Ich hatte von TourRadar bisher noch nichts gehört, fand jedoch die Buchung sehr einfach, dass einzige Problem bestand nur darin das ich mich mit dem Englisch etwas schwer habe und immer dem Übersetzer mit einschalten muss.

You have a glitch in your website that screws up booking after you put a hold on things. Lots of passing the buck on responsibilities took place w this booking and I did your peoples job and gaps which resulted in a ton of stress. I am a seasoned traveler and usually plan all my own holidays and only supplement tours here and there but I know how things are supposed to work as I did over 10 trips via agencies when younger. I will chalk this up to the pandemic.

You booked your tour with TourRadar and then directly with the tour operator. This created a double booking. You were then in touch with TourRadar and the tour operator separately, which is why the communication was complicated. We booked a safari in Feb 2020 for June 2020, which was postponed to Sept. 2021. However, the operator cancelled it and we weren't informed until I asked 12 days before we were supposed to leave. It was very stressful because it was a very important and emotional trip for us. However, Tourradar's customer service was able to find a good alternative before the departure date, and they negotiated a good price for us. Their team really made a VERY stressful situation (which was the operator's fault, not tourradar) a lot easier to deal with. All in all, it took three days from me finding out the tour was cancelled until I had booked the new tour. Special thanks to Hannah and Claire for some amazing service and for their patience! I can't wait to get to my dream trip.

Very quick and easy. I love the fact that I can transfer my payment to another tour if the need arises. Lots to choose from, but this tour is perfectly suited to me!!

Booking the tour was easy as! Once we had made a choice we simply hit the button and everything was confirmed within 24hrs including a checklist of things to consider. Couldn’t be simpler

Booked a river cruise but then was told that the tour was in german only so rebooked for a later tour. Maybe the fact that it was monolingual and not in english should have been included in the information about the tour. However TourRadar were very helpful in the rebooking and answered all questions we had swiftly and efficiently.

I booked and paid for a tour and was told that the cruise part was canceled. Well that was not the tour I booked and I would not have booked it and paid for it. Then they tried to get me a tour that that was more expensive and I would have to book multiple boat trips. Of course I said no and asked for my money back and my credits I had built up. I got my momey back but was told I would not get my 400 dollar credits back. Why am I being penalized for something out of my control. I need to get my credits back. Very poor service.

So far, so good :-) however communication between the tour group seems to be a little confusing about the price. On the information it says the Navajo tour is included but in email communication It says the price is $70? They prices for optional tours seem to be misleading. They have been very prompt in responding to questions though and I am waiting to hear back :-). Be advised to also check on any change to pick up location at the start of the tour. I’ve been very pleased overall but of course some answers have been a little confusing. To avoid misunderstandings, do your homework and ask questions. I’m thinking this is going to be a great tour. Will provide more feedback as I go along!
