred twice and then another rep told me a case was never even filed the day before. She literally nid nothing at all. New rep was just as bad, but gave me a ticket #. Wouldn’t transfer me to a supervisor, zero attempt to help. Their platform allowed a seller to double sell the tickets. Their platform helped them scam me and they will not do anything to help. I will no longer use ticketmaster and I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere. I will have to file a credit card dispute it appears. Stay away from this company for the fact that their service is trash if not for the fact it isn’t a safe platform either.

It's hard to call a company evil, but Ticketmaster takes the cake. They are a horrendous monopoly that preys on people and shrugs when it comes to resale values that are 500% of what the original price was.

I am absolutely livid with Ticketmaster and their despicable practices that allow promoters and venues to get away with straight-up robbery! It's beyond infuriating that they permit these deceitful promoters to advertise concerts with a specific lineup, only to turn around and change it after people have already forked over their hard-earned money for tickets. And to add insult to injury, Ticketmaster has the audacity to refuse refunds to the misled customers! Ticketmaster allowed the venue/promoter to promote a concert with Tamar Braxton in the middle of the flyer for a show in St Louis on 2/18. After I purchased tickets, Tamar Braxton was removed from the flyer and Ticketmaster refuses to issue a refund. This is nothing short of a scam, facilitated by Ticketmaster's complicity. It's crystal clear that Ticketmaster is prioritizing their profits over the rights and satisfaction of their customers. Allowing promoters to pull the rug out from under unsuspecting concert-goers and pocket their cash without providing any recourse is utterly reprehensible. Customers shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of Ticketmaster's lack of oversight and accountability. It's outrageous that they are turning a blind eye to this blatant theft. By enabling promoters to engage in this deceptive practice, Ticketmaster is essentially condoning theft and fraud. BE WARE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER that has multiple artist on the line up. If the line up changes after you purchase tickets, Ticketmaster doesn't care and won't help you get a refund because profit means more to them than customer satisfaction.

First of all I would like to say that Ticketmaster should have never done away with paper tickets. They're assuming that everyone these days does have a phone. I ordered my tickets on their site and they appeared on my phone however they recommend that you copy them to a wallet. I tried doing this to my goggle wallet and it wouldn't work. I got an error message. I called Ticketmaster to explain what happened and read the error message to them. The response I got was this problem had nothing to do with Ticketmaster and it was my phone because I wasn't using an Iphone to copy the tickets to an apple wallet. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was there and it would be 24 to 48 hours before someone would return my call. Throughout the call the agent showed no sympathy or I'm sorry to hear what has happened to you. I used to work in the Customer Service Industry and prided myself in providing good Customer Service. A little surprised that for a big organization Ticketmaster should have better agents on the phone. I was so frustrated that I ended up hanging up. If Ticketmaster is going to do away with paper tickets should they not have a system that will allow you to copy the tickets to any kind of phone. By the way seeing that anyone who buys tickets does all the work themselves I'm not sure why Ticketmaster charges all of the fees they do.

The fees that they charge on a ticket are ridiculous. They are making it so people can no longer afford to go to events. On a $50 ticket there were $40 of fees plus an $8 delivery fee through an email. Unacceptable.

Changed my seat the night before the event to cheaper seat right at the back of the venue and will not change my seats now as its the day of the event and will not refund me as the event isn't canceled

Ticketmaster does not have good customer service. They have AI answering your questions, and just give you a few choices for reasons why you are contacting them. My event was postponed. I requested a refund, and was asked if I bought insurance. I did buy insurance for my tickets. However, insurance does not cover a postponed event. Ticketmaster has been saying that the event organizer has to authorize refunds, but not before 60 days after the event is cancelled. Right now I can see that this event will not have a chance to reschedule any time soon. It is now 2 1/2 months after the original event date has been postponed. Organizer has not canceled the event yet. I can see on the events calendar that the venue is booked for well over a year with other concerts. This is so frustrating. When you pay for tickets for a certain date you should be able to go on that date, or get a refund if the event has been postponed.

I wanted to purchase tickets to Disney on Ice for my entire family, 11 people, and Ticketmaster restricts purchases to maximum of 8. Now, my family is separated by 15 Rows and unable to sit together for the show. I did try to purchase the original 8, then go right back in and purchase the additional 3 I needed, but the system states, you cannot purchase anymore, you have purchased the maximum. So I had to call another family member and get them to create a Ticketmaster account and go in to purchase the remaining 3. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I am sure the event will be great, BUT TICKETMASTER IS THE WORST! If you can, buy from some other service, they also charge ridiculous fees, surcharges, etc. Also, if you try to sell tickets that you cannot use, the system won't allow you to. It has a "sell" function, but it won't work for you, so your screwed! I tried calling Ticketmaster during all this , you only get busy signal, tried for 2 days, numerous times, never anything but a busy signal. DON'T USE TICKETMASTER, I WARN YOU, YOU'LL REGRET EVERY MOMENT OF IT!

I purchased four (4) tickets from Ticketmaster to take my kids to an NFL football game taking place on September 17th. After a family emergency came up I tried to sell them to other Ticketmaster members. As time was running out I had to sell them back to Ticketmaster for a loss. Over the past few days I've been told by their agents the monies will be in my account within 5-7 days. Today have been told that since it was for an event in the US (I am from Canada) and that I have no US bank account or debit card I will need to wait 12 weeks for a check that may or may not arrive. Their agents will not expedite the matter to anyone at Ticketmaster so I would suggest that anyone looking at this or any other ticketing site that you do so under "buyer beware". It should have been paid out to the credit card I used and not the 100 hoops and delays I will need to wait.

My tickets to Coldplay vancouver were voided suddenly without any notification.I talked to customer service at Ticketmaster and they said the original purchaser decided to get a refund and they refunded him. He said ticket master has no control over their accounts and if the original purchase or decides to get refund for the tickets at any point, even after he them he can !!!!!! the original purchaser is a friend and I bought the ticket through transfer option on Ticketmaster at original price; he says he never asked for a refund. As we both are following up on this, I am concerned about how TM is managing our accounts!!!!! No matter who I bought these tickets from, the tickets were in my account a couple of weeks ago and they belonged to me. Ticketmaster failed to provide security to me as a ticket holder; they decided to refund the first purchaser , when doing so they failed to see that the tickets are in somebody else’s account; but they did not fail to remove them from that person’s account !!!!! Can you believe that? I guess this is the way they want to stop tickets being sold on black market so they are the ones who can sell tickets two times and more expensive for the second time. This is the last time I will buy from Ticketmaster. Shame! And never trust the transfer option on TM app and TM as a whole! Ticketmaster is rubbing us and selling our tickets at market value now! Unacceptable!
