Clear site, easy to navigate and quick and easy booking process. Confirmation was received quickly and contact made by the tour company.

Deceptive advertising the brochure said the tour starts and ends in BA but fails to tell you that you have make arrangements for three flights to do the tour

We regret to hear that you felt the brochure was written in a way to deceive or mislead as that is truthfully, never ours nor the tour operator's intention! We recognize that some tour operators on our platform do not include domestic airfare and require travellers to make their own arrangements. To prevent uncertainty in such situations, we require tour operators to clearly state this in the ‘What’s Included’ section of the tour page. Booking experience was super-easy, quick and efficient. Both TourRadar and the tour company, in this case Rabbies, responded right away, confirming our booking and providing our confirmation with all the required deets. The process couldn't have been easier!

First I was very unhappy about my booking experience since the booklet that you can download on Tourradar did not include all the information that is in the booklet which you get from the tour operator. E.g. there was no information about additional costs involved, weight limits for luggage etc. that you can not see from the booklet on Tourradar. The booklet from the tour operator you get only AFTER booking, so I was quite surprised about EXTRA COSTS and LIMITATIONS. Reaching out to Tourradar I got a feedback including an explanation and since they agreed that there was no price transparency, I got a price reduction. I appreciate that Tourradar took my concerns serious and acted accordingly. That's customer friendly. Thank you.

It was very easy filling out the paperwork online and they responded quickly with any questions I had in regards to the trip. Biggest problem I had was choosing which trip to take! I have quite a few very interesting trips I plan on taking with this company.

All of my questions and additional accommodations were taken care by our great consultant Dat. It's sure to be a great trip! A lot of the worry was taken away by the friendly and helpful staff.

All started out well - tours were easy to find and the booking process was easy. I chose to pay a deposit and settle the balance nearer the time. Post booking communications were prompt and helpful. So far so good until I was contacted to say that there was a mistake on the price booked and that I would need to pay more....flights are already booked and therefore this leaves me in a difficult situation. Not off to a good start any more.
