Took me about then minutes to book the tour. If you have passport information handy you can enter that at the same time. They seem to be on top of things.

The Tour Radar consultant assured me that the Click Tour I was booking would pick me up on the first day of the tour at my hotel. After I booked the hotel I was told that I would have to travel 20 minutes in ?Tel Aviv at 7:00 in the morning to another hotel in order to be picked up. Very poor coordination!

Jesse was very helpful & worked with me to put a 48 hour HOLD on a cruise I wanted to take with a friend, so that I could discuss it with her. However, when I was ready to book it, it took three hours ... the whole booking had to be split in two so that my friend & I could pay our separate shares &it could only be done at HQ; I could not do it online. Then he needed us on a conference call but I don't know how to set that up so I asked him to do so & he was tied up with another traveler. It was getting down to the wire when another associate, Bek, finally called & we were able to get everything finalized.
