Was booking an escorted tour for 3. Had lots of questions which were all answered very quickly. Booking was very easy and quite like the credit accumulation system which gives you discount of further bookings

The online experience was fine, but I needed some additional information, and called the number given on the website. The person was polite and friendly, but clearly not knowledgeable about what I was asking. My questions were not addressed, which creates uncertainty and makes planning for my trip a bit stressful. The next question about recommending the service to a friend is hard to answer. My plans are incomplete and the trip has not yet happened. If the question is just about finding options and booking online, I would give it a 10.

I booked (instant confirmation) a five day active adventure trip in Marrakech only for the tour operator failing to honor the booking due to apparently being sold out. This is despite the listing showing 10+ available spots on TourRadar for pretty much every day. Before booking, I confirmed with the operator that the booking would be guaranteed. I believe the entire point behind TourRadar is to provide a platform to easily see availability on their site and be able to plan a trip accordingly. My experience seems to counter that due to the false positive listings and ends up diminishing confidence in the reliability of this platform. Having said that, my sample size is one and it’s only fair to TourRadar that I give their platform another chance.

Although our trip was cheaper by booking with TourRadar, they added an unnecessary extra level of communication between us and the tour operator, On The Go Travel, leading to some delay and confusion in the overall process.

We have just completed the 7 Days Balkan essentials run by Serbia Tour Operator DMC. The guide (Jelena) and Driver (Luca) were excellent, attentive but not intrusive. They were very knowledgeable and also supplied local guides in each place to get an unique local experience. Good hotels, good itinerary, good pace, good food, local experiences. Good fun. This is a terrible company with a poorest customer service I ever had. I bought tour a week ago and leaving on October 7th. I left 5-6 messages on their website trying to get in touch with Iglesias Travel which is a tour operator for Tourradar in Turkey.I wanted to know when and who will pick me up on first day of the tour and I have no response. I call 5 times but no customer service rep was able to give me any helpful information and all they can do is to send email to the Operator who is not responding. I asked several times to speak with the Manager:"not available","he will not be able to help more than we do"...it's a terrible customer service and no one taking ANY responsibility:this is a poorest customer service I EVER had traveling over 15 years

Booking with TourRadar was very easy. The interface of the website is clear and simple to manoeuvre. We were looking at a tour that suddenly sold out! We were panicking as we worked other tour arrangements around that tour. Fortunately, TourRadar manage to get us on the tour. Thank you very much for making it happen. Who is taking me on a tour or where will they pick me up? Am I with other people? Is there a contact person? I was waiting a few days for more info but nothing has come up.
