“Terrible. I searched for tickets for a play for a particular date, two tickets came up, I bought them, and they turned out to have been for a month before - as in the date was a month in the past. I cannot get through to any customer service (and I've really tried) and it's been 8 days now since I requested help, with no clear way of getting a refund. And they were expensive tickets! Very frustrating - I will never use them again.”

“Absolutely terrible. Chat with a support agent is impossible. My listing left unprocessed for over a week. Still no response. Don't use TicketSwap. I'll sell my tickets elsewhere.”
“Do NOT trust this app. They are reselling tickets for WeAre festival, but on the WeAre fest website, it clearly states that any tickets that aren't sold via their own platform are invalid. You have to have your name on the ticket and TicketSwap doesn't even give you the contact details of the original ticket purchaser, so you can't just go and get your name put on the ticket. My partner and I have lost money on tickets that TicketSwap shouldn't have been selling in the first place. They are making a profit off of this and as far as I'm aware, it's illegal to sell goods not fit for intended purpose.”
