“This is the first time I booked my travel to Peru through TourRadar. My experience is nothing but exceptional guiding me every step of the way. They have exceptionally professional staff who go out of their way to help. TourRadar website is super in terms of navigation and use. All conversations were tracked and you know exactly what it would cost, no gimmicks. All instructions are very clear for each tour on their site. When in doubt, they assist you get clarification from local tour operator. Once I complete my trip, I will write another review with my experience with local tour operator, Valencia Travel, based on Peru.”

“This morning I had the extreme pleasure of working with Madara. I called because, once again, I had made an error in one of my bookings. She was amazing to work with and had a solution, that in the end will work much better for me. Madara was very patient, explaining what she would be doing going forward, what I could expect in the way of emails and what I needed to do when I got them. I then switched gears on her and asked about another of my bookings and Madara never missed a beat. She explained the pricing on my tour and also how she was able to adjust a few items to save me a few more dollars. Always a plus when booking several months of travel. To be fair, everyone I've talked to at TourRadar has been wonderful. This is my first experience with your company and know that it will not be my last.”

“I knew I wanted to book this particular Explore! Tour, so I went to see if it was on TourRadar.. There it was, I booked it, was immediately confirmed, and without asking was notified that my Explore loyalty discount had been applied. Easy-peesy! Plus TourRadar discounts. Why would you do it any other way?”

“Hello, nearly everything was OK, but if you inform me that there will be a 15% discount some days later, that I could save severel hundred EUR. This caused a bitter bitter taste in my mouth.”

We regret to hear you are disappointed about the price drop on your tour and while we understand this is likely a disappointing situation for you, waiting for a price drop also has you running the risk of missing out on your place on your preferred departure date due to availability on many tours. It's not dissimilar to the airline industry, where it is also not uncommon to see a price drop after you booked your flight. Upon investigation in your booking page, it looks like there are only 3 spaces left on this popular departure, so you’ve definitely made a good choice securing a spot earlier. “Booking was ok. I booked even though I had unanswered questions and am still worried about where to find the pickup location, and I don't know what I need to pay for and what is covered. I am concerned but this is my only chance to take a holiday so I just did it as fast I could.”
