“Just did the first step; payment by credit card without surcharge (unlike so many others) is very convenient!”

“The Tour Radar consultant assured me that the Click Tour I was booking would pick me up on the first day of the tour at my hotel. After I booked the hotel I was told that I would have to travel 20 minutes in ?Tel Aviv at 7:00 in the morning to another hotel in order to be picked up. Very poor coordination!”

“Jesse was very helpful & worked with me to put a 48 hour HOLD on a cruise I wanted to take with a friend, so that I could discuss it with her. However, when I was ready to book it, it took three hours ... the whole booking had to be split in two so that my friend & I could pay our separate shares &it could only be done at HQ; I could not do it online. Then he needed us on a conference call but I don't know how to set that up so I asked him to do so & he was tied up with another traveler. It was getting down to the wire when another associate, Bek, finally called & we were able to get everything finalized.”

“Easy to use site. Found what I wanted quickly. Really good place to look if you want to arrange things in advance, from day trips to longer tours. Just be careful as the tour companies do not appear to be vetted and 1 I looked at was a scam, so use your common sense”
